The most disgusting pizza pizza outlet ever visited. Filthy, unclean, stinky, unhygienic, unkept. And the food was half cooked, poorly prepared and bad taste.
Pizza pizza corporate must take this outlet seriously else these people will ruin image and business for the brand and other stores.
Got 3 large pizza's and the taste of the food was amazing. Their service was exceptional as well. They managed their customers well even while being filled with customers
My son and I stopped in for a single slice of pepperoni here before heading to an extra curricular event. The front counter associate was unfriendly, and stared blankly at me when I ordered a single slice of pepperoni pizza. He said, "No. We don't do single slice pepperoni. " I said "Oh, I must be mistaken, there was a space for it at the counter. " He said "No. " Then proceeded to just stare at me. It was uncomfortable. We chose a meat lovers single slice instead. When he handed it to us, it was just dropped on the counter, and he walked away without any communication or acknowledgement. When we sat down, the tables were wobbly, unclean and sticky. We will not be coming back to this location.
Worst Customer Service ever had. First of all person who was taking the order was too Rude. After that we got our pizza with this condition, with too much Pizza sauce everywhere. Even pizza was not properly cut down into slices. You can see in the pictures Worst food and customer Service.
Tip the driver in cash (if they deserve it). I usually order from here due to convenience of location and the fact that I can pay online without actually having to deal with cash but I’m getting pretty irritated that even though I tip the driver online, they call me and tell me to meet them outside for my order. Quite often, I wait several minutes before they’re even there and don’t get out of their vehicle until I approach them. What’s the point in tipping them if they won’t even knock on my door?
This place continues to disappoint me on every level possible. Their pizza was Trash. The website is not efficient and makes frequent mistakes. Then when I called to have my mistakes rectified I was on hold for 45 mins 20 of which I wasn't even asked or told about they just put me on hold. Then I finally spoke to a supervisor who assured me my pizza was ordered and should be ready within a few minutes. Upon arriving at the store to get my pizza. The store had no idea what I was talking about. Then the customer service line finally figured it out on my 4th call attempt. 4 different workers. No communication. Never mind the same page these guys weren't even in the same book
