Pizza Pizza

On December 18th I Ordered a large pizza after work around 11: 30pm. Pizza was burnt. So hard couldn't even chew on it. If you don't wanna make the food, just tell us to leave before we even order. I was already tired. Didn't wanna go back. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

Never again. Found a hair under the cheese in my pizza and was offered a new pizza or an $8 credit from head office. Took the credit because there was no way I wanted to eat another pizza. Seriously ridiculous and disgusting.

The pizza was undercooked. We could literally taste dough as it was undercooked. The base garlic sauce was not properly spread and was just added in centre. The toppings were not enough and just spread in the centre.

Hassan is a great worker and has a fantastic attitude, always serves with a smile and makes the food with care. Will be getting more from here!

The order was past the 40 minutes, when it arrived it looked like it had been thrown around. They claimed he had 15 seconds on the timer left. Basically fell at my door.
The order was not made to specifications, well done is a very hard concept and my kids pizza was still raw in the middle.
I don’t recommend you call customer service either. It is pointless.

Typical Pizza Pizza. Customer service ain't great. Been there twice several years back. Maybe 'cause I didn't spend enough to their liking. Ditto.

I went to take some pizza there but after seen this worst situation I highly recommend not to get more pizza from here.it's so disgusting annoying & harmful pizza pizza

It was very nice experience at this store as i bought 2 party size pizza. Food quality was brilliant and the staff was very nice. I would recommend everyone to visit it for good food quailty and good service.

Worst customer service the guy who cooks ask me to come back in 20 mints for pizza when i came back he said he forgets the order and have to make it and made me wait another 20 mints and was 0% nice instead of saying sorry he was rude grow up man 20 mints means 20 mints in canada everyone is busy and have work to do.change your staff

Great Service Great Food the chef was so humble and respectful since i am a regular customer he knows my order as soon as i appear he just greet me with smile always and great pizza he made chef rajveer great person must visit place all in all great service

An extra large pizza doesn’t even feed 2 adults and 2 kids under 10. But the prices go up? Not to mention all head office thought was necessary was a $10 credit after seeing the size of slices we received. It’s unfortunate that this is what customers have to tolerate nowadays.

Rude staff. Bought an extra large pizza for take out and staff rudly asks not to carry some crushed peppers in a napkin instead asking me to put those crushed peppers right on the pizza at the counter. How am i supposed to spread it on pizza right from the counter as its not just me eating the whole pizza. Use some common sense staff. Different people have different need of spice level.

I never order from this place because I already how terrible they are. But when other people order from here and surprised from the disappointment, I can’t help but laugh a little.

This pizza pizza is literally the worst restaurant ever. Don’t bother. Do yourself a favor and order from anywhere else.

Ordered pizza thru app and got a call regarding our pizza we missed the call and called back at 2: 10 AM.found out they had closed and one employee there said he would wait for us. We quickly left and reached there by 2: 20AM. We got inside and there was only one guy there. He was so kind and was so respectful. Thank you so much for such good service! (i’m trying to remember his name but i think it was Ragdeep it smth like that!) Best guy i’ve ever met!

Disappointing customer service and subpar pizza taste. Surprised to experience this kind of poor customer service in the city like Georgetown.

Service is very bad. The Whole staff were totally free but still they were not taking the orders. If it would remains to be same like this then there will be no use of it and they should close it.

Ordered wings. Decent but overpriced. Not worth $15 for 10. Should be $10 for 10 for it’s kind of quality. Also they need to change the oil in their fryers a little more frequently. I could tell every bite that the oils needs changing.

We love this pizza place and we come all the way from Milton because the dough is super soft and the pizza itself is superb, and the staff is very friendly. The shop is very clean, it’s just an amazing place to get your pizza so if you ever wanna try a pizza place this is the one!

Washrooms were dirty and no soap. They also over heated the pizza slice, so they had to give me another one. Could've been a busy day.
