Highly recommended store in this area. Please try a butter chicken pizza and chicken sandwich

I don’t know if the guy purposely gave me the pizza which turned bad or it was an honest mistake but the pizza slice that I got literally looked this weird and the smell of the pizza was like rotten food. I couldn’t eat it. It was supposed to be my first meal since morning after a very long day.
And the guy who was the cash, didn’t even ask if I wanted to take my receipt, he just threw the receipt in the garbage.
Worst customer service ever!

This is what i got as a cheese pizza, the whole pizza was burned from the bottom and the taste is very bad.

Unable to follow simple instructions like adding extra sauce or removing ingredients. There's no help line to reach out to so you're just stuff with your scuffed order. Would recommend any other pizza joint in the area over this.

The owner of the store should hire more people. Night before Good Friday, and only one guy is working. Waiting for more than 40 minutes, my pizza is still not in the oven.

Absolutely awful establishment. Was served expired food and customer service was awful. Kelly customer service number 5780 gave us no help whatsoever and basically told us "tough luck". Never order from here.

I just went to Pizza Pizza at 3359 Bloor Street West Etobicoke, ON to order a pickup special of a large pizza, whole grain crust, with New York Style Pepperoni. I said the order very clearly.
I picked up my pizza, drove all the way back home, opened the box to have dinner and found an empty cheese pizza. No pepperoni. I was so disappointed but so hungry and tired, I did not drive all the way back to correct the employee's mistake. I even tipped the employee and I regret tipping. What a disappointing experience. I have been a loyal Pizza Pizza customer for years and this was so disappointing. It's unfair to pay for a one topping pizza and not even get THAT TOPPING.

It's not the customer's responsibility to micro-manage and ensure they get the correct toppings they pay for.

Loved their dealing. I don’t think so that any other pizza outlet can beat their deals. I literally picked up three pizzas in a week and that’s an amazing experience.

I asked for plant based chicken bites. They gave me regular chicken. Asked for honey garlic. They gave me creamy garlic. Just not very good at listening I guess. Just don’t go if your vegan or something I guess

Great place, awesome staff, needs to have a better stock of dips, my favourite dips have been sold out a few times
