Pizza Pizza

Refuse to take orders an hour before closing time. I went on the evening of 25th Dec at 8: 05pm for a takeout. The closing time was 9: 00 pm and they refused the order. This should be clearly stated with their store timings instead of wasting customers' time.

Worst service and food taste was very bad. We order half moon cheesy bread, which hardly had any cheese. Never had so bad experience in any pizza pizza

I had a great experience here the staff were very friendly and courteous. The service and food was excellent and the staff were very helpful

We ordered fries and gravy and asked to put the gravy separate so our fries don't get soggy on the way home. The man working that night says we don't do that, we don't have containers for the gravy. Fine, so we gave him a container. He litteraly used a table spoon and gave is three Scoops of gravy. What the hell, by the time we poured it and most it stuck to the sides and bottom of the container there was barely enough. The pizza was not cooked properly and the Cheese is such poor quality it doesn't melt, I could see chunks instead of stringy melted cheese.

Tried them 3 times now for delivery and can't get the order right any time. No more chances.

Regular pizza pizza. Halal options for both Beef, Chicken & Pepperoni available on request. Halal Chicken Wings also available.

Tough to to get consistently good reviews at these franchises. We had a seamless experience. No complaints.

These guys should not be dealing with food. Taking turns on the cash register and then going back to make food and touching the food without washing their hands. Even saw the guy hand out the washroom key and proceeded to touch chicken wings that fell out of the cage and he put them back in the Box by hand. Just wrong on so many levels.

Order pizza on my way from a club downtown.
By the time we got home delivery guy left and did not leave pizza with the concierge. He called the guy who ordered but he was not able to answer. Disappointment that the delivery guy couldn’t leave the order with the concierge, like Uber does.
Im out $50 and can’t get a hold of anyone. No more pizza pizza for me

My order wasn't done properly I asked for the pizza while done and the pizza was not well done I asked for chili flakes and chili flakes were missing hopefully the manager or the owner can coach employees properly to follow the order to meet customers expectations

I have always been a big fan of pizza pizza and wherever I go.even though I have choice to opt, I always go for pizza pizza. I had a friend coming up for a quick meet up so thought of ordering something from here.it was a take away order.and it was really messed up. Looked like it was prepared in a rush. Some items were sprinkled too much and some were too less. Not going to order from this branch again.

This is the worst pizza pizza i have seen. The closing time is 2 AM but they stop taking orders at 1: 30 AM. And moreover they even do cost cutting on takeaway boxes of pizza slices by cutting them into half which means your pizza slice won’t be covered on top with the box.for that they put it in a paper bag ‍️‍️‍️

Order fries and med pizza with one topping. Fries were rock hard and over cooked, pizza under cooked. Took over an hr to deliver when I live right down the street.

Very disappointed in the service at this location, it took over 20 min just for me to get to the cash, with only one family ahead of me. The cashier kept leaving to check on and prepare food while there were already 3 people working in the back. After waiting so long I was finally placing my order and midway he left again. Frustrated and with a long line waiting behind me, I left without finishing placing the order. Never coming here again.

I have never had a bad pie from this location. Great prices too, I got a medium 1 topping with 2 dipping sauces for $11 after tax.

Went there to eat with my friend and the employee only served me and proceed to serve another customer without serving my friend, even after acknowledging her. Disgusting and sexist, won’t be going back to this location. Do better

Good pizza. Ok customer service. They Don’t take hundred dollar bills anymore. Nice restaurant, but could be kept much cleaner. Good seating area.

One of the staff was really rude and he refuse to do my order he said i am alone and your order is big so I cannot do it.he was really unprofessional guy to work with pizza pizza

There not my first option but I give them credit for improving and expanding menu items with plant based and sweet bites. I love the chocolate truffles their to die for as for gourmet pizza's best choice taste restaurant style got the large deal with 3 topping and 4 cans of soda's. Halal chicken, red peppers, and pepperoni can't say i'm disappointed recently ordered to go be prepared to wait 20-25 min!

Bought a large Hawaiian. Asked for ketchup. Got kicked out rudely by: "No. Thanks. Bye. " I rarely rate 1 star, but the customer service at this Pizza Pizza is intolerable.

The pizzas and other items are good but I dislike the people waiting around to ask me for money outside. It is worrisome and unsafe with the current pandemic issues.

Spoil the Whole X- Large Pizza & Did Not FOLLOWED the Instructions of Heas Office as Complaint was Made from Store about Corruption in Running this Location of Pizza Pizza by this Female Associate & it's OWNER.

Pizza Pizza is DELIBERATELY creating Problems for Customer on the Day their is Some Sort of Promotion & Store Associates Harass & Do not Fill Pizza with Toppings, the Way Pizza's are Prepared for Slices or Kept in Showcase.

Used to order pizza from there all the time then recently stopped as employees don't wear masks or gloves while preparing pizza!

I tried this pizza place because it's across the street from me but I soon regretted it.

I ordered buffalo chicken pizza and it was quite horrible. Despite ordering it well done, base was beyond soggy and suffocated with so much horrid tasting cheese, I couldn't taste anything else on the pizza. Fortunately, I ordered the small size only. I managed to force 2 slices down before I threw the rest away because it was just not edible.

Worst customer service ever. No manners, no greetings, nothing whatsoever. They still had around 45mins (12.15am) before they close and the cashier goes "order now, we close in 10mins". Don't go there!

Store was signed "washroom for paying customers"; Asked to use washroom in exchange for purchase of bottled water. Only to be told washroom is out of order after purchase. Would not recommend

Messed up my order so I had to wait twice as long and when I finally got it the fries were stale, cold and inedible.

We went there last night at 1: 25am (they close at 2: 00am) and we were looking at the menu and the person who works their said hurry up and order we want to close! I asked what offers do u have for pick up? He said look up! Horrible service and also the pizza had barely any tomato sauce and barely any toppings! Never again

The seating area had not been cleaned, the washroom was horrible and it took 25 minutes for a pepperoni pizza

Nice clean place with a nice customer service boy but they were out of cheese pizza. Only the cook Tony was hesitant to make a new cheese pizza and had to buy what was there like a veggie slice.

Its a great place to visit, neat and tidy. I have been visiting this place from past 2 years and everytime I see the place clean and the staff smiling. And also the delivery guys do their job tremendously well. Keep up the good work.

Staff is not helpful. Stand at the back laughing and talking instead of dealing with a line up of people

Positive: They have the halal pepperoni option and staff is very nice. Negative: Last time I was there, only 2 staff were working and it was a little busy, the wait was quite long.

Took them 45ish minutes to give me my pizza and I was the second person in there, heard one guy in the back being rude to his coworkers and talking bad about the customer's orders for being pork. Watched him pull it out after 20 min, box it and tell the lady up front to tell me it's going to be another 20 and it just sat there on top of the oven. The lady and the older guy were nice but if you see the young guy there, just go to the pizza place right on bloor.

They are always friendly and nice staff.sometimes the wait is a little longer but its because theyre busy

Was not delicious as i used to taste 13 years ago and the customer service was an indian guy i hardly understood from him and explained to him what i need.hope i can find the taste i want in another branch

Mostly all nice people the xl pizza one topping is the best deal always cheaper than subway which is 12$ for a small sandwich which sucks pizza pizza all the way!

They are so so nice people. First time ı ordered online pizza and ı went to take it, but the weather was rainy. They see my position and took me to my home. Their movement shows how attentive they are to their services. They saved my day. Love xx

Pizza pizza has the worst delivery service and customer service for mediocre food. I mean no wonder you have all these offers and coupons. No one would want to buy your food otherwise

I grew up on this pizza pizza for almost 15 yrs i can tell you that the people are great and the pizza even better- and in the off-chance there's a mistake they do their best to right it asap. Love this place.

I come here nearly twice a week as it's like a 5 min walk from my home. I always get a medium pizza with black olives, pineapple and sometimes green peppers as well. It tastes great. My go to pizza joint due to convenience.
