Ordered over it six times in a row and then never got my order right? Or forgot to give me items I requested.

Day before, just stop by at this place to have a well-done peproni pizza slice. The pizza slice was fresh and very delicious.

The pizza is decent but they cut it terribly so the pieces were all different sizes and torn apart and the garlic bread was over cooked and flat as a board. Wasn’t a good experience today

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in to order a pizza and waited 50 minutes for it.then when I asked for it they gave it to me cold. It had been sitting there waiting and the guy at the till just forgot I was waiting despite the fact I was the only person waiting for a pizza in the store. It was ridiculous.

The MSA employees here do a fantastic job with the friendly and efficient customer service. There are generous toppings on the slices, which are always ready to eat in a variety of topping combinations. I personally don't even like Pizza Pizza and I come here for a slice when I get the chance. Your business professors are doing a great job teaching customer service!

This place has the nicest Pizza I have ever had. The cook are professional and make some nice food. My favorite is Pan pizza.

Update. I went back a few minutes later and spoke with a male staff. He was much more accommodating and offered to make me a fresh cheese slice. I appreciated his actions and have updated my post from 1 star to 3.

I went to get a basic cheese slice. I advised that I had a coupon for a free slice. I was told that I should go somewhere else as they would not be making basic cheese slices for 3 hours. I was gobsmacked. Wow.

It's very disappointing how awful pizza pizza is treating their customers i have been ordering our pizza from them years and no mistake but now we ordered from pizza pizza from Mohawk road and upper James both times mixed our order and they didn't even say sorry! They blamed us they said we should watch the screen it's not their responsibility. My kids both times slept without having their dinner because it was late. I will never order pizza pizza anymore

The store was empty, no customers, tables were dirty, and had to wait to order more than 5 minutes just to get a slice of pizza.
