The staff was quick very friendly. There even was a Mexican employee (dont know his name) but he was very polite, friendly and even gave us great recommendations

I liked the pizza. Used to go there couple times a week until recently where the lady employee treated me with disrespect. She shouldn't be on the front line where customers can see her.
She doesnt know how to deal with customers.

On multiple occasions, this employee has been extremely discriminatory and aggressive towards me. He has told me that I cannot be served and has threatened to call the police on me. This employee should NOT be working in customer service with such a foul demeanour towards customers. Pizza Pizza Head Office should be ashamed of themselves keeping this person employed…as if the multiple negative reviews about this man is not enough evidence to make a change. I will keep posting my negative experience with this employee until he is terminated from the establishment.

FYI- There is video evidence of the encounters I have had with this employee who has refused to serve me.

I have experienced one of the worst encounters with an older male who was serving me at this location.

I placed the order at 00: 48 hours with the Pizza Pizza Contact Centre. I received a call from this location at 00: 55 hours from an older male stating that I have 4 minutes to attend the store and pick up the pizza due to the store closing at 01: 00 hours. This was an unrealistic request; although, I stated that I will be attending as soon as I possibly can.

I arrived at the store at 01: 04 hours and the older male unlocked the door to let me in. The male immediately started to berate and belittle me for arriving at the store late. I remained calm and attempted to de-escalate his behaviour but he continued to be hostile. I live three minutes away from the store and it takes me about 5 minutes to leave my unit, take the elevator, go to the garage, start the car, and exit the parking space.

The older male continued to be hostile with me and also demanded that I pay cash. I expressed that I was not informed that it was "cash only". I stated that I only have a debit card. He finally accepted that method of payment and rushed me out of the store. I no longer said a word and exited the store. The door was slammed shut behind me as I walked to my car in dismay.

Ultimately, a customer having to be met with such a hostile and irritable behaviour upon arrival with no justified reason was undeserved and uncalled for. This encounter was completely unacceptable.

I have noticed from previous reviews with this location that this older male continues to remain a constant issue with his hostile behaviour towards customers.

I would suggest Pizza Pizza to have a cut-off time from having any orders being placed when it's close to closing time and work towards disciplinary action with this staff member.

Worst experience ever. The old guy at the store was using abusive language, he also came out to the store following me and pushed me. I have a big heart so didn’t file any legal complaint but he should definitely get fired. Whoever manages please read the reviews and see how many people already have complained about him.

Worst service at this location! Especially from the older skinny Indian man with glasses. He's very rude to the customers and condescending and confrontational. Avoid this location at all costs unless you enjoy being verbally abused.

I’ve been getting takeout pizzas here regularly for the past couple of months, and they’re always cooked right and on time! The staff are also very friendly!

Abi was extremely kind and helpful, made us a fresh slice when there was none left on display. Will be coming back for another lunch slice!

The smell is disgusting. I don’t know how people eat this garbage. I live next to this place and cannot stand passing by. Every time I walk by I suffer a micro headache and feel like throwing up. I’ve never been inside and don’t ever plan to, but I thought I’d share my experience.

Greatest experience at pizza pizza ever. Special thanks to the chef. We ordered 'make your own pizza' with vegetable toppings and it was mouth watering.

I've been in Canada for last 6 months and I am eating Pizza Pizza a lot. But, this place was something else. The Pizza was delicious and perfectly baked. It was just awesome.

People working at this Pizza Pizza outlet are rude. They have no sense to talk to a customer. Please avoid this location!
