Just one thought that they should have dispensers with oregano and chilli flakes for each table. During busy time, its hard to share. Also even if it wasn’t busy, its weird for me to go upto someone’s table and ask for oregano. Each table would make it so much easier and convenient!

Disgusting pizza ever I had in life veggies are not well chopped crust was so thick I never got any dipping with it I recommend guys you to improve your pizza quality

Horrible customer service. Found a dead mosquito on my pizza. Asked for a refund and they said not possible. Then asked for a fresh pizza, they declined. Instead they decided to give me another slice from the same pizza that had the bug. I just left and threw the pizza out. Horrible place, I'll stick to the sandalwood plaza pizza pizza location. Thank you.

I place online order and it says free after 20 minutes but i wait there about 30 minutes and the guy said we don't when i call there call center it was on hold about 27 minutes

Hi I just ordered Half Moon Cheesy Bread and the girl who was dealing with us was very rude and she don’t have any etiquette that how to deal with the customer i would seriously recommend to owner or manager to teach the values and how to deal with customers.

Food was nice. I have tried pizza and the new Stromboli vegetation. Pizza was okay okay but the Stromboli was quite nice as it is like Indian garlic bread with the vegetables in it.

Worst service takes too long to serve the order and the employee don't serve properly

Food service is horrible. The employees seem to be too relaxed with all the orders, and probably the worst thing I saw was the cashier handling money and grabbing the two fried chicken patties from the fryer with her bare hands. The meal took 26 minutes. Not recommended to go for a quick bite unless you are not hungry and have the whole day available. My surprise when I opened the box and there was no ketchup. The sandwich only came with two slices of pickles only.

Very Rude behavior of Punjabi girl with employee ID-5001.
We were here for the first time and when it was our turn to place an order, the punjabi girl taking orders was very arrogant. My friend just wanted to confirm if the topping he wanted was added to the order or not. She was rude and said NEVER MIND with a really bad attitude. It was really embarrassing in front of all the customers present at the store. If she has some trouble with dealing the customers she should’ve never joined this place in the first place.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is pretty good and the food tasted superb. Perfect place to have a nice and warm meal with friends or family.

Me and my friend ordered the large pizza combo with three drinks and asked for dipping sauce for the replacement of the one drink as we needed only two drinks. But worker who was taking the order said we can’t replace the drink with dipping sauce. I said, no other store has any problem with it. She said we can’t do this. Its ur wish if you wanna order or not. I had to pay extra $5 for dipping sauce.

The front cashier girl name arsh was so nice and welcoming and gave us a very good customer service I really appreciate her service. She was so happy and has smiling face

What's the secret recipe of the dough I still don't know but every bite of pizza says I'm better than the previous bite.

Ordered a pizza and it came like this i don’t if you guys are not providing meal to your employees or what but it shouldn’t come out of my pizza and there was hair on my pizza had to throw away the whole thing the box was very dirty too from the outside never ordering again

They always have special deals to fit in my budget and even taste is great you can customize pizza as you like and have chicken wings tossed in any favourite dipping sauce

Why is it that every time I come here and ask for a pizza slice, they put it in the oven for less than a minute before handing it to me. The slice is always still cold. Please leave the slice in there for 2 minutes max.

The girl who was taking my order, didn't listen to me as I was about to order cheese pizza but she was busy with other guy watching some insta reel, don't know what was going on

Dron pandit in the store makes the best pizza. I always take pizza of his suggestions and he serves me with some new attractive topping combinations in every visit. I almost visit the store every day and would recommend everyone to go and ask for dron to make the pizza if anyone wants to eat something different.

I ordered pizza for delivery. But the delivery driver’s behaviour was unacceptable. His name was Pamir. He do not know how to speak english and with customers. I am not recommending this store to anyone. The store owner should hire more professional people. Thank you

I went to this store 10 march at nite near 12: 00 am to pick the order.the store was not miuch busier and the girl over the system was taking order from a customer. The emplyee sitting right on the table was busy watching tik tok and i called her 2 times she didnt listened and another driver of pizza pizza told her that guy is calling. She looked at me and i told her mam skip the dishes, she said the other girl on the system will asist you.like the order was lying rite behind her but then also she didnot even stand to give my order orr even listen what i want.i just wanted to know what the restaurant employees think that the people who r doing uber or skip deliveries are their servant,? This is not the first store i have been to many stores where if u go as a delivery guy especially indian or punjabi they will ignore you.

Poor service. Saturday night we ordered butter chicken pizza with green peppers and onions. We got pizza although it was simply a chicken one with toppings of tomatoes that we didn’t even asked for. This is the 2nd time that we received wrong order. 1st time also we ordered butter chicken but no chicken was there on pizza.

After a hardworking day I felt like order a pizza but know what I mistakenly order from pizza pizza and that too from this location. They serves the grossest food ever. See the pictures they didnt even bake the freaking pizza properly and I literally had to eat it cz i was too hungry.
Change your freaking staff and raise your quality and dont degrade the pizza pizza’s repo.

Very unorganized place. Can't complain about the staff I guess Management needs to be approved. I would not recommend this place.

I order veggie pizza today afternoon. It was so delicious. The girl name manju made this pizza. It’s was good experience and they provide great customer service too.

I dont know why they have bad reviews, I went here with my kids to dine in and we had a overall great experience here. The service was great and so was the food! Lots of surrounding parking, washroom was clean, restaurant was also clean. No complaints here

Staff doesnt clean the table at all, also they should update their order screen as they just ring bell as any order is completed, dont know whose, after every bell we have to go to counter for asking, they should replace it with big screen with order numbers showing as ready, in que something like this and maintenance of place should be taken seriously

I visited this location last week, pizza was delicious but the restaurant was not clean. Their tables were dirty with leftover pizzas, garbage bins were fullalso floor was not clean.
I don’t understand why they do not consider these things seriously.
Please make some changes.

Felt so unwelcomed, when we entered the store, the attitude of employees was very bad that first five minutes they didn’t even greeted us. We ordered pizza, easy on sauce and 2 garlic dips, but we were not served that way it was not at all easy on sauce and he just punched 1 garlic dip, so inattentive. Its basic etiquettes that you have to have a smiling face while giving customer service no matter how’s your day going!

Have been here so many time but this time customer service was so good girl on front named Mandeep was so nice and she deal with us so kindly and she made our chicken wing by her self those were also fine food was good and customer service was great appreciate the efforts
