I am so upset and disappointed I order online which was okay I'm not the best so I struggled a little but I figured it out okay.my huge disappointment and being so upset is I order 2 xl pepperoni pizza and 1 large PLANT BASED pepperoni pizza with dairy free cheese for my daughters birthday party her 2 friends are vegan a long with the parents so to find out later after they have eaten the pizza that they put regularly pepperoni and the plant based pepperoni on there pizza mortified me because after carefully looking at the pizza after they noticed the difference it looked like they messed up by putting regular pepperoni on it and so they tried to fix it by just adding a bunch of plant based pepperoni over top to cover it up. This is unacceptable because what if one of the child's had a meat allergy or a bad reaction because they have never had meat before thankfully none of this happened but this upsetting and not okay.
Now upon us picking up the pizzas we asked to make sure the pizza was dairy free and plant based and we were told yes not a single word of them mess up or nothing. I work food service and I know first had when you mess up you remake the order or tell the customer and ask them if it's okay or if they would like it remade I understand mistakes happen but when people place special orders they need to be handle with care. Now besides that the 2 xl pepperoni pizzas was fresh tastefull and well made.

Night staff need to learn how to give customer service which is expected by customers. They are so rude and unprofessional with duties. Never visit this place again.

Pizza pizza is always one of my personal favorites. Food was really good and we enjoyed it. We could feel authentic taste from it. The only thing that disappointed me was the cleanliness of washroom there.

Placed an order on their website, and when I went to go pick it up they said that they never received the order. It was 2am (closing) by the time they got the manager so they couldn’t redo it. They told me to call customer service. When I called customer service they called this store, and the manager lied and said that I picked up the order. Apparently some older lady went in, gave my number, and took the pizza. I was there within minutes of placing the order, that’s a total lie, they wouldn’t even of had time to make it- plus they said they never got the order! Both the store nor the customer service line will not refund my money. This store is a huge scam. Wasting my time calling PayPal for them to hopefully get my money back from this fraud. I will never order from this location or franchise again.

Yesterday ordered a classic wings 10 piece the quality of wings was disgusting and the food was overcooked and unable to chew.

Best pizza pizza location. I am not talking about other locations but this one specifically on Dundas st is the best one. Best original taste. For pizza we always come here and recommend as well.

Ordered pizza which was great. But when I went to pay with cash the driver said he had no change. Had to use debit but it cost us a using fee. When I ordered the pizza I picked pay with cash. Not happy about this underhanded way or getting more money

This is the 2nd time ordering from here but it's also definitely the last! Ordered two panzerottis which were under cooked, one with raw bacon and our sweet potato fries were limp and soggy nothing could be salvaged.worstpanzerottis and fries ever! Gross

Pizza Pizza on Dundas St E, London is soooo good!

Their Mediterranean Vegetarian pizza is amazing. Fresh! Fast! Fancy! Affordable as far as fast food Pizza goes.

Their toppings are so fresh and they have SO MANY toppings to chose from.

You can also pick from many different types of crust.

The staff are fun, friendly, and really care about their customers. They will remember your order if you're a regular. The guy that works the night shift should be given a raise. Don't let him leave!

After moving from Kitchener I thought i will be missing my favourite pizza pizza location in Kitchener.
But this location exceeded my expectations.
Because of their consistency every time i order my favourite whole wheat veggie, they are the best ever for me.
Quantity of toppings is amazing.
