Pizza Pizza

I called to place an order for delivery. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and 10 of the boneless chicken bites with hot sauce. The lady repeated my order back several times. And each time she would say the traditional chicken wings. I kept telling her no, not the traditional. I want the boneless. She then got snippy and said YES, BONELESS. And of course when my order gets delivered, it's the traditional.and the pizza was way over cooked and cardboard. What a big waste of money!

Do not again order online! They is horrible job! Period! I ordered domino’s now better than pizza pizza

We odered pizza from belleville location and confirme everything twice we told the staff that we want small customize pizza but we got medium and totally different pizza and we also get charged for medium pizza

I had lunch today and Sandi the lady employee was super friendly and very competent at her job and seemed to enjoy working. The restaurant was very clean, especially for this time of year and the pizza was excellent. I'll be back.

Ordered at 5: 17, got old pizza late at 6, argued with customer service and was told we would get a replacement. At 8 we got half of the order 'replaced'. Declined since it has been 2 hours after the first pizza. Again, I argued with customer service and wouldn't get a refund. Now I'm writing a review at 2 in the morning, about a pizza that was meant to be 'replaced' multiple hours ago. Horrible experience.

Ordered a pizza just after 5. Pizza came cold and we requested a refund or replacement; replacement came and it was only half of what we originally ordered. Requested ANOTHER replacement at roughly 11 pm and at 1: 55 AM it was delivered. Woke up my whole family with a phone call to the landline. Thank God this one came warm, but I'm beyond disappointed.

For years this was our go to but at some point in the last 10 years it's really gone down hill and the pizza is absolute garbage now. Quality doesn't matter anymore

Our full order wasnt given to us and when it was the whole order wasnt great. Our fries and poutine were both cold and our chicken bites had nxt to no sauce on them when they are supposed to be covered in them.

Additional charge, made in indian service, no clear explanation for why charges extra.

Stuff is not really careful about the hygiene.

I was a regular customer of pizza pizza but this time i felt very bad for their service. I called them for a pickup order but when I called the behaviour of that girl was so rude and full of attitude. So felt very bad and I canceled my order

Guy named Aammy who call himself owner of pizza pizza store belleville is very very rude with customers. I’m giving 1 star as per my experience with pizza pizza. I got worst service also did not got my pizza. Shame on pizza pizza service.

Drove off with our food after going to the wrong address. When we flagged the driver down, he stopped and then drove off with our food. Blocked our number so we can’t get a hold of the store. I don’t get calls after 10PM. We were standing in our driveway looking at you and screaming at you. I will be escalating this to head office.

Used to love this place but now if you have made a mistake with your order and you want to call to fix it, you are sent to a customer service call center and placed on hold. Which by the time you get an agent, your pizza is made and delivered. But only if they actually show up on time. In which case you have to call to be put on hold again.

So this is what they are serving, disgusting and gross. I would never eat from this restaurant again. NEVER.
And please try to avoid this restaurant as they have worst food and service.

Place was dirty and customer service left something to be desired. I get that the servvice industry is in need of workers but management needs to step up in these times and support thier teams. The pizza wa good though. Well done chef

Only got part of the online ordrr. Called again and was told they would be bringing the rest and never did after taking our money

Terrible service they overcharged me and when i went back to nicely try to get them to fix it the owner and manager both just told me its not their problem and i had to call pizza pizza that Emmi franchise owner has really run this place down

Ordered Pizza, mushroom wasn't cooked thrown ontop probably after it came out the oven. Called to complain and get a new order they didn't even give me 2 seconds to explain I got rerouted to customer service to wait 10 minutes to get an answer. The representative acted like it was no issue kept asking if it was in edible. They cooked the pizza and added the mushroom after the fact. Raw mushroom.of course it's not edible. Terrible service.

Horrible service driver kept calling saying he was here and I was outside waiting and he was not there. So I called him back and asked him where he was with my pizza said he was 1 minute away. I told him I was waiting outside and he needed to come straight here as I was waiting a long time already. He shows up, I pay and come inside. Open the pizza box and this is what I found.

Please be careful while ordering. These guys have the worst pizza service in Belleville. We have complained online for their wrong order. One of the Employee his name is Rutkwik Patel, he was too much rude on call back from store. Because we have complained about our order online. He was straight away threatening us.

I just ordered some pizza today pickup from 170 northfront street belleville, the order was wrongly made and when I complained about that store associate name rutwik patel giving me false reasons and strictly denied for reorder and talking rudely with me and giving threat that we will not accept the order from next time.

Please friends kindly be careful while ordering pizza from pizza pizza form 170 north front street Belleville, today we just order pizza from it. However, they giving me wrong pizza. After complaining this to the store one of the associated name Ruthvik Patel he was taking very rudely and denied for reordering the pizza and threatened us.

I recently moved to Belleville and went to pizza pizza last night. Had really terrible experience last night. We got burnt pizza and when tried to show it to manager he started shouting in foul language. The manager don’t know a single thing about customer assistance and had short temper. Person with such short temper should not be a manager. Things could have been handled very differently if the had a experienced manager. Never ever will go back to pizza ever again.

Last night we went to pizza pizza they gave us burnt pizza and when we complained the manager was really rude. He started abusing in Hindi language. There is so much racism and hate speech going on in pizza pizza. Will never recommend anyone to visit pizza pizza Belleville.

I asked for two pizzas and guess what they both were burnt, and when complained, staff called police on me. Poor customer service and staff denied to give their names. I respect people who work hard but I don’t like arrogant people like the manager with no manners that’s why posting about them here. Will never recommend anyone and definitely going to tell all my friends to never visit pizza pizza Belleville.

I called to order a couple pizza’s as I would any other evening. Upon placing my order the pizza pizza employee told me that our home was out of city limits and they were unable to deliver to us. We had ordered from the same location 2 weeks prior without issue. I began telling the pizza pizza employee that we are not outside the city limits, we are behind the Walmart shopping centre in a new subdivision. He wouldn’t hear it. Nothing I could say would stop him from refusing me service and then hung up on me. Im frustrated.

We called dominos and they had zero issue with location or any other limiting factors. The pizzas are on route faster than I could convince this pizza pizza employee that I lived in the same town he did.
