This has been my go to pizza pizza location and will remain so, by far my favourite pizza pizza place, I am always pleased with the quality and timely delivery, i have much appreciation for incredible consistent service, i highly recommend this location.shout out to the managers of this place, very kind, welcoming, and overall good hearted people.

My complaint is about the customers that left today, living the place looking like a garbage can. I can't even enjoy my pizza.those white moms given a very bad example to there kids. AND THE EMPLOYES ARE EXTRA NICE.

Horrible experience with the lady between 11: 30-12: 30 on the counter on Thursday. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Never coming back here

Reviews are right; the service is missing, and no effort to delight a paying customer.
At my time of purchase, the pizza slices did not look appetizing; my fault for going ahead with the purchase.

There pizzas are dry with hardly any sauce and most importantly cheese. I have come here twice now and I feel like I am mostly eating bread with hardly any cheese. I understand food costs have gone up but so have prices so please start serving better quality pizzas because you will start losing customers fast. I will no longer come to this location as there are many other pizza pizza nearby who serve better quality. Shame on you for serving bad pizza.

No sense of urgency, understaffed, and overall an awful experience. Multiple customers were served before us and our food was cold.we dined in. We only ordered 2 poutines. We watched the cashier drop one. When we went to complain the staff started talking with each other and they seemed upset. I’ve always loved pizza pizza and even have many stocks invested in this company but after today I’m highly considering selling them and never returning to dine again.

Visited with family last week. The customer service and food quality and quantity was amazing. Pizza was cooked to perfection. I loved the crispy crust. I would recommend this location to everyone

Was on a job site making repairs on the garbage room door for the property manager of this complex when the owner of pizza pizza came to toss out his garbage, I politely told him the door isn’t in operation right now and to leave the boxes outside and I will throw them out for him when the work is done. About 20 minutes after the work was complete while we were packing up, the owner of pizza pizza returns with a slice of pizza and pop for both my co worker and I.

It’s the nice gestures like this that we need in life and just goes to show that good karma is truly a thing.

I don't rate franchise locations too often but I'm making an exception. Owners make this place worth the stop for a pie.

Six weeks in a row I went to them Tuesday and Wednesday between seven and eight in the evening to grab a slice of pizza before heading to a quick work - every single week they had no slice of pizza left or one very old crusty slice of pizza left. The owner said food cost has gone up so they don’t make as much. That means they are okay with giving old krusty slices or no slices at all to their customers. Will stop buying from this location immediately.

Absolute disappointment! Placed my order through mobile ordering came in to pickup the order and eat it in store with my family we asked for sanitizer to clean our hands they said they didn’t have any, no problem we’ll go to the washroom. BUT WAIT washroom has no SOAP! After we finished eating our pizza we had 2-slices left so we asked for a 2-slice box but the staff there said they were not allowed to give us one and instead gave us a paper bag which resulted in the pizza being squished.

The seats were metal, uncomfortable and made a screeching noise when you move move them, almost felt my ears were going to bleed.
