Pizza Pizza

I ordered from the pizza pizza app late night and my order was sent to this location to be made. I was not feeling god so before I had ordered something else from uber but somehow the order got cancelled so just to eat something I thought I will order a pizza. After placing the order, in like 10 mins I puked really bad so I had to cancel the order because it would get worse if I ate a pizza. I simply asked customer service that if they can cancel order because I am not feeling well. They were really understanding and they asked the store to cancel it and they did. After like 2 mins I get a call from an employee working here on my personal number to ask me why did I cancel it. I don’t have to explain him but I did. I replied to him in a very polite way but this guy with 0 manners and in a very rude way told me “why did you even order in the first place if you were unwell” excuse me? And then his tone got higher and higher and then he cut my call. I called him again to know his address so that I can complain to the customer service. Instead of apologising, he again was really rude. Who are you to ask me these questions. I asked customer service, they understood and they cancelled. Thats it. Then I had to call the customer service to help me again.

YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT A PERSON IS GOING THROUGH. If I cancelled it, it is not okay to call someone on their personal number and ask them why did you even order. And about the food, I have ordered from the same place many times. Other reviews do explain how the food is.

PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. OR JUST CHANGE THEM.

Be aware - they will treat you real bad! And won’t tell you their name so you can’t complain. You can’t dine in after midnight or even before that sometimes and the store closes at 2 am!
If the order is wrong they would argue and treat you like they served you for free! No refunds!
The cashier+delivery guy (young brown south asian person) is the rudest of all- but there is another old guy in his 50’s who i think is the boss and facilitates all this- he won’t talk to the customer and send the young guy to argue with customers.
Store probably makes profit because of the location but it could have been better if there was just a little bit respect for the customer!
I could say that they need to learn customer service but i’d rather say they need to learn how to be a better person in general, people come for food and they don’t just make bad food but also they would put you in a mood where your appetite is gone!
These employees have to go away!

All their food is delicious they have good quality food and the inside is clean always have a good experience except one time with one employee but it doesn’t matter as the other visits cancel it out

On display it shows 3 drinks for combo of 15$ large pizza.display shows two cans drink and 1 water.while asking staff two coke and 1 water she says we can't give water lolz.why would they display false stuff/ info.other store do give water for same combo.like ridiculous.

Guy wearing black turban was very rude. He doesn’t have any sense how to talk with customers

TAKE YOUR TIME TO READ ALL BAD REVIEWS ITS WORTH IT.
They have a very Foolish and confused person working here that’s all I know. Sometimes they’ll call you randomly after you placed your order and ask you to PAY before they deliver meanwhile you’ve been waiting for your food. For someone that usually pay at the door, I’ll get frustrated if you call me to pay without any valid reason

I recently visited a Pizza Pizza restaurant ordered paneer pizza at 8: 30pm and was extremely disappointed with the employee I encountered Pos. The employee had an unprofessional attitude, speaking to me in an overly rude manner and making jokes that were inappropriate for the situation. In addition, when I asked her questions about the garlic seasoning she seemed annoyed by my inquiries instead of helping me make decisions. She said (itne me itna milta he, you won’t get everything in just this amount of money) though it’s free seasoning. She was clearly more interested in talking to other employees than helping customers. Didn’t gave me bag for dips and drinks had to ask twice when she left counter.

I believe this kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer service setting, especially one as important as food service. Poor interactions like this can leave lasting impressions on customers and give them reason not to return again. In my case, it certainly won't be happening anytime soon!

The workers here fail to follow any type of directions. I was given a raw, cold, pizza, we ended up throwing it away. Steer clear of this horrible location.

Most unhygienic and unappetizing packaging I've ever got. That's no way to deliver through delivery apps. The box was not even properly closed,

Never coming back to this pizza pizza location they seem to take care of their own kind waited over 30 mins for a walk in pizza these ppl are useless at their job don't go to this pizza pizza

It shows open till 5am so we traveled 30mins from home and when we reach door was closed. We even waited for 45 mins hoping that they might be busy backstore and will open the door but we were wrong. I hope you guys stick to your words in future so customer don’t suffer!

Worst pizza and poutine ever I tasted in town. Fries was hard like stick and gravy was cold that cheese in poutine not melted at all.

Bad experience, bad agents on call, they don’t know how to deal with customer! Poor experience with you guys

The food here is really bad I ordered half moon cheesy bread and pizza and all you can see and eat is dough and pizza were so dry and chewy. I would never recommend this location either to dine in or order online.

Pizza is always dry, most of the time I ask for extra cheese but never got it. Pizza is burnt most of the time. I would not recommend this place!
