The staff and the atmosphere was very good. I have tried a lot of pizza pizza but this location has become my favourite now

Best pizza I’ve ever had. I had late night cravings and this definitely satisfied my needs. You have to understand I am a person that is very active and goes to the gym everyday so I’m pretty aware of what I eat. Having said that this pizza was the most amazing cheat meal I’ve ever had period compared to other pizza pizzas. This pizza was not just made with dough cheese and sauce. This pizza was made with love and care. They provided such an amazing mouth watering experience that I will never forget. I will always come back to this location to order this pizza. Amazing. 10/10 love the food love the service, the lady at the cash was very nice and made smalll talk while I was ordering my pizza. She definitely creates a customer bond and trust for customers because that pizza was goood.

Forgot my order, came to check on me because I was sitting there for over 20mins. Then they start making my pizza without a word of apology, they just pretend nothing happened. Very disappointing

Staff is so supportive and helpful. Specially that boy Smit helped me with the best toppings for my pizza which turned out super good!

I ordered a large veggie pizza from this store first of all the lady who takes our order was very confuse … she mis punch the dipping sauces … when i explain them that you charge us for 3 dipping sauce then a man came from back with beard scolding us … overalll pathetic service and poor experience I wouldn’t recommend the food as well the whole pizza was burnt.wastage of money …

A very nice experience today. I took a Mediterranean pizza and the crust was perfectly crispy and the texture was amazing. I would definately recommend to anyone out there!

The night cashier the one who is a girl is not good with the customer services talk very rudely im also working in a food service industry and im also cashier, but I will never treat customers like that like that will really effect the goodwill of the store in the market and just because of one person whole store sales can get effect, I request owner to please deal into this matter so we can get a fine experience while giving order.

Purposely ordered for the Crave coupon from their Crave Combo. Get there and the staff there say that they ran out of coupons and that the offer already ended. They could at least call us to tell us or offer free dipping sauce or drink as compensation, but they didn’t. We called customer service to see if they could email us the coupon, and after they spoke to the manager of the location we ordered from, they said they’ll give us an extra coupon the next time we order from them.which doesn’t make sense considering they said they ran out and the offer already ended.

Recently this place has went really bad in quality and customer service. Last visit I ordered a buffalo chicken gourmet thins pizza. Which should be with buffalo sauce at base. But the guy gave me with creamy garlic base. He refused to accept his mistake. Today i order 5 chicken bites the cashier gave chicken wing and again she will not accept her mistake. They should train their staff properly

This is the worst location ever why am I paying for delivery of it won’t be delivered directly to my door…. And the customer service was rude

Just an average franchise location nothing super special here as the food is hit and miss most of the time unfortunately no consistency.

Very disappointed, worst delivery guy. I ordered pizza and provided all the information required for delivery. Store attendant called and asked for the information again, which i gave. Later i got a call from Parth patel, he was shouting at me and was yelling for not providing complete information. Disrespectful guy asked to come at the intersection to get the order. If i am paying for delivery fee, why should i walk to intersection to receive my order. I addressed the issue to store attendant. He was not helpful too. Worst service!

Very disappointing. I got charged for my order twice. The driver told me that my payment did not go through, so the driver asked me to complete another payment attempt. Apparently, my first attempt did go through. I called the store to request a refund for the first transaction and the people there are very unhelpful. I was just told to call Pizza Pizza's customer service.

I order pizza once a week and this location has the best walk-in special in this area. It's actually better than the other Pizza Pizza locations and the other pizzerias around this area. The Punjabi lady with the long hair makes all the pizzas and she knows how to make and cook the dough properly. She also puts just the right amount of sauce and cheese to make it come out almost perfect.

I'm all for the fancy gourmet type of pizzas, but if you want a basic pepperoni one this comes pretty close to perfection.

One more thing: where else can you get an extra large one topping pizza for $9.99 these days? !? ! ️

I tried this place already with my friend and I am hooked ever since. I loved the awesome ambience and yummy food and drinks. Fantastic work.

This is worst pizza I had after coming Canada. Today which I ordered. The pizza underdone, feels like eating dough and vegetables.

Just walked in today about an hr ago and ordered the 2 medium 2 topping special. Told the cashier I wanted them both well done. My fault for not looking at them before I left. They were made horribly! Both were so puffy they obviously didnt knead the dough properly, and there was barely any toppings on it. I also asked for chili flakes on one of them and barely any. I threw out most of both pizzas so disgusting, wont be buying pizza from this location again!

P.s the cashier was looking at me fishy after he gave me mg pizzas. I should've caught on and checked them out while I was there.

I celebrated my graduation yesterday in this great restaurant. I am glad to say that it was a brilliant evening and the venue was certainly one of the reasons for this fruitful event. The stuff cooperated in a pleasant manner, the cooking was appetizing and my guests were extremely delighted. We shall absolutely return for more events. Thank you very much.

If you're going to offer dine in seating than you should offer customers a washroom to use.otherwise state takeout only.

This pizza location is better than most pizza pizza.not sure what they do but its a much better pizza than the others.i've had pizza pizza at other locations they just aren't as good.

Okay location. I used to come here a lot in the past because aside from the pizza they used to have great customer service. Now it's like - meh, whatever. Pizza itself is your standard Pizza Pizza selection, no complaints. After they revamped the place however I guess there must have been a change of management. New Staff is not as well trained as they used to be. There used to be this really nice middle-aged Asian lady managing this location who always made you feel welcome, and at one time the staff were really well trained and friendly, but she's no longer there and the service is just not the same.

Poor customer service! The indian lady at the front desk doesn’t even know how to greet the customers! When asked for promotions doesn’t even know how to respond. So egoistic and doesn’t know customer satisfaction! You really need to work on it.

Used to be good. I think in the past year or so they've changed owners/staff. One time picking up the cashier picked up the pizza from on top of the oven and handed it to be really slanted at more than 45degrees like he really didn't care. After that we've still been back a few times but tonight will be the last. We got two pizzas and they had a weird taste to it. It either tasted like perfume or some sort of flowery soap. I'm guessing whoever made the pizza either had perfume on their hands/wrists or they didn't wash the soap off their hands well enough. Or there was some sort of cleaner used somewhere that wasn't rinsed well enough. We called the main customer service line and they gave us a replacement at another location.

Pizza was no good. Couldn't even finish it. Service was so so.not horrible but not great either. This is my first time here so maybe it's not always like this but i won't be coming back to find out.

Only visit this location during evening hours. The morning shift guys here are a joke. When I came in, the cash dude was at the back chatting with the guy making the pizza, made me wait at the counter for a good 6 minutes before he took noticed of me.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, when the pizza came i asked for napkins. Cash dude ignored me and changed topic by opening the box and show me my order. Then i discovered it didnt have any pepperoni on it.

Guy then accuses me of making the wrong order, this is complete bull shit because i had told him at the beginning, emphasizing i wanted pepperonis on it, twice!

When i finally recieved my order. I found the the pizza had less cheese than what i usually get, it was a little burnt and very dry.

The food made in the evening shift taste so much better and indian girl working the cash register on the evening is far more respecful.

I dine in this place from time to time! This is my favorite restaurant to have a bite. I go to this spot at least once a month. The food is fantastic, the staff is professional and the cost is reasonable. I like meeting in this place over a nice dinner.

Used to have good staff, not anymore. Cashier lied straight up and argued when told about stale cheesy bread.

Had a fantastic experience in this place with my kids. The food arrives fast and the service is just good. Prices are reasonable.

Worst time management three people working and one person making the pizza and taking walk-in orders make sure to call and order super on advance. Not to mention the fact I asked for my dipping sauce and the guy asked for my bill that he didn't give me! Then had the audacity to throw the sauce on the counter. Unprofessional and a really stupid individual

What a wonderful service i got from here, people are amazing, so humble and coperative, i order piza for my party and they serve me the best piza in the town, i highly recommend my friend s and family to visit this. Store, great job guys

Pizza Pizza has lost their touch while all the American franchises taking over. Pizza Pizza needs to focus on making really good pizza and don't offer anything else. I got a large veggie and it was quite Blah.

One of the worst store I ever visited. First these guys was trying to overcharge me and then served me burnt pizza with oil. I am allergic to oil.

The lady that was working the cashier is very friendly every time I come into that Pizza Pizza location. My order was completed in a timely manner.

Very good pizza. Their delivery is fast and reliable but we usually pickup from here. The pizza is always warm and ready when you get there and they always provide very good service. Their pizza is always very tasty and they constantly always come up with new deals.

I must say WOW. The ambience, the customer service and the quality of the food in this pizza pizza is JUST outstanding. I walked in and I had the best experience from this place. The staff are being trained to make the customer feel like a king. I felt so good and if a I ever want to be treated nice, and also get the most amazing pizza and yeah this wings, this be my Pizza Pizza store. Well done to the staff and to the Pizza Pizza organization to it all happened. My money is well spent in this place

Pizza pizza has been a disappointment. First, we ordered a thick crust pizza. It was delivered alk uncooked. Under rge toooings there was uncooked dough!
Then, second time, the thin crust cheese pizza had garlic on it, shich we never ordered. Ww I u st wanted a cheese pizza.
I am now looking for another pizza place to order from. Definitely won't recommend it: (.

Hello, I have been to so many pizza pizza store and this is by far the best. In the middle of this snow storm, my friend and I walked in to this store today, and we were greeted so nicely, even today's storm made everyone else grumpy lol but not the staff of this place. We bought some slices and wings and it was mouth watering. I must also say the restrooms were so clean and so was the store itself. Thank You Pizza Pizza for making our day despite of the bad weather!

This is very clean location with very friendly staff. I took my 3 grand kids to this place, not only I was impressed by the cleaness of this store, the way staff treated me and the kids were amazing. The food was excellent and since we all loved this location, I be a returning customer for years to come. Thank you for making my little grand kids happy and make them feel special guys!

I have been to many locations, but this one feels like a restaurant because of the service. No other fast food locations can match thier service.

Owner does not use fresh dough. After I pointed this fact out and requested for fresh dough to be used—showed him how stale dough does not rise and isn’t fluffy—was met with resistance and was told to leave the shop. Rude and unprofessional owner.
