Honestly I don’t know where to start, the franchise shop is literally within steps from the Toronto Harbour front, and I would recommend checking it out. Today was the first time I’ve been here and I really love the customer service as they were very professional and polite. The Store was super clean and the Pizza really hit different. One of the best places I’ve had pizza at in downtown Toronto. My overall experience was amazing and I would definitely come back whenever I’m around the area!

I had a wonderful experience at this Pizza Pizza Location, and without a doubt, this is the best pizza I have ever had in my life! The staff were very kind and polite. And most importantly the store was very clean and sanitary!

I had one of the worst experiences at pizza pizza this store today.they gave me pizza 30 mins late, place was messed and not hygienic to eat at all

Considering the location and that it's a pizza pizza, I'd say this location is pretty alright.

A slice from the stand is ready in 2 minutes, all other orders take 5 to 12 minutes to complete.

The atmosphere, though vibing with early 2000s pop, still needs a little care.

The entrance door is quite heavy and hard to open, and some bar stools should be removed because the plastic has bent to a degree that makes it a sitting hazard.

There are 4, two-seater tables and about 12 or so window bar seats.

Wifi is included.

Overall the food was, as usual, the service functional, and the location is best for grabbing a bite to go.

Worst experience at any pizza pizza I had! Ordered for 3 topping pizza and he made it 3 drinks pizza combo! The waiting was too long and we still weren’t provided with our dipping sauces! The pizza was not even cut properly! Really bad experience!

0 on health and safety, wondering why inspection is not being done, worker have no hair net on them. Dirty, no garbage cleaned.

For someone who’s from the states and used to Little Caesar’s hot and ready pizza this is so much better and doesn’t taste like cardboard pizza! Takes a while though but it’s decent pizza for when you’re hungry.

Amazing service. The staff always makes sure my order is presented efficiently and correctly. I look forward to seeing the staff’s smiling faces each time I walk through the front door:)

I had placed the order using the Pizza Pizza application, and it informed me that there would be a wait time of twenty minutes. We are in the process of preparing your order; nevertheless, when I went into the store after waiting for twenty minutes, at that time, they were asking me what I had ordered. The fact that I have to wait for an additional twenty minutes

The new Creamy Garlic Chicken sandwich is surprisingly tasty and satisfying for having come from a pizza place. Pizza and wing's are great as always too.

We had coupons for our kids that came in the mail for one free pizza each. They refused to fill the order even though it expires Dec 31 2022. It's valid for one free slice only and we were refused. I had to call the customer line and complain.

I wish I could do less than 1 star for this place. This is the most unhygienic place, they don’t wear gloves and talking about their customers service, that is PATHETIC.
The employees are rude and took a wrong order and when I asked her to be conscious. She asked me to instead of her!

Really low standard. Staff don't have the knowhow of Customer Service. Get ready to get an angry stare and get shouted if you have a question.

I saw a staff member who had to sneeze. He was good to sneeze on the side and not on the pizza, but he handled the same box he sneezed on to a customer. Pathetic.
I wanted to question them, but they rudely asked me to stay in the line quietly. WOW!

Also their pizzas are not done properly, they don't have sauce/cheese on the outer 2 inches, which makes no point. But I'm not expecting anything good from them.

This is Canada, and these guys need to be trained how to behave with people in general.

I waited so long in the line and an Indian guy came from outside and the Indian lady who serve people at this location helped the Indian guy without paying attention that I was waiting in line for a long time. She was very rude, slow and unprofessional. There was one Indian man as well but he did not care what the cashier was doing. I would give zero star to this location if I could.

The pizzas here are basically dry baked round crackers with cheese and a tiny amount of pepperoni and whatever else. The amount of cheese is sufficient but don't expect much tomato sauce inside your pizza. Maybe they confuse tomato sauce with rising oil prices. I get the feeling they use one bowl of tomato sauce for an entire day's pizza making.

Actually, I wouldn't even call it round either. It's like they're making giant roti bread. You can see the pictures others have posted. It doesn't really resemble the pizza of my youth. It's just a giant dry baked roti cheese cracker.

They laddle half a spoonful of tomato sauce for your entire pizza and by the time it's baked, it'll only just be a dry red stain underneath the cheese. You won't taste any sauce. You can take the cheese off to see the red stained dough underneath. I once requested extra sauce in the online order and it was still as dry as if I had not asked for any sauce.

Once in a while, this place produces a good pizza. For a while, there was a guy who worked there who actually cared and made decent pizzas but then he left and this place went back to serving dry baked roti cheese bread.

Pizza Pizza was once a part of Toronto culture and it had a very distinctive taste and smell. All that is gone now. Now, there's nothing left of the original Pizza Pizza except their branding and the fact they're conveniently open til 3AM.

Having grown up with Pizza Pizza and watching its quality deteriorate steadily over the past few decades, to be honest, a cheaper frozen pizza from the local grocery store actually tastes better these days.

The pizza is a constant disappointment. There's no care or detail put into it. There's never any tomato sauce, the pizzas aren't truly round (sometimes, they look like pentagon shapes) and are baked to look like rotis. Sometimes, you get lucky and they put too many pepperonis on the pizza but they're haphazardly scattered in a way that suggests they didn't care more than giving you more pepperoni deliberately.

If they had secretly bought a bunch of McCain's frozen pizzas and put it through their professional pizza ovens, it would probably taste better.

Enjoy paying $20 for a giant dry baked cheese roti cracker. This business is singlehandedly kept alive and tolerated by lots of young people who live around here that can't be bothered to cook and are willing to eat subpar quality pizza or drunken revellers after the bars close or just whoever appreciates the convenience of being able to go buy pizza at 2AM.

As customers, we know it only costs $2 in ingredients to make a pizza sold for $20. We're not asking for caviar to be added to the toppings. We're just asking for more care and quality in the make of the pizza. Rounded pizzas with sufficient tomato sauce and not overbaked until it looks like burnt roti bread.

The Popeyes Chicken place next door steals a lot of their business but isn't so great in quality either (it's actually worse because you can sometimes become ill eating their chicken) that Pizza Pizza hasn't gone bankrupt yet. One good thing about Pizza Pizza is that you will never get sick eating their pizza.

Had a bad experience the closing shift gym on 13 june abused and didn’t serve the pizza i did not even get my refund would never go to pizza pizza again

This would probably be our first and last visit to this store! I wouldn’t blame the staff working because there was so much rush and the store was under staffed clearly! On top of it ONLY ONE PERSON COOKING THE PIZZA which resulted in undercooked, not evenly spread toppings and as I specially asked for well done and crispy it wasn’t even close to it!
I was here to roam around have fun but my 45 minutes were wasted!

The hot honey chicken wings lacked honey and hotness. They just tasted "over fried" and bitter. The pizza's aren't super great either. Gave an extra star because the two bite brownies were nice.

Ordered a collection. Went down to get it and clerk didn't know what I was talking about. Guy in the kitchen came out with the pizza but the clerk moved to serve the next person. Asked the clerk about the sides and dips and paying. Clerk got one of the sides and dips said there wasn't another side and then overcharged by 5 dollars more than what it should have been if everything was there. Got home and then the pizza was a large instead of an extra large. Complete rip off, we won't be coming back.

The pizza they made was horrible.you can see the picture of it. Look at the base! Pizza pizza please try to improve your quality.

Worst chicken wings we had ever, horrible customer service, very rude staff. Pizza Pizza have always our go to place but this outlet is the worst of all.

Worst pizza maker ever seen! Ordered 2 toppings medium pizza and got it really uncooked! Asked for to make a new one but reheated the same and was giving to me! Later, actually apologizing and asked me to wait for more time than actual. Still the pizza was badly and uncooked again. Wasn’t even tasting good at all. Won’t recommend anyone going to this same location!

Pretty mediocre pizza and below average chicken wings. The things I liked were their creamy garlic dipping sauce, the ease of online ordering and quick pickup. The crust was pretty dry and not very well cooked. Only later I realized there are better pizza spots closer to me that I should've gone to. Overall, I would avoid this just because the quality and taste weren't so great. For the same price, you can get much better pizza in the area because by no means it's a cheap pizza.
