The stars I give say it all really.greeting customers' etiquette is lacking at this store. Hope this sincere constructive comment will be taken appreciatively, for customers' optics is their reality!

My recent visit on Dec 9/2023. Cashier was handling slices bare hands without washing hands. Pizza boxes are stored next to the garbage bin on the floor. Very unhygienic store.

Used to be a favourite location. Ordered delivery only being 5 minutes away and I came to open a pizza that is soggy and wet. You can tell either the sauce was too watery and the pizza came disfigured. So disappointed.

My go to pizza place is this place there so kind and welcoming and I will always keep going here for pizza

We ordered 2 xl pizzas. They made our pizzas but somebody else walked in who was of their same city or something and they gave our pizza to them. We waited for 40 mins for 2 pizzas at midnight. Worst experience ever. Never going back. No compensation, nothing complementary. Please avoid this place.

Update: 2nd pizza was not even cooked. It was garbage.

DIRTY! STAY AWAY!
I was in this location at lunch time, the woman that works there (brown woman in her 40s) doesn’t wash her hands while handling food, I saw her getting cash from a customer then right the way she grabbed a slice of pizza with her bare hands and right after that she went to the table where she separated a whole pizza with her bare hands AGAIN! It’s disgusting, imagine the things you don’t get to see!? Honestly I was shock by her unhygienic practices, the worst part is that she doesn’t even care that we’re standing in front of her watching!
Also, really bad customer service.
So please do yourself a favor and do not come or order anything from this location and PIZZA PIZZA DO BETTER! Pay attention to this important details, there is another review saying they got food poisoning and I totally believe it!

I ordered a pizza today for a take out. When I got pizza, it was so hard to chew it. Something was not right in it. Could be dough or mozzarella. Secondly it was very spicy than usual. I had only one slice after reaching home. Rest was thrown in garbage. $17 went waste.

Great place. Came from Ottawa and loved their service. Clean place, friendly staffs. Highly recommend this place.

Horrible customer service. They did not fullfil out order the way we asked and we rude when we called to ask about alternatives

This place is the dirtiest place in town. We got food poisoned here. Terrible, untidy workers. Stay away!

The pizza was so amazing and delicious today it made my day today thank you for the pizza maker.

I just came here to order my food, the lady worked at the counter was very rude and she seem like she doesn’t like her job at all, when I order, she didn’t look friendly and when I asked how I pick the toppings, and she seem like I am bothering her, very bad experience at this location
