I asked for a 4 topping pizza, however there were only 3 when I reached home and opened the box. This charged me extra and when I inquired about this to customer care they put me on hold for very long. Eventually I disconnected, and they never called back.
Horrible experience ordering from this location late at night. My 11 year old sister placed an order which was wrong so I called to cancel within 10 minutes of the order being placed. Was put on hold for almost an additional 15 minutes. Shortly after a service rep picked up we notified him of the wrong order and asked for it to my cancel and he did without hesitation. Approx 5 minutes after the driver calls and tells us the store did not notify him of the circumstances and we reassured him the ordered was cancelled due to it being a wrong order placed and it was cancelled before we knew it was made. Later within the hour I placed a new order, correctly and was contacted by customer service to confirm the order was correct and if they should proceed and I confirmed it. An hour later I called back Pizza Pizza and asked about the order and they said apparently I was suppose to give the payment details over the phone which I was NEVER told when the previous rep called about the payment details having to be given over the phone and this rep started to accuse me of lying about that circumstance as I continued to reassure him that is not what was explained to me, I asked to be forwarded to a supervisor, was then put on hold for 20 mins before going to a deadline where nobody answered. After hanging up and calling back 3 additional times, I was then put through to supervisor Michelle, who completely gave me a different story that was said by the delivery driver. I don’t appreciate the dishonestly and lies from the driver and the unprofessional manner from all service reps who weren’t even able to help solve a simple problem as this. Overall this is beyond disappointing and disgusting behavior, I will never order from here again… order Ginos or dominos, delivered in 20 mins and no problems!
Anmol helped me so much at the front counter. I was having trouble deciding what to order so she guided me through it and was so polite and friendly. Her service was fast and she managed the whole counter alone even in the busy time. I’ll surely visit and order again from here.
Owner is greedy. I ordered 2 Extra large 3 toppings on a deal. Every Pizza pizza across Canada gives you option of Drinks or dippings on side in deal. They strictly told me you have to buy dippings different lol. It’s not that 4 dollars make a difference to me when I am buying 50 bucks of food but the RULE to compulsive buy Drinks is disgusting. Staff was apologetic so 3 stars on that.
I ordered takeout from the front counter. The service was super fast and smooth. The girl at the counter (Anmol) was extremely sweet and good at her job. Had a nice conversation with her in the slow time and she recommended me some good offers. Will order from here again fs.
Very disappointed with their delivery service. The guy opened side door and came all the way downstairs to our basement and started knocking on basement door. It was so awkward that he called me that he left our order at our laundry machine.
Only i have to say the is the worst pizza pizza location in brampton.i ordered the pizza from that location the dekivery time is too long and i think they send me the pizza which is made before 4-5 hours
Half hour for pick online pick up order. The girl said if you walk in and order you don’t need to wait in the line for pick up but if you order online you have to wait in the line. 30 mins for pick up order medium pizza with 2 toppings. 1 star because there’s no 0 star option. I asked the girl politely about the customer picking up pizza without line so there’s no chaos she started shouting how places order in person. I should have taken the 3.5 rating into consideration before ordering next time. Oh well there will be no next time for me. I won’t even talk about the app which never told me what time the pizza will be ready.
