Once again disappointed from this location, Ordered XL pizza, provided instructions how to make, what to put. NO instructions followed at all!
Untrained staff working in the kitchen, messed up the whole pizza.

I paid $30 for the XL pizza. You guys have no customer service etiquette either. This location needs a new owner who can manage the location and take responsibility plus trained people who know how to deliver the quality. They do not follow the pizza pizza guidelines at all! This store is so dirty! Never gonna order again from this location.waste of my hard earned money.

The worst pizza ever! Its tastes dirty and not fresh. I'm Italian and know my pizza well. The pizza maker definitely used left over doe scrapings. I threw it away because that will make you sick. What a waste of food and money. DONT EAT HERE. If you want really good pizza at a reasonable price go to any FORTINOS. The pizza is ALWAYS fresh and a variety of slices are ALWAYS available.

Nice cheap pizza for late night. 2 topping medium with ta x around $10 good deal for late night open pizza shop, staff is good provide pizza in 10 minutes.

This is one of my favorite pizza pizza store. The staff is friendly and helpfull and the pizzas are astonishingly delicious. Would recommend!

I ordered a gourmet thin crust pizza. Neither it was gourmet nor thin crust, the pizza was burnt, the staff was very rude. The lady in the front was rude. PLEASE ORDER FROM OTHER LOCATIONS BUT THIS.

I always order from this location and always the pizza is good… but from a few days its getting worst. It was stale and tasted horrible. Not even appealing anymore, they dont know how to arrange the toppings.

Went in at 5: 25pm on oct 20th to order a large pizza paid for it and asked if its ok to pick it up in 40 mins and they said yes. I went on to do my groceries and came back at exactly 6: 05pm. No pizza. Tried following up with the staff, she tried to look for it but stopped trying and told me to wait. 10 mins later i follow up and tell her my bus is leaving in a few mins. She tries looking for it again and Only then she goes to the back to ask them. She comes back and tells me it'll be another 5 mins. It comes out 6 mins later and ive already missed my bus and had to wait another 40 mins for the next one. No point ordering ahead, waste of time.

Honestly i absolutely love their pizza as we order once a week. It’s about time I come in here and write a review for them. Typically we get our food delivered but I have gone in person on numerous occasions and the staff are super sweet anytime we go in. The pizza is alway fresh and everyone is friendly and very prompt in taking orders even on the busiest days. Just ordered my favour pizza at this location which is spicy bbq chicken pizza and I am amazed at how they have perfected this recipe.

We usually get our pizza from here and overall, its been pretty good. The workers are very nice but sometimes some workers can be not so nice and the pizza is kinda pricey. But overall, its not bad.

Ordered Mushroom Fontaine with Jalapeño Poppers for my dad. The cashier as well as the whole team at this Cottrelle location is very friendly and courteous. When I picked up the pizza the cheese and some of the ingredients were stuck to the top cover and when I brought this to their attention unlike other locations they right away remade it. I have been ordering from this location for quite a while and the food is always well cooked, enough toppings and very friendly staff. Thank you to the lady who cashed me…inspite of not being well you made sure to serve me and all the others with a smile.

Made the worst pizza ever.no base sauce and toppings were missing. Is this what we get for the stuff we pay more.i want my refund back dude.can't even eat this pizza lol.what a shame

I ordered 1 large cheese pizza and cauliflower bites and they charge me for 2 large pizza and cauliflower bites and i asked for less homestyle sauce and chilli flakes and oregano-on it and there was no oregano and chilli flakes

They have tandori paneer and chicken pizzas aswell. Love this place for providing good and warm food

I asked him twice for the tissue roll in the washroom and he told me he will place it but I waited for 20 minutes and went back he told me they do not have tissue…. He was not even sorry, worst place to dine in. The garbage at the door is not cleaned even empty boxes are lying on the bin

One of those places where you'd wish you could rate them lower than one stars, ordered here a few times and never have i gotten a thin crust pizza as per my order and theyre so tight on cheese seasonings or sauce, LITERALLY NOT WORTH IT AT ALL, & I FEEL LIKE ALL I PAYED $50 for a tasteless thickK dough and that too HALF COOCKED (no other location does this, its just this one and im fed of them now).

Worst customer service… the girl who worked as a cashier doesn’t have sense to talk with customers. I asked her about the toppings she said I don’t know lol seriously you worked in the store and not even sure what you have in the menu. The owner really should teach her the manners that how you are supposed to behave with the customers.

Reviewed many mixed opinions, respecting all those - I always have an exceptional experience here. Just treat them respectfully and they will put their heart in your pizza

Absolute worst delivery service. Didn’t call when the pizza was meant to be delivered and then we we called to check, said our order doesn’t exist. 2 hours later and 4 calls later and still no pizza

The brown girl at cashier counter totally discriminating. This happenend with me two times very bad behaviour with customers.

Never order anything from this place at any location! I used to go because they were good and made a genuine pizza but not any more! Last night they messed up my order so bad. I ordered green peppers, mushrooms, and red onions on a large and this is what I got. Half cheese and burnt pizza. If you look at it, you can tell that they probably forgot the toppings and then added it later. When I called to either have a refund or another pizza for this $15 mistake, they said they can only give me $5 off my next pizza and that “they’ll make sure this doesn’t happen again. ” While the guy isn’t even at a store location but some office somewhere else. Another thing, when I asked for two drinks and 3 dipping sauce, I got three cans of pop and 2 sauces. The lady refused to take back the drink and give me what I ordered. She said I have to take the three drinks and be pay extra for the dipping sauce so I left.this place will never get my money ever again and I highly advise everyone to do the same. DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA PIZZA!

Delivered wrong pizza at home. Asked for cheese pizza but got veggie pizza with lot of red chilies on it. Called to complain but they disconnected the phone. Had to go to store to replace even after paying convenience fee for home delivery. V poor service.

I always order pizza from This location and they never disappointed me but this time I ordered medium pizza with extra creamy garlic drizzle and they just put only few drops of it and also burnt from the bottom. When i got home and opened the box, got so disappointed. It happened once before as well when I ordered thin crust pizza but they delivered regular pizza. They don't even deserve 1 star. They have the worst COSTUMER SERVICE and there is a girl named RAMAN which is very rude and shows a lot of attitude to other costumers. She has no respect and the manager also is very rude.

This place is literally a hit or miss when I order from here I feel like I'm at the casino cause you never know some days this place delivers good food and other days it delivers horrible food. HORRIBLE. I only order when I don't feel like cooking or w.e. I recommend going to another pizza hut location cause this place you might as well go play black jacks you will have better luck there

I order pizza from here very often
Every time i order there is something missing. They do not read pizza intructions properly.
Last night i had XL veggies pizza under my name and i wanted whole wheat thick base and wll done but i got whole wheat thin and that was kind very hard to eat bcoz thin base is not meant to be well done.
And i want easy on cheese but i didn't get amy cheese on the top.

Pizza at this location is usually made well, but this time it wasn't upto their usual standards. I guess today they forgot the one "Pizza" in Pizza Pizza.

First time I went here today, awsome staff, five star for the cashier, love the service. Parking is lots of aggressive drivers, carefully with nextdoor store customers, aggressive driver went there, otherwise, this pizza pizza is should be your choice,

Quick service, never any problems with orders, very nice people, you couldn't ask for a better experience.

The pizza tasted totally overcooked and hard. The toppings seemed pretty old and not fresh at all, especially the mushrooms. The base sauce had a very odd taste. Got a severe stomach infection after having it.

The quality of the pizza here depends on who is preparing it. Sometimes it has a nice crispy crust so the pizza stays together nicely and other times the pizza is so undercooked the slice just falls apart. I know it's just a chain restaurant but a little more consistency would be nice.

Not Worth for one star as well. The girl at the front desk is so rude not even know how to welcome a customer, the tone she used so unprofessional. Asking for mask and the pizza maker himself is not wearing a mask like wow Never want to go there in future. DISGUSTING!

Bought an XL pepperoni pizza from here this afternoon and whoever made it barely put any sauce and cheese on my pizza. You can clearly see multiple bare spots on every slice where there's no cheese and the sauce was used so sparingly that it was completely dried up on every slice after firing. This made the pizza taste dry as a rock. This wasn't pizza. It was pizza flavoured bread like the rolls you get at Fortinos. A popeyes biscuit goes down easier with no water than what I got today.

After 4 months of Covid19 first time order outside food, pizza pizza at 3918 cottrell blvd it is look like dry pizza, no sauce, it's like just applied with brush to make red color. When asked staff there is guy always rude, replied sorry. Now sorry from us no more. Gave me attitude like home.

Fresh and always tasty! The employees here are polite and friendly, always following order notes, quick and efficient. The store itself is always neat and clean. Would recommend this Pizza Pizza location to everyone!

Horrible customer service. Staff not interested in customer retention, very care free if you order is incorrect just oh well too bad. They go to the back huddle so you can't hear them and come back with a sorry there's nothing we can do reply.

Poor pizza. Ordered XL pizza with dairy free cheese. It was poorly done. The cheese was not at all melted. When I brought it up the staff said this is how dairy free cheese is.
I have had dairy free cheese pizzas many time before (from pizza pizza and pizza nova) and I know how dairy free cheese pizzas are.

I Ordered pizza and they didn’t deliver. They called back saying that they are going to deliver it again free of charge cause they made a mistake the first time. Waited for 1 hour 40 mins. Nobody delivered pizza and then they closed down. Worst service ever. This place shouldn’t exist.

Worst. When it comes to service. I ordered pizza and some chicken wings. The customer service told me that I'll get one dipping sauce with the pizza so i added on one more. But When i Went to store they only gave me one dipping sauce. Instead of explaining why the dipping sauce was missing the girl working at front just sat down on floor and started using cellphone. I have to call customer service again to explain, they told me to hold and after that the call was picked up by another guy and i have to explain everything again. Then he apologized and explained what is wrong. The thing is that it wasted my half hour and my pizza and chicken wings are not hot anymore and i have to take cold food home and then i have go throw it as i i can't eat like that especially chicken wings. It was just a explanation that could have made things fast but the front cashier girl was busy on phone and is not ready to help us. When at last we asked for another dipping sauce to buy then she didn't listened and we have to call her twice. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. You guys should value time and train your staff how to handle customers. I will never ever eat anything from pizza pizza after this incident.

This place is TERRIBLE, I ordered a chicken pizza and it turned out to be the saltiest pizza I ever had. I don’t recommend anyone to buy from here, I wasted my money.

Bought 2 veggie slices from pizza pizza after a long time. Really disappointed with overall taste. Lack of cheese and toppings. Used to be my favorite pizza slice. Sad to see the decline in taste and quality. Not sure about other locations but I wont buy again from this one. Not worth the price.

Worst experience that I had from them. I orderd large pizza but it was not large they gave us medium with very short slices.
