Pizza Pizza

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in town. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Customer service are also great and always efficient, happy and polite.
Excellent food and service compared to other pizza store in town. Can't wait to return guys and also recommend to everyone for pizza and wings and many more other sides.

Got the new stuffed crust pizza.now we all know pizza pizza is low end pizza to begin with, basically a garlic dip store that sells "pizza". But this stuffed crust was actually offensive. They take all the dough that is supposed to be the base of the pizza, and squish it all into the crust, to wrap up half a mozzarella stick. Literally the worst pizza I've had from pizza pizza, and probably the worst period. And it only cost $30!

The staff and customer service was awesome. One of the staff namely jasmeet kaur took the order and she was really cheerful, and helpful and the pizza was awesome too.

The staff is very polite and good.they offer a variety of mouthwatering food. I also love the soothing ambience of this restaurent.

Went to this location Oct 11,2023. Ordered the Xtra large take out special. It was our 1st time at this location as we are new to the area.
We were served by a a east Indian young lady. Following our order we waited inside the store while our pizza was being prepared.
I immediately noticed the women that just served us at the cash preparing a box of Onion Rings for someone else. She was arranging the rings in the box with her fingers. She had not washed her hands before touching the food. Gross!
My turn - This woman then proceeded to pick up some garbage on the the floor and throw it out. She then started making my Pizza. Again, she had still not yet washed her hands. Touching the dough. Spreading the dough. Hands in the cheese. Hands in the pepperoni.
I finally spoke up and called over the other person working in the kitchen. I told him everything that this woman was doing. He immediately went over to her and told her to go and wash her hands. So so so so filthy dirty. Terrible habits should should never happen in the food industry especially when the customer is watching.
When I received my pizza I was told not to worry because pizza is cooked at over 500 degrees and all bacteria will be killed at that temperature.
Absolutely disgusting!
I argued that and said what is she doesn’t wash her hands after using the bathroom? Would that be ok because it’s cooked at 500 degrees.

“This location has lost a customer. I will never go to this location again”

The response from the owner was ridiculous. I will never be back and I will tell everyone about this.

The most disappointing pizza. Cold no cheese hardly any toppings. I was shocked because I always got pizza there, but was reading other reviews and to find out there are new owners. That explains why and when I went in to complain there was nothing done about it. I understand they gotta make money but happy satisfied customers equals repetitive business. When you spend your hard earned money on anything you should be getting equivalent services.
THAT WAS NOT THE CASE HERE.

I got to be honest I’ve been here a couple of times, and I’ve had some great fresh pizza. I understand quality control isn’t top priority but the 20min drive up to pizza pizza was the worst decision I could have ever made. The pizza was literally disgusting…. No effort was put into it…it was straight dough. Especially being the fact that I got charged extra for a garlic base to find that there’s nothing under the cheese…. But then again we couldn’t see much cheese either. And the fact that it was a three topping pizza and there was barley any meat. Not sure who made my pizza but you definitely didn’t care to try at your job. My $40 would have tasted better in this instance. None the less the other times pizza was nice and cheesy and hot but this time was a serious disappointment…. Do better who ever you are.

Dont order food here.since the new owners bought it the restaurant has gone down the drain. They hardly put any cheese or sauce on your pizza

Ordered a pizza and asked for lightly done since if you don’t sometimes it will be overdone. Waited 20 minutes. Busy location. Pizza came and was burnt didn’t have enough time to wait again so some people in the party didn’t eat it and skipped dinner. I ate what I could. Not good at all. The pepperoni slice was ok. Tables aren’t cleaned for eat in. Not very clean compared to many other pizza pizzas. The people working are friendly. Would not recommend.

Chicken chicken combo with fries and drink was good. Stopped by late after work. Also picked up onion rings and they were decent enough.

If you want bugs in your food then this is the perfect place for you store manager tried telling us that it didn't come from the store. Yep I totally cooked the cockroach into the cheese myself never again will we go to this location. Head office was amazing thought

The worst pizza place I’ve ever been!
Service is garbage. The employees working on June 23rd are a complete joke. Kept putting me on hold. Wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. Extremely rude! DO NOT GO!

We went in after a day walking around the beach, we ordered our pizza and drinks on the app and went to the store to eat inside. I asked for some water for our 17month old son just needed a cup to refill his cup. The guy said at first sorry we don't give out cups of water, then once he knew it was for my son he went into the back, I'm almost positive he grabbed a bottle from his own lunch bag for Noah. He was amazingly friendly funny and the definitely where the bar needs to be for customer service and support. We couldn't be happier being served by thos wonderful employee!

Tired of delivery taking so long and pizza pizza just putting you on hold for 10 minutes so they don't have to honor their 40 minutes or it's free. Delivery driver marks delivered before he gets here to make it seems like he made it in time. Last time we will be ordering from this location. Mediocre pizza with extremely long deliver time. Normally don't bother trying to get the pizza for free but this keeps happening so I felt like it was fair to hold them to their promise.

Washrooms out of order but no out of order sign, just locked. Asked for a key, and then they said “oh it must be out of order”. I said I ordered online I’m a paying customer who needs to use the washroom. Then they said they would check, and after 5 minutes still no answer. Also it’s very dirty here and has a bad odor.

Must be under new ownership or management. All new staff. Unfortunately, they don't pay attention to the details of your order.

Cozy pizza place with the nicest staff ever! Great for a late night bite and good conversation. Their pizza is delicious too.

The severice was wonderful and very respectful staff! And food is always ready and to be served, cone and enjoy the wonderful food and support a local bisuness!
