Pizza Pizza

I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread for delivery and waited 1 1/2 hrs for it. The store is not that far from where I was at. By the time we received our order it was ready for the garbage as it was ice cold and tasted terrible. I normally order from this location but I will NOT be returning for I don’t like wasting money.

Even if it would be in a zero review i would give at night the employee harassed the Coustmer a lot. I payed up 34 $ for pizza and when i took out i found it in not a eatble condition. If it would be cooked properly how can topping float. Rather than talking with me he just ignored me and prefer to work at station am i a fool to pay for if and even listten your bulling. This is not supposed to be treated. If anyone is odering just oder from another location.

Absolutely ridiculous. They gave us the wrong pizza and when i called to let them know, the response was " well is it edible". The person I spoke to was rude, and offered only $8 credit for a large pizza that they messed up.

Absolutely dreadful experience at this Pizza Pizza location! The pizza was cold and tasteless, resembling cardboard more than anything remotely edible. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually serving customers. And don't even get me started on the ambiance – it felt like I was eating in a dimly lit, abandoned warehouse. Save yourself the disappointment and go anywhere else for a decent slice of pizza!

I had a terrible experience at this Pizza Pizza location. I ordered a vegetarian pizza specifically requesting no non-vegetarian toppings, but they completely messed it up. The pizza arrived with pepperoni and ham all over it, completely disregarding my dietary preferences. It's disappointing when a simple request can't be fulfilled correctly. Their lack of attention to detail and consideration for customers' choices is truly disappointing. I won't be returning to this location again.

This is the best Pizza Pizza location in my opinion. Ingredients are always fresh and pizza is always accurate and cooked to perfection. The Staff are friendly and the restaurant is always kept clean.

Had delivery. The pizzas were good, the garlic bread was great, didn't hurt I had a craving for it. Delivery can take awhile when you order at peak times.

Absolute worst experience ever. I ordered 2 shawarma pizzas and a 10 piece wings. They took just under two hours to deliver it and when they did it was the completely wrong order. I called and made a complaint, they told me they would correct it and resend my order and that they’d put a “rush” on it. My order was delivered 2 hours and 3 minutes after it was updated. So I basically waited 5hours for two pizzas and 10 wings. When it finally came it was cold and poorly prepared. It happened before and I let it slide but it seems like this is a regular thing based on my experience and all these other reviews I’m seeing. They really need to do better.

Took 1.5 for two pizzas. Showed up cold and burnt. We live 7 minutes away. Horrible customer service.

94 minutes to get our pizzas, delivery driver was rude, no refund given even after talking to customer service and them arguing with me…
My pizza should not be cold when I get it, I shouldn’t have to heat it up…

I ordered multiple items, and I got one.
This is the second time this has happened here. I will not be ordering from here again.
Not to mention, you can't actually call the store to speak to them to have the issues resolved.
Ridiculous.

Got an extra large pizza here, the dough was raw when we got home, I messaged the head office to let them know this location was sending out raw pizza. Nasty, first time we ate here and the last.

I ordered at 6: 00 pm pick up time 6: 45 guy said it going to take 10/15 more minutes then I’m check again he said 10 more minutes but take half an hour more by the time guests are waiting at home taste is not good either

Placed an online order, waited an hour and half for it to arrive. When it finally arrived it was cold and the order was incorrect. Terrible, won't order again. Also, they refused to give a refund. They want give store credit which is ridiculous because I will never use it.

Our food was mediocre and 20 minutes late. The pizza was burnt and the fries did not come with ketchup. I would not recommend ordering pizza from this place

Worst pizza store ever. I ordered a SIMPLE pizza at 10: 30pm they close at 2am. I called for delivery and no one showed up. No calls nothing I called back and they kept saying “the store isn’t picking up” “we can try contacting the driver” worst pizza store in london NEVER EVER go here

This pizza pizza not only took OVER an hour for two pizzas and ten wings. When we called to inquire about our food, we got nothing but attitude and excuses! THEN to top it all off, when our food got to my house, it was cold, my wings were over cooked to the point they were ROCK HARD and missing the honey garlic sauce! To put icing on the cake, when we called we had to wait 15 minutes just to get someone on the phone. Then when he realized that we were calling to complain, he put us on hold and never came back to the phone! Worst experience I have ever had with a pizza pizza! DONT GO HERE!

Placed an order through skip the dishes for a just a small pizza, the order took more than an hour to reach, was thankfully burnt, the crust was not edible and was cold. This was my first time ordering from here and did not turn out good!
I hope something could be done for a compensation.

Horrible experience! Will never order from Pizza Pizza again. The pizza was burnt, cold and one hour and 30 minutes wait.

The pizzas are great but this store needs to hire more people. They are not able to fulfill orders for hours because they are understaffed and the owner needs to address this issue. The employees currently working here are overworked and not in a good state. One time I had to wait for 2.5 hours for a pizza delivery. It's okay that the pizza took time but hire more workers. Stop being so greedy and exploiting your employees

The absolute worst experience ever.
Pizza was an hour and a half late. Completely cold. Half burnt and had pieces of the crust taken off by hand! It appeared that whoever made the pizza saw that it was burnt and attempted to remove the burnt crust. There was large pieces of burnt crust removed before it was delivered to our home! Disgusting and completely unclean for Covid times! I called the pizza pizza customer service 3 times and unfortunately the 3rd time I was hung up on because they were closing at 2am and don’t want to deal with this issue. I will be calling tomorrow for sure. Do NOT order from here. Absolutely horrible.

WOW! I live literally 2 minutes down the road from a Pizza Pizza, and have had orders from them in the past. Stopped using them for a few years, after they had given me poor quality pizza several times (Cold, wrong orders, missing items.) and now. I'm told today, AFTER placing my order.that they don't deliver to my area. I am outside their geographic region? !? ! What in the hell is wrong with your establishment! Not only will I never order from Pizza Pizza again, I would STRONGLY encourage others to do the same! What a joke! Will definitely be sharing my experience today with anyone and everyone I know! Thanks for NOTHING.absolutely pathetic!

Not ordering again. The delivery is sooo slow took an 1 hour to get, they removed the within 40 min for a reason.

I've been waiting over an hour. Last time this happened the guy no showed and the location closed. They then fought with me when I demanded a refund. Worst employee ever.

I can imagine pizza store they don't have a kechap and the pizza was so poor
