Worst Pizza Pizza location I’ve been to. Cashier was rude, took forever to get my order out and there were barely any customers. The pizza literally looked like different slices were put together. Like the slice lengths were different. The tables were dirty, I don’t know when the last time they wiped them down. Just go to a different location.

I love their bbq chicken pizza and cheese but you should eat it hot, or else it will become very hard like a cardboard. Also the workers are very nice.

Very very very bad experience. The pizza was burnt and they didn't even agree to it even after showing it to the manager. Very disappointed with the service

Major plus for this place is timing. They are open till late even on weekdays.
But it's only worth for takeout. The tables are never cleaned and you don't feel like you can even sit and have your food.

So if SOMEONE is listening, improve cleaning for better dine in experience.

Visited this place to dine in. I do not ever have complaints about their pizza, but this was the first time i dined it, tell you what, its freezing inside. The doors remain open for a long time and you literally have to sit and eat in the cold.

The owner of the Pizza Pizza franchise located at 3850 sheppard ave east wouldn't allow a physically disabled person to use their washroom because she wasn't a customer. Corporate management of Pizza Pizza doing wrong against others.

The older lady staff / cashier is rude, not welcoming and just rushing the order. She needs a good training in customer service. Doesn't know how to explain the order to customer. Me and my family were just observing her attitude with other guests and she is rude and not even helping. The customers got confused.
I've been to many locations of PizzaPizza but this location is awful.

Placed an online order for pick up. Upon arrival, almost every item in my order was out of stock; from drinks, to dip, and chicken bites as well. Pizza crust was oddly very thin and they were very stingy with the toppings in comparison with any other Pizza Pizza location. I've paid far less at Little Caesars for food that isn't nearly as mediocre as this.

Cook sahil is asking 10$ tip to add 1$ pesto! Its a real recession 2023! I would like to request on my behalf to branch owner, what is missing to handle your employees?

Unclean dining areas: there were food remaining on the tables and chair.

Charge extra: it was my first time ordering from pizza pizza, I asked them not to include anything that costs additional, still they did. When I asked about it after the payment, the manager lady at the counter said $2 is not much.

Hand sanitizer dispenser empty and washer room is closed.

The manager is very rude to the customers.

I often go at this place their is a very nyc lady and guys but the girl in the kitchen is too rude, i order garlic bread and when i opn the box the bread is not at all fresh, after that when i told them it not looks like fresh, the girl started speaking in her native language that why we make new no it fresh. They should lean canadian culture and customer service which she didn't know.
I hope you guys get a good cook not a negative server.

If I have something less than this I would have chosen that. The lady was in phone full time and didn't have patience to check what we want. When we got cheese pizza for my kid they gave the slices in burnt stage. Would appreciate if the lady tries to have friendly attitude. I would suggest not to visit this shop.

Staff is not wearing mask or glove, his thumb touch my pizza when handed to me, food is exposed to air.

The person in the photo is very rude to customers. He doesn’t have etiquette to talk with someone. I think he had a fight with his wife, now he is fighting with customers in the store.

Got this last night from this location. Completely burnt and employees thought it was good enough to give to customer.

The worst pizza ever! I bought the gluten free pizza, went home & when I opened the box I was so disappointed and shocked? Not only its undercooked but its also missing slices? I never wrote a review before but this was too horrifying!? Never ever eating here again. This is just not okay

Got 2 slices of pizza from this outlet 1 cheese and one vegetable pizza. The crust for both of them like in my opinion pizza pizza should have put them into bin. Worst outlet of pizza pizza I have been to even with respect to service they take their own sweet time to come and take order. I have seen the person behind me leaving even without ordering after waiting for 5 min at the counter
