Pizza Pizza

I like Pizza Pizza's food and the fact they have vegan options, but the service at this location has really gone downhill. Delivery drivers have forgotten items in my order multiple times and had to drive back to the store to collect them, and delivered the wrong items. Not sure I'll stay a customer at this rate.

Annoyed, they are topical ok, I got home after picking my ordered up and the jalapeños poppers come in a box of 8 and I was only given 5. I’m not one to just eat 3 and right an bad review

From someone who has tried every pizza pizza chain from all over GTA to Montreal and Pembroke to Ottawa this Pizza Pizza is consistently amazing. I love how thin their pizza is and I just tried the stuffed crust which is OK but nothing to rave about. I also love their app! Very easy to navigate and I love how you can pay through the app and earn money towards pizza with club 11-11. I was able to redeem $5 in dough for my order which helped alot.

This is the best Pizza Pizza location in Ottawa, always a perfect pizza with good service.

I went with my family to enjoy the pizza a few weeks back, the staff was not aware about anything. Asked me to check the website for the all options and price. I've been to other pizza pizza stores, I never received this kind of reply.

Owner/employee very personable always quick service and great pizza. Always ready to joke around and creates a great atmosphere, has even saved me with a tool box no questions asked.

Me and my friends have been visiting this location 2 to 3 times a week for the past 6 months. Every time we visit, the pizza and customer service is amazing. 100 percent would recommend to anyone in the area.

It was good until the owner or manager cant accept his mistake. Tells me to take your money and dont come back here. Very nice customer service. I get mad say i almost choke and you treat a customer like that. I dont want another pizza.plastic in the pizza almost choked on plastic and i was told sorry and get out of my store dont come back. Absolutely ridiculous its a joke. The other guy was great i was getting pizza from there but from now on. No way.

The cashier brown male isn’t polite at all. (I’m brown too) he doesn’t respect clients and he shouldn’t be working here, I tried to order and apologised because I changed my sandwich to a combo since it’s my first time and I don’t know prices. He started shouting and telling me to go somewhere else. This man should stay home and not working with customers.

Visited here regularly and they are very friendly, fast, and make you feel to come back.

10 years ago to today excellent service whether i get it delivered but i usually pick up, hard working group at this location and always clean myself or my then kids never dissappointed always get what i ordered and always great! Ty ty

I've been buying pizza from this location for over a decade and I have no complaints. Very clean restaurant and very quick to get pizza in person, they make sure to be as quick as possible especially during their busy times. When I get my pizza delivered, the delivery man is always very nice.

I would not recommend this place as it is dirty and poorly maintained, with bad customer service and overpriced items. Additionally, their prices are much higher than other locations, so it would be wise to save your money and eat somewhere else instead

I've been coming to this location on and off for 15 years and the person who was in store this Saturday (Feb 4) during the afternoon (around 2pm) was extremely rude. I later would learn that his name is Tamim. I ordered a poutine, a box of onion rings and a fanta. I dined indoor. While eating, I realized that the poutine had little to no gravy at the bottom. It was basically just fries. I came to the counter to see Tamim, but he wasn't even willing to come to the counter. From a distance, he rudely told me that that's the max amount of gravy. He then told me to leave and not come back and even went on to say that "Back in your home, it's like that, but here's it's different". I asked him to see the manager, but he told me he was alone and nobody else was there. Had I know he was going to be this rude and discriminatory, I would have recorded it. I later learned through a worker I know at the location 1950 Montreal road that Tamim didn't show up to work and that he wasn't a good employee, which would make sense given his interaction with me. Tamim shouldn't be working at any customer service positions that involves dealing with the public.

Worst place to order, if your ordering online pickup. Cold as the cardboard hardly any cheese, dried up and cold pizza!
