Probably the worst pizza pizza location I've ordered from by far.
Pizza had good amount of cheese and toppings but it was very bland.
Cheesy moon bread got delivered without any cheese. Customer care was quick in resolving the problem they sent us a replacement but the person who delivered the replacement was really rude. He accused that I lied to get it replaced. It was a 6$ item in a 60$ order.

The only pizza pizza in the city where the service is slow and sloppy. Not only was my pizza improperly cut, but the 2 old guys working completely ignored the line of customers waiting. One guy even had to yell "can I get a slice". The employee looked over, made eye contact, and continued to make a pizza.
These old guys are too low energy and lazy to be working at a high traffic place like this.

The place is a little dirty because they are doing maintenance in the area upstairs and there is no bathroom, but the food is delicious and the gentlemen who serve are very friendly.

Decent pizza, they usually have it ready on time for pick up but when I ask for it to be well done it’s rarely well done. Please listen to the requests. Staff is friendly but it could be more clean.

A really bad experience, I ordered a pizza with 3 toppings and the truth is that I received an ordinary pizza with only cheese and tomato, nothing to do with what I ordered and what I paid for, additionally I contact customer service and the service is worse, people answer rude and disrespectful who have no culture or experience in customer service, they just get upset and hang up on you. The truth could improve the service.

Crazy weather. Delivery was still quick and friendly. Food was delicious! 10 years ago I use to work down in this area and we would go here for lunch all time. Fun area! Nice hang out spot

They gave my online order to the wrong person and refused to make a new one! I had to reason with them for 10 minutes. Unbelievable. Blaming the customer is easier right.

Pizza came an hour late, so I claimed it as free, as per the company’s standards. Delivery person claimed that I was trying to scam him and called me some very polite names (sarcasm). Extremely disrespectful, but I’ll enjoy my free pizza now thanks to the awesome team at customer service.
