Worst experience, will not recommend to anyone. Bought pepperoni stromboli. Dough inside the roll was not cooked at all. When we showed it to the cashier, she said that's how it's made. I think if you don't know how to make it, you should not advertise it.

The pizza is sub-par. I had the a cheese pizza. The sauce and base is just decent. May not be my first choice.

The grumpy guy at the counter is telling everyone that his scanner is not working so that can avoid giving out the free slice deal that pizza pizza is doing today. There are plenty of great pizza places around this area that treat people respectfully. I was able to verbally give the promo code to another location without issue, no scanner needed.

The food was delicious specially jaIapeno popper.i recommend you u guys always order from this location

Your peeza tastes like cardboard and serving a tiny slice WITH BARLEy any topping for $5.50 is a RIPOFF

I came to this location for dine in with my family as it’s near to my condo. Truly the pizza was amazing. Very well cooked and good quantity of toppings. I recommend this place. Sweet potatoe fries was super amazing. Never had this type of fries.

By far one of the worst locations ever. The service is disgusting. I received a call from the store saying that I need to come downstairs, after I specifically said in the notes, I am unable to come down to the lobby because I just had surgery.
The driver refused and canceled my order.

Ordered the garden veggie pizza, which was swiftly prepared in less than 15 mins. Great service and staff.

The guy who delivered was very rude. Firstly, he was the one who was late and then I just asked why were you late? He said here is your 25 cents for tip and never insult a guy. Like I don't know who hurt him but I did not do anything and he was being very rude. I am sorry but I am never ordering again.

Customer service could be way better and friendlier at this location.
Came in to claim a promotional free slice from last night's TFC game. The manager made a call to the Pizza Pizza "headquarters" and was denied even though the coupon was directly from Pizza Pizza's app. Left the location because they refused to honour the coupon and was being difficult.
Ended up going to a different Pizza Pizza location and all they had to do was scan the coupon from the app and honoured the free slice. It was that easy.

Don't Visit this Pizza Pizza location 3960 Grand Park drive location. Very unprofessional and misbehaving staff members. I have filed complaint with Pizza Pizza over the phone as I never have experienced such unruly behavior. I would never recommend anyone to visit this Pizza Pizza location. Never had in my 8 years living in Canada such horrifying experience. Don't visit this location

Longer wait time. Poor customer service. This is second time bad experience. The person at front desk is so evil. Very poor service. Do not recommend.

This is two restaurants in one. Lazeez where we eat and pizza pizza in same building. There is no partition between and the place looks very limit of sitting plus need more organazation. We ordered 2 shawarma wraps and 2 shawarma plates. They was so good and delicious.

Best plant based crispy chicken sandwich and plant based popcorn chicken. Must try out. I will decently try again.
