I gave You one star but I don’t think u deserve this also. I ordered a pizza and I received it after 1 hour and 30 minutes. Its too cold. They didnt called us once. When I called them then they said we can’t do anything. Woww… worst service I ever received. Customer service is really really bad and worst. Thank you so much for your worst service. Not recommending to anyone.

Very unwelcoming client service. Front lady does not have any idea how to speak up with client. Even she addressed to me as come on man! At least pizza pizza give some basic training to their staffs (especially in this store) how to talk with Client properly. Zero manner, even we can say manner less lady on the front of pizza pizza

Today, I went to this store and it was my first worst experience in Canada. Although dwellers living here are polite but when the experimental failure comes you can see the staff of this PIZZA PIZZA store. I went there and asked for spread toppings evenly and paper napkins. The workers was illiterate they spoiled my veg pizza and have not gave me napkins. Such a disappointing experience couldn’t expect from this big food chain.

Yummiest pizza ever had team member ishan is very polite and greets us with a big smile on his face whenever we go

I ordered a large pizza & wedges yesterday & was so disappointed with the food quality. The wedges were burnt & totally tasteless. The pizza hardly had any topping, the dough was not even cooked. I have taken pizza from the place before & it used to be good but not anymore.

It is one of the many outlets of the Pizza Pizza chain.
Had stopped there for a quick bite and was able to order a single slice of pizza. It was properly heated and provided.
The outlet was pretty clean and well maintained and the staff was courteous as well.

Worst worst worst … I just wanna say a word … worst pizza I ate here. Do not buy pizza from this site. I like pizza pizza but next time I will prefer from other site.

Worst customer service of this location special the boy name Ishan who was working on friday June 30 time near about 11 pm. And also the girl was making fun of us so loudly without any reason and showing attitude tổ each and every customer.
Pizza pizza should have give training to their staff or replace the staff of this location.

Ishaan is the best server there, he's very kind and always recognizes me. 10/10 pizza joint!

I ordered pizza and it’s take so long and they doesn’t care. Next time I never gonna order from them

The pizza I had ordered last was burned so I decided to order the crust lightly done. I assume it means cooked but not toasted or burnt. Instead I was given a pizza with uncooked dough below the toppings. I brought it back to the restaurant and explained I want a pizza that’s not burned, lightly done. They explained it’ll be the exact same result with uncooked dough. They are remaking the pizza but family dinner was interrupted and delayed.
