Lady at reception is arrogant, she behaves like she’s donating for free. Maybe same reason my pizza wasn’t as expected.

Pizza left out in the glass looked undercooked and stale. Ended up waiting 15 minutes for a subpar poutine. Respectfully, to the employees behind the counter please do not assume someone speaks your native language, and greet your customers in English.

Do yourself a favour and go down the street to Pizza Nova, better quality & cleaner operation.

Poor service and some workers don’t even know how to take order with respect and manners. Also not punctual of time

I placed an online order and tried calling the place multiple times but no one answered. When someone did pick up the phone i went to customer service to track the order and the service was very bad.

I ordered pizza from here as delivery. I specifically mention that if they can deliver on the side entrance, guy said he will drop the pizza on the road but he will not come to side door, I was a regular customer but after this incident I don’t order pizza from here. They don’t know how to talk, poor customer services. Will not come here again.

Very saddul experience ordered for large puzza with onions amd other toppings gave me with pineapple, which my friends couldn’t eat and if i ask for replace for that the indian guy on phine call told me it’s not possible and he can give me 10$ credit

Worst customer service ever. Staff was unprofessional and didn’t listen to the customer properly. Need a serious investigation against the staff.

Came to the door, called once, I wasn’t able to answer, driver left without even coming to door or ringing the doorbell or anything … 2 hours of back and forth on the phone and still no pizza. Worst customer service. I usually order 2-3 times a month but after this, never again!

Staff has been very rude to the customer moreover he is taking the order like he is yelling to the customer bit his way of speaking was so rude need to work on the basics of customer service skills

Worst customer service experience, staff doesn't listens you, i waited for 10 minutes at counter then he came to take order. There were three people and two were sitting vacant. Will suggest whoever see this comment does not visit here.

We ordered 2 medium pizzas, first they gave burn pizza but we checked at the same time and complaint, after that they gave another new one; however while eating two of them, dough felt dry and not with enough of sauce.

We order chicken with extra hot souce, but they sent normal chicken wings. When we call then back that you didn’t same food which we have ordered then the person on call behave rudely and asked that he will send again our order. But we wait for more than one hour but the person didn’t deliver our food. Is this is your service? The owners should go in the depth of the matter otherwise they will loose the customers.

I like indian spices (chili & ginger) on my pizza's and they have a sign that advertise it. I have bought pizza from them on and off for the past 6 month's, each time they say, "Sorry we don't have any. " Don't advertise it if you don't have any or keep a ready supply for customers who would enjoy it. I was a regular customer when they did have it.

The drive just refused to get out of the car to deliver my order very cheap and rude way of talking and he clearly didn’t care about the place he was working for because he took the order back with no problem. UMRINDER was his name.

Not very good experience. Employee who work on Monday jan nights is so rude. When I finish with placing my pizza order and getting my order receipt the employee told me rudely that walk out of my store as his mop floor is getting dirty.
I won’t recommend this particular store to anyone to visit if employee doesn’t know how to greet customer.

The lady who was taking my order on phone was sleeping may be.she almost took 10 mins to complete my call. Please provide them coffee so that they can be active while working. Thank you

Please make sure your drivers dont force your customers to tip them by saying we coming from quit far distance to deliver pizaa even after paying delivery charges its realy embarrasing i have the driver, s name but i dont want to put him into trouble.and i am not gonna order pizza from ur location anymore.

Great restaurant I know wish them more success they never failed to deliver we have been going here for about 4 or 5 years now.

Ordered a pizza from this store and the most disgusting thing there was a big mosquito in the veggie pizza and we were really disappointed with the service and after talking to the customer service and explaining the situation, they told us to give us a replacement but after 1 hour nothing was delivered and after that the customer service telling us the driver delivered the pizza but we got nothing. Really bad customer service.

Found mosquito in my pizza i told them to replace it. They told me they delivered but never got the pizza they are lying to the customer really disappointed

Soo there was a big mosquito in the pizza we called them for this problem they told us they will give us replacement but we didn’t receive the replacement at our address than we called the PIZZA PIZZA customer care agent he told us that the manager of store is saying we have delivered the pizza but we never received itt. This show how careless they are towards the health of the public and how they Cheat their customer.

Service and good is what you expect. Adequate. Can't blame them tho. I've been eating this pizza for years and it hasn't changed much. Not my 1st choice to go to for pizza but it does the trick on a budget. Get a medium unlimited topping for 7.99$. That's a bargain when pockets run low!

Honestly the best pizza is made at this location! Always cooked to perfection & the staff are so incredibly friendly and accommodating! They don't try to rush your order just to get it out, they care and it shows in their service and quality of food!

I feel like everytime i go to this particular location, i get robbed atleast 1 chicken wing. I dont know if i have badluck, or if they actually try to keep 1 wing back on purpose. Unfortunately, we like their wings and they are the closest location. Will still return for now.

I wish I could give 0 star to this location, Ordered a pizza at Goreway and Etude location with a light pizza sauce but they give me extra pizza sauce + Extra BBQ sauce on the pizza and put lots of chlli peppers, I don’t even asked for spicy, I asked for well done but they just give me regular cook. I also work at pizza store and I know about most of the stuffs. I don’t know how the management is working on this location. The pizza I got, does not even look with fresh toppings, it seems they just put the old toppings from the bins. I feel sick after eating one slice and I have to throw it in the garbage. Customer service at this location is 0. That’s not the first time they messed up my order. Who ever close today, Tuesday, feb 04 they don’t even care about the customer service.

It's was okay. We ordered 2 pizzas. A pepperoni pizza and a pepperoni, sausage, and BBQ pizza. The first pizza was decent. But the second pizza was like they forgot how to cut pizza and it was soo soggy it was unbelievable. You couldn't even hold the pizza with 2 hand it was that bad. The pizza had no structure and was so wet. Wouldn't recommend ordering from here. This is the second time we've been disappointed with their pizza and service.

A great option now with vegan pizzas on the menu. Location is quite willing to try some stuff off the menu - they tried making vegan half-moon garlic bread for us upon request.

Had wrong order delivered. Received 2 small cheese pizzas when I ordered medium pizzas with multiple toppings. Instead of refunding the order they had me wait another 40 minutes for the worst pizza I've ever had. Not worth ordering pizza here. Pay the extra for better quality pizza and service else where.

It was not tasty nd there was totally a mess on pizza.when i tried to talk to the employees they said i depends upon the pizza which one u ordered. Its means it is not in the hands of employees how to make it better. For me it in not depends on order it depends on skills and the experience of the employees. One star is more than their ability.

The pizza is unlike any other pizza. The sauce is amazing (cheese also). The service is great, the atmosphere is good. And every time I come to order a I am always satisfied with no problems at all.

Poor Customer service witnessed last night. Firstly the cashier does not know how to speak with customers and is very rude. Doesn’t listen properly and was busy in his phone chatting. I asked that I need Creamy Garlic Parmesan sauce on the base (which is in there menu) and he said me we can’t mix Garlic and Parmesan. If you can’t why is it in your menu?
Secondly, the staff talks very loudly that it could be heard by people sitting in the store. If you have to use abusive words to talk with each other make sure people sitting in the store don’t listen to your language. This shows the disorganized management, unprofessional staff and poor training.
Lastly, after waiting for around 30 minutes when I got my pizza, he just gave me a packet of Doritos saying sorry for the delay and before I could say anything he just left out with his friend. After opening the box I found that there was no pineapple in the pizza which I asked and paid for. After waiting for 5 minutes in a hope that he (cashier) would come back I had to eat the pizza that I never wanted.
I hope they train there staff well and look into the management at night time.

Ordered 3 topping pizza on the phone at 7215 goreway pizza pizza. The topping amount is pathetic and cheap. They just sprinkle it. Could have just called it cheese pizza instead. Never buying from Pizza Pizza again. And the person on the phone made me repeat the order several times, put guys who can speak and understand on ur phone lines.it was so frustrating even to order at your place. They Are Getting Worse Day by Day. I ordered large buffalo chicken pizza today.very less amount of chicken.pizza sauce only on the edges of pizza. No salt no pepper nothing on the pizza. This is the third time now.not gonna order again from here. Thank You

Gave my raw slices from the bottom. When I picked up and asked them why it’s like that, they said it was just the oven and asked me to wait another 15 minutes for them to make me a new one but I had zero time.

2 of the slices are a waste.
