I order from here all the time and the people are extremely nice and very respectful. The pizza is always fresh and very well presented.

Abdul made the best pizza for me from that location. One of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. Will definitely be going back to have Abdul make me another pizza pie

Had worst experience ever in my life. I had to use washroom urgently during Dine in. I asked for washroom store didn’t open washroom because staff don’t want to do cleaning. So, If Dine in is on then why washroom is closed. They must open for customer and hire professional staff who knows their responsibilities and customer service.

Amazing food, they serve halal chicken pizza. But Sitting arrangements are very basic. So much room for improvement. Restroom was dirty and stinky.

They don't change gloves when making pizza and handling money. Great costumer service.

I call these guys. I spoke to a lady I ordered a pizza I provided all information she says its gona ready within 20 minutes but when i went there still its not ready so i says how much its gona take. They were like we don’t have your order in system crazy people if they don’t take order on phone call so just we are not whats this making peopel fool. Waste there time

The older lady in the pink sweater very aggressive. The tables were filthy. A lady in a Grey sweater wipe the tables with a napkin. No sanitation cloth, no cleaning liquid. Both bot wearing Hair nets. Floors dirty filled with garbage and clearly showed she she didn't want us in the restaurant

Disgusting service and very rude employees. Doing dine in and they also denied for washrooms. I love pizza pizza but i would never recommend anyone to come at this location.

Good experience, I order vegetarian pizza and half moon cheese bread the taste is amazing. I like the service. I recommend to my friend must try here.

Will not deliver your pizza but will call you saying they cannot find your house while sitting in their car. Customer service will refuse to help and deny any wrong doing and blatantly lie about order being no contact when on the online reciept it says front door. 5* for ignorance.

Hate this place. Pizza Pizza used to be great about 10 years ago.

Now every Pizza Pizza I've been is absolutely garbage pizza. Old, stale slices, terrible ingredients. THIS location is the worst. Grosses me out everytime I see slices that look like b they're about 10 hours old. Never go here unless youre homeless and begging for money.

I was talking to the lady taking my order over the counter and she was okay except for when she interrupts me making the order to chat with her colleague and make a few laughs after meanwhile I waiting for her to finish to recollect my memory.
The last time she messed up the order and gave my thing crust and I asked her for thick crust. It wasn't worth the time after dealing with the bad customer service.
I feel that she has no drive in her work or customer care.
Don't let me get started on the washroom. It's filthy. No upkeeping and the locks o. The door didn't work. I wouldn't go back to the Kipling and Rexdale location.

I was picking up an order on 2/8/23 @ 8: 45 pm. I come inside and 1 employee gentlemen is sitting near the floor behind the counter and he’s on his phone. While the other employee lady is talking to him across the room in their language ignoring me and the customer she was serving. The gentlemen could’ve at least assisted me instead of being on his phone since it was only me and another customer in the restaurant. Even after the other customer left it was just me and the 2 employees are still talking to each other. Took a decent amount of time before I was even acknowledged. I’m not comfortable returning to this location

I ordered jalapeño poppers at this store around 2: 00 am on 16th March
When the lady was trying to pack my food, she dropped few poppers
And she picked up the poppers from the ground to throw away and she never changed the gloves and touched the frozen poppers to drop in the oil
And even after that she never changed the gloves and kept on touching the food

This made me really feel bad

Sayed is the best delivery driver they have! He is so friendly and such a pleasure to talk with! You are lucky to have him!

Worst, unethical manner less staff, the guy who usually cash you out is very rude he doesn’t have sense of talking with customers also he is so cheap that he is not even giving the dips which comes with that he started arguing, never visit this pizza pizza u might go to any other nearby location but not this

The only food I didn't enjoy was the chicken hot sauce aside that any other thing was perfect.
