Pizza Pizza

The veteran gentleman who served me was really very rude. I entered the place and left me waiting, a delivery man came and attended him super friendly and immediately, well he left me waiting when he approached the counter he was not even able to say Hello, no matter how much I said good night, I ordered a pizza large pizza+wings+4 drinks+ dips, Spent about 40 dollars. I asked him for some garlic and he told me that he should charge me for it. To really spend this money and be treated poorly like you are asking for a favor or begging for a pot of garlic was very rude of them. In other same places they always give me 2 garlic or change. I understand that sometimes people are tired of working, but if they don't like the job, let the next person come and they will want to treat the public that buys from them well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE because of its very POOR ATTENTION.

Big poster on the window stating 2 slices for $6. Twice now I go in with my son asking for 2 Cheese Slices and have gotten a "Sorry we don't have any. Have to wait 20 minutes of you want it" (it's 7pm right now) Getting a feeling this is simply a tactic to order the gourmet slices at a higher charge or maybe whole pizzas.

Son's disappointed again.

I got the new pizza roll as I haven't tried the pizza in many years I thought I'd give it a try! The inside was raw dough and not much flavour really. I ordered for pick up on the website when walking in I saw the pizza slices curling because they are so old and dry! Wasn't a good sign, then after saying what I was picking up three times he continued to look confused and looking back and fourth on the receipts of my order and the other person sitting and waiting? Mine was clearly the small box and the other guy ordered a large pizza those were the only to orders at the time and he was struggling to figure out what was what after myself and the other customer have told him what we ordered I was just shocked by this. After so much confusion to then eat raw pizza which we came 1 hour after ordering and only having one other customer to serve I'll definitely not be returning!

Got pizza from here most of the time, and the service is always fast and good, and food was good.

Keep messing up our order we don't eat together when we order here. No change yet. Same mistakes for 7 years now.

Unprofessional and rude customer service it happened many times I ordered the pizza and I realized and noticed staff deal with the customers according to the race and face which is unacceptable

Generally not impressed with quality from this location. They skimp out on toppings and usually really undercook or burn the pizza. Worse thing they do is out the pepper flakes on before baking. And it comes out burnt black. People like their pepper flakes with a bit of spice…. Not carcinogenic! Please do better.

Nice location. The pizza was pretty good, not too dry or too greasy, crust was just right. They were quick to make them too. Bathrooms could be better, but that's an issue not unique to this restaurant. Would go there again.

Manager was rude and insulting. I was trying to redeem free pizza coupons from Raptors game last night and he has no idea what it was! Can’t even process coupon properly. He ended up offering to pay for our pizza. I got insulted and just went to another pizza store: (

Don't tip. I know I won't. Their delivery drivers can't read english and follow proper instructions. I checked out contactless delivery because two of us are COVID positive and told them specifically not to ring or knock and just leave the order by the door. Guess what they do? They knock and ring, wait for me to open the door despite me gesturing to put the food down in the window. 12: 30am, February 21,2022 is when this happened.

Staff is so rude specially guy Roman he is so unprofessional and no one wearing hand gloves during making pizza definitely not recommend and going there again.

Bought an Extra Large pizza from this location today and it was by far the BEST Pizza Pizza, pizza I have ever had! This location restored my faith in the franchise, I haven't had one of their pizza's in years because I found their crust to be too dry and dense but their crust is much lighter and more flavorful. Now Pizza Nova has some competition.

Continuation from original review: You have a 30 minute window to enjoy the great crust otherwise it becomes dry and dense. When you heat it up in an oven, the crust still doesn't become nearly as fresh as when it was freshly cooked. That's the main difference between Pizza Nova's crust and Pizza Pizza's.as for ingredients, Pizza Nova is much more superior but you're also paying a lot more for that pleasure.

These people are bigots. I have never seen so many bigots in Canada before. This place has a sign on the door stating that unvaccinated healthy individuals are not allowed to dine in, only vaccinated sickly people are allowed to sit down. We have a two tier society. I am one of the untouchables. I will never return to Pizza Pizza ever again. I do not buy pizza from BIGOTS. I also do not appreciate asking private medical information to determine whether or not you will discriminate against me. Good day bigots.

Friendly service. Entered the location around 7pm and only two Pizza types were available. Had to wait a bit for the new ones to be created but was worth the wait

Pretty good for pickup. The funnel cake stix were great. Needs to be more vibrant though. Kind of dull and depressing.

Ordered Siracha Chicken and Creamy Garlic sandwiches. We saw the advertisement and ordered straight. Unfortunately the sandwiches we got were as if they just put chicken patty in bread and sent to us. May be a droplet of siracha or creamy garlic sauces. Extremely disappointed.

Came into the store an hour before closing time. Manager was rude and said he didn’t have time.

Healthy light pizza, you should select your toppings and pat for it, but it's fresh with reasonable prices.

The best pizza I ever had it's really tasty, but I have concerned about the slide pizza, I can't test the cheese when it's on the heater, so I prefer order it fresh

I like the fact that they have halal toppings available upon request. I always order halal chicken and halal pepperoni. You can't beat their walk-in price. Large pizza with one topping is only $8.99. I know their pizzas are nowhere comparable to gourmet pizza places out there, but if you wanna buy something cheap to fill your yummy, that's the place to go. The place is clean from inside and I have always received good customer service.

Horrible unethical practise.pizza pizza is now forcing you pre tip the drivers otherwise they will not let you place the order. You cant even enter $0.

Its pizza pizza, classic.but why do you only have 6 random slices on the counter at a time? Numerous times ive been there ita been 2-3 slices of random toppings. Why not make pizzas?

Very clean and staff is very friendly. The cook Manik works there follow covid and all other cleanliness guidelines and have a smile when serving customer. Offer various options so we can take advantage of the posted deals. Thumbs up to the young man.always a pleasure to be served by him.

Very disappointed with the slices at this location. Please see the attached picture of the slice that was sold. Havent had this happen at any other location.

The owner of the place is a nice guy. He was like. If there is any problem with the food you take from here let me know.i will make up for that.

This is terrible. I just ordered a pizza Form this location. “Laurie in Milton “ and was delivery by skipped the dishes. I received a very very burnt pizza. I wonder who removed it from the oven and didn’t see that it was burnt before delivering to my house.shame shame shame

Worst pizza ever, mostly crust, hardly any meat on it. Very little sauce either.
Ordered the pizza and wings, explicitly asked for both to be well done. Wings were fatty and pinkish inside, did not fall off bone, actually disgusting, I hardly got through one. Never again.

Great pizza, amazing service, delicious wings and the best creamy garlic sauce. Never had any issues with my pizza order.

When I ordered my pizza and ask for light sauce I expect some sauce but pizza pizza idea of light sauce is no sauce. I am tired of paying for something and not getting what I ask for. Very disappointed

Thanks for not delivering my order. Placed an order, waited an hour and a half and nothing. Called their call center, and even their support told me they were delivering it and it would be free because of the 50 minute policy. And an hour later, nothing. Called again, and they give me a meaningless apology and instead of the free delivery, the only give me $20 in credits and a refund and apparently, this store didn't pick up their call. I only live 2 blocks away and I was trying to take advantage of the free delivery like they wanted. I'm redeeming my $20 and I assure you, this will be the last time I buy anything from these clowns. This all happened yesterday, by the way.

First of all the pizza came late, secondly the pizza is so soggy that is stuck to the pizza box

Please advise your customers that it is illegal to park their cars or wait in their cars (running most of the time) on the little narrow passage way get a pizza. Cars park by the curb outside just outside the store. They are blocking traffic and other car can’t get buy. There is plenty of empty parking in this plaza.

Fast service and very kind staff. I have been here numerous amounts of times and it always takes within 15 minutes for my pizza to be ready.

Worst pizza I ever had. Very less cheese and it’s not worth the money I gave. Waste of time, money, and health.

Pizza is nothing special compared to other Pizza Pizza locations. What this Pizza pizza has is extremely rude employees and interactions. They made a wrong pizza and told me I would have to wait another 40 minutes for another pizza and proceeded to try to blame me for their error. All while yelling in front of other customers. Best thing you can do is go to another local pizza joint cause this location doesn't deserve your money.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and it came in time and was amazing! Best one yet. Highly recommend and will return! Keep up the good work
