I ordered brio as my drink. Dude just rang me up for a regular combo. After the money was paid he said oh brio is a different price and made me select a different drink. Slices here are kinda small. I think the make large slices instead of the extra large slices I can get at other places. It seems to me the service here is very inconsistent looking at many other reviews. Although there are many replies by Corporate I fail to see initiative or any additional training for employees. These comments might just be theatrics to seem like corporate is involved.

Update: Consistency and communication problem seem to have improved.slices and pizzas have a crispy crunch to my liking.

I was inside waiting on my auntie to come get me it was cold outside and she was taking a little longer than expected this Asian crazy guy came up to me and started yelling at me to get out I explain to him that I was waiting on my auntie and that she’s taking long he proceeded to ask what did I learn me being confused I asked him what is he talking about he continue on a rant and said he don’t like kids especially black kids I wish I knew this is what he was going to say so I can record luckily my boyfriend was on the phone and heard everything. My family and I have been going to this place for the last ten years. I went in to ask for the small packets of ketchup and one of their staff refused stating “we don’t give them away for free. ”. Is this company/employees really that greedy and worried about meeting their quota that they can’t give out ketchup even after we picked up an order. You’re much better off going to Little Caesar’s on Montreal Road or Louis down the street, much more friendly and accommodating.

If I could put zero not even 1 star. Worse staff ever! Very rude and disrespectful. We ordered pizza at 1: 30 pm on 17/08/2023, he gave us 1 that is old and very dry. We asked for a change but the guy answered: “thats what we have” Kindly I ask the pizza pizza to seriously take action about it, this is not the first time they give us ready made/ old pizza that is NOT freshly baked! At this exact location.

Had gotten bones less bites asked for 2 sauces said no 1 said ok I get my secours dip on side to see the boneless bites barely had any sauce

I waited 10 minutes to order and then someone new walked in and the guy helped someone else. This is ridiculous

Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately noticed that the food handlers were not wearing gloves while preparing the food. Rude, treat customers badly, Bad customer service. Zero communication. And it takes forever to get ready.

I ordered a large ultimate pepperoni like I have dozens of times before. Today did not come anyway it ever did before. They did not follow any of my directions in any way. I ordered thick crust, it was thin. I ordered extra sauce, it was dry. I ordered ultimate pepperoni (which is supposed to be extra crust to crust. There was 16 pepperoni on the entire large which would usually be over 40. This pizza was cut very poorly. Every slice is stuck together and not cut through. Two slices are a centimetre wide and 2 slices are 6 inches wide, it makes no sense. No care was taken by the employees at this location. I’m Very Disappointed. I do not feel comfortable ever ordering at this location ever again.

The service here is horrible! The manager is worse. I brought back a large pepperoni pizza that was half burnt. After returning from home standing waiting patiently for a new pizza. The manager comes and yells at me Infront of other customers and yells that he is now blocking my number. Like I'm the problem.
This place should be closed down. If I could give half a star that would still be too much.

I get delivery mostly. I usually tip, but right now I'm not in a financial position to tip delivery drivers, and I'm sure he saw the $0 tip because the way the driver dropped off my order was unprofessional, completely dismissive, and seemed like he just wanted to leave as soon as possible. If the food wasn't so good for how cheap it is, I'd be ordering from somewhere else after that

Asked for a thin crust. But it was thick and very undercooked and doughy. Threw half of the pizza

This is the 3rd time that this location has forgotten a side order. I get that happens, but I’ve been on the phone 3 times and 1st: the rep who has me on speakerphone and I can clearly hear his dog barking says he has to transfer me to customer service. Sure, I’ll wait.

15 minutes pass and I hang up and try customer service direct. The 2nd call I waited 30 minutes and hung up again. There is no email contact or we form online.

God forbid you need help with your order, you won’t find it here. I used to love this location and would’ve given them a 5 a while ago but something has changed and I routinely miss orders. If anyone reads this and can help, please reach out.

Food is always good, but the service is sub par. It usually just looks like they're too busy and understaffed to acknowledge customers - clear management issue.

Terrible customer service. One Delivery driver has had my gf sign the receipt and goes back to the store and charges whatever he wants for a tip. That’s theft and not okay. First time he makes a comment to her how about a tip for a good looking man and made her feel uncomfortable. Never will order from this location again.

I ordered a pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese and well done. Most pizza joints do not get it right.this Pizza Pizza store did it PERFECTLY!

Pizza pizza has really gotten steadily worse over the years. I used to love customizing my own pizza and would often suggest pizza puzza over other pizza places. Now most toppings will cost you a dollar extra and even the six cheese blend costs a dollar extra to apply. I gave the food 3 stars because their chicken wings are really good. If your going to order from here I suggest the wing it box.

So as you see I have rated 3 stars overall because as much as generally they are good they have times where things are so bad and the owner just likes to tell you not to come back!

You can't get things like extra cheese (even if payed for) on poutines as well

I ordered pizza came to like 22$ gave the man 30$ took the money gave my pizza and walked away without asking if I want change I’m paying almost 5$ for delivery already what makes u think another 8$ of my money is yours could of got another pizza with 12$
