Note that we are regular customers from 3 years: my sister ordered pizza for delivery on Nov 17.our order came with 3 cokes and i purchased 3 additional drinks. When the order arrived I was missing some drinks (please check your cameras). I called the pizza pizza line, and they said they will have the driver deliver the missing drinks. I get 2 calls from 519 *** *175. Two pizza pizza employees from which the woman, Harpreet was swearing at my sister in punjabi because we had reported the missing items. She was super disrespectfully and I have never experienced this low level of customer service where employees are allowed to call customers using such disgusting swear language in punjabi. I wanted to go in store to speak to the store manager. Our orders go in min twice a week from past 3-2 years and I will never order from this location again.

Very good taste. Amazing customer service. Absolutely clean store. Would definitely recommend going here for a very good experience.

The staff perform very good services and the store has sanitized environment. The solve the each problem of every customer and suggest the best deals as well

Went there on 8th July during 2: 30am. A lady on customer service was very rude. We literally felt like that we did a huge mistake to come all the way here to order something. She ruined our whole experience.
If it says online that this place is open till 3am then she had to welcome guests till that.because that's her job otherwise there are so many other people who are actually in need and looking for jobs.and they might can do better than her.

LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE

Pickup in store was excellent, but I placed an order online and the delivery time was poor as it took about half an hour to get here which is only a km or two away and plus the pizza wasn’t finely finished. I would recommend that customers place an order for pickup in store.

Customer service and delivery time were awful. It took around 45 mins for the pizza to get here, even though it's a 3-4 min drive. When we got the pizza, it was cold and our drinks and dipping sauces were missing. When we called the main office, we were on hold for around 30 minutes before we decided to hang up. We also went to the store and spoke with them, no one was being serious. After we tried calling the main office once more but we were on hold for another 20 minutes. If you're ordering pizza, pick it up yourself because if you choose delivery, be prepared to wait 45 minutes for it to arrive. This is the 5th time this has happened.

Bad Pizza and Bad customer services. Lady overcooked the pizzza and did not behave properly when we mentioned it to her. She did not replace the pizza but asked us to throw it in the garbage. I used to have pizza pizza in other stores but this store is the worst one.

Pizza pizza typically has a bad reputation, but this location is simply amazing. They consistently always make my order to perfection and use a very generous amount of toppings which I love. I recently tried this location a few months back and now I routinely order pizza solely from them. Highly recommend!

When i was visited there I was too much confuse for giving order.but arshdeep who is working as a cashier.she help me a lot. My expereince was to good.must visit these pizza store

The pizza was all stale.she warmed it up for literally 1 min so it was still cold. She’s was rough rude aggressive and blamed the stale pizza on the “new” oven she says. And gave me a dirty bag. 2: 47 pm November 4

Best Pizza Pizza location in town and best customer service by Harpreet Kaur.
I ordered Medium pepperoni pizza at 11: 55pm, she made it so good and I should say fast service as well.

Last night I go for pick up pizza and the guy with turban is so rude to me I am very disappointed with that I never recommend this store to visit

Amazing pizza store. Great location and taste was amazing. They have very polite and cooperative staff. Slices were fresh and store was clean. I will recommend this store to everyone and will definitely be visiting again as soon as possible!

Came in for a slice of Pizza, but the lady working the counter said she had a pizza that was canceled for half price, basically tricked me into buying some old dry burnt pizza, honestly your reputation is ruined at this location, you need to have pizza head office come fix this place

I walk in there and i ordered my pizza. Then its time to take a bite, at that moment it make me feel amazing. Very delicious pizza

I ordered pizza from here last night. And it was amazing. They always delivered it in 20 to 25 minutes. Fully satisfied.

Not happy with this location. Management change and very slow. Plus they messed up with my order and I had to wait extra 30 mins

So i just picked up three slices from this store today
and this is how the lady gave it to me for takeout
usually pizza pizza doesnt do like this
i am a EX employee of one of the pizza pizza store
So according to my knowledge pizza pizza is not allowed to serve slices like that
There are proper boxes for slices to be served
but the lady there served it to me in three plates putting slices on the top of each other
i will be contacting pizza pizza head office regarding this thing
