Pizza Pizza

If I’m ever peckish and have a long wait for my bus at Woodbine Station, I just come here for a quick bite to eat. They do have a washroom in the basement that’s a bit “sketch”, and sometimes blocked off but I think if you ask they’ll allow you to use it.

The washroom is out of service. I only ordered a pop. It's pretty sad when you can't use the washroom in a restaurant or fast food restaurant

I came back to have pizza, and the washroom is still not usable. You lost a customer. I went to another restaurant. This is really bad customer service

July 27th

I come back to get pizza, and the washroom is still out of service. I asked for the owner name and phone number. The server said the owner doesn't have a phone. To me, this is really bad service.

This location doesn’t have washrooms even the have so many chairs and tables always when i go there they say out of service since over 1 year
I will sent it to the inspector on the city of Toronto to check why

I ordered a slice of VEGGIE. Then the guy at the counter puts in a slice of cheese. I told him. I asked for GARDEN VEGGIE NOT CHEESE. He said “but you said cheese” I told him I didn’t. And he was gaslighting me into thinking I did. He gave me attitude about it. And this guy expects us to give tips?

The service is fast and the place was clean. I went to get some pizzas and chili pops. What I like is the portions and they still keep good deals and reasonable prices.

Their sign says closes at 1am but the door was locked at 12 and no one from the inside bothered answering me even after seeing me waving at them

I usually don't eat at Pizza Pizza because I'm not into cardboard but was in a hurry so grabbed a slice. Got half way through it and had to pull a long hair half stuck to pizza and half in my mouth. Disgusting. Right in to garbage where it belongs.

But that's my take, never any problems with my orders, been a customer here at this location for over 10yrs.
Great service, walk in special always, my pie is perfectly cooked, fresh and delicious.

Horrible Delivery Totally Unacceptable Service
Ordered pizza on phone 1 35 pm after a wait for an hour no delivery try to call back took 20 + minutes to get to the attendant
With lame excuse for not delivery as well ordered not even processed
Sorry not ordering again ever

Poor customer service can’t even provide a glass of water in hot weather.even though store was not busy at all!

Horrible delivery experience! My 'contactless' delivery instructions were to leave the pizza on the porch table and ring the doorbell. Instead, he rang the doorbell and there, 1 foot from my daughter's face, demanded a tip. First, this was to be a contactless delivery! Not cool to be in our face especially during a pandemic lock-down! Second, I thought I had left a tip but even if I hadn't, it's not his place to confront at the door. We order take-out 2-3 times a week and never had a problem with other restaurants. I will never order from Pizza Pizza again.

Great service, the staff are very professional and offer outstanding customer service. Definitely a place to recommend and even on holidays, they put work first. Worth the return!

This restaurant is my first choice place. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this place.everytime I want to go to a special supper, this restaurant comes straightaway to my head.superb and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.helpful crew, and great vibes. And very important, the tariff is honest. I recommend this spot with no hesitation.

I have on several times entered this pizza pizza it is the worst service i have ever seen the man making the pizza is dirty, and does the cash then will go and handle food, no mask no cloves, i have phoned head office before but this guy is to much of a slop.to care!

I had a great in this spot. We enjoyed the awesome environment and the food. The staff are very attentive. I’m content we finally decided to visit this restaurant.

The place was clean and sanatizer were placed ay the entrance. We had family dinner after a long time, inside the restaurant. Overall nice place, if you like pizza pizza. Helpful and friendly staff.

Great service. Order online. Pickup in less than 30 mins. Thin crust whole wheat with Mediterranean toppings delicious

Service is slow especially when a certain older employee works there who also has an attitude. Food is okay.

This is by far the best pizza pizza location around here, dare I even say better than the pizza nova that's just down the street. My food has always been hot, fresh, tasty and made in a timely fashion. Not sure why there's such a low rating. The staff is always very friendly too.

The new restaurants look decent. But I just can shake it: the pizza is just awful. The dough is so so bland, the sauce has little flavour other than garlic, bathe cheese is not that great either. I simply never enjoy the food there and I suspect a lot of it is resulting from the food quality overall.

This restaurant is the one I always prefer. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this place I keep coming back again and again. The team is very attentive and the cuisine they cook is so delicious. I am always happy to have a nice meal in this place. I recommend this place with pleasure.

This restaurant provides excellent service and delicious menu. One of the best restaurant around here. The food and drinks arrived quick and the rates are economical. Recommended.

Bruh this place doesnt deliver past 1 am they will pretend to be breaking up on the phone or tell you the power is out it's crazy, this has happened multiple times 0/10 boycott pizza pizza

The place prioritizes delivery over dine in so if you plan to dine in your pizza will take about 20-25 minutes to be ready.

Every time I go they always seem to be out of the best slices - doesn't matter what time of day. The service is friendly tho.
