This location is the last place you want to have your food at. The cashier was rude and declined my request for a sanitizer when the dispenser outside was empty. She said its busy and I have other things to do. The trash bin was overloaded and the tables were infested with roaches. There is pizza hut just 5 min away from this branch. Please go there!

Yesterday me and my friends were ordering some pizza. The pizza was really good, but the girl who was taking the order was with bad attitude. Just because we didn’t understand what she was saying, she sighed. I don’t think we’ll go there next time.

Stopped in for some fresh pepperoni slices and was happy great location friendly staff and good food

This was poor experience and it started right from the tym we entered the store on Wednesday night @11: 00 pm ordered for a pizza and it took 45 min to make the order ready. Poor service from the order taker and he was busy talking on phone with ear pods one him. Guys please hire good staff or improve customer service

So this happened tonight.
Young lady, University Grad School student orders a poutine from this location - which she will pick up personally as it is literally doors from her home. She orders through DoorDash as she will get a credit for ordering.

She arrives to pick up, and the reference number she has ON HER PHONE is different from the number the store has. However, the store also has her name on their slip, and it is a unique name few would have. (DoorDash scrambles customer phone numbers for security reasons, so the store does not have her actual phone number). BUT THEY STILL HAVE HER NAME ON THEIR COPY. The so-called 'Manager' Tom claims she could be anyone, and he can not release her food to her. He repeatedly says that anyone can come in and claim to be her and pick up her food. He three times called her Sarah, which is not her name, and her proper name is printed clearly on his copy. The food is ALREADY PAID FOR. The interchange goes on for an hour. WHILE HER FOOD IS SITTING ON TOP OF THE PIZZA OVEN. This particular customer/student usually has something from this location every 2-3 weeks. Now Tom gets on the phone in order to have someone else from either DoorDash or Pizza Pizza validate how right he is, and he keeps dropping the calls to DoorDash because he is also arguing with the customer at the same time and he misses the prompts. She would not have waited an hour except for the fact that Tom has not yet specifically said he would not give her the food she ordered and paid for.

The gentleman witnessing this is a restaurateur who has operated busy locations doing upwards of 1,100 customers a day. Tom's comment to him is that he wouldn't know about fast food then. Never mind, one of his locations had 125 employees each summer through Christmas. Meanwhile, Tom places pepperoni and slings chicken wings for his career. There's nothing wrong with that.

After all this, as Tom has dragged this out arguing, justifying, being on the phone with various calls, repeating himself to the recipient of the calls over and over, the young lady was still denied her food by Powerful Tom, so he could save face, apparently because this lady with a unique name could be anyone trying to pick up someone else's food, using a most unique name she happened to guess at, I imagine when she came through the door.

My uncle was the gentleman and will use this Pizza Pizza story (1721. Bloor W) for years to come in hospitality courses he teaches. Talk about a course on What Not To Do.
And for context, please check the cameras. My uncle was also there the previous night for a slice, fries and a drink. You lost more than one regular customer over this deplorable treatment from a 'manager' who has not the slightest idea of what Customer Service, or Public Relations is all about.

It's pizza pizza. Decent pizza for a chain. Place is clean, the staff are friendly, sometimes gets busy so you may have to wait to get served. Lots of options for pizza, wings, garlic bread etc. However due to the location there is very little parking. Busy area.

Not that busy, so that's a plus. Friendly and highly efficient service. Great place for late night eats. Highly recommended.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE GOOD SERVICE AND YOUR OWN SAFETY!
They served my pizza to dine in at an unsafe temperature and it burned my lip, the attendant was very impolite, took a call on speakerphone in the front counter and shouted loud while speaking on the phone, only one clean table, one even had gum on the table top. 1st and last visit.

What happened to the dough? It tastes DISGUSTING now. I'm 45 years old and never remember the dough tasting like cardboard. Pizza Pizza has totally changed the recipe. I've had to stop buying Pizza Pizza now. It's at the bottom of my list. I'll order from Pizzaville and Pizza Nova from now on. CHANGE THE DOUGH BACK TO THE OLD RECIPE!

One of the worst pizza pizza locations in Toronto, all they do here is take advantage of people. Just the other day a worker almost got into a heated argument with a husband and wife and their 1 year old child because apparently they chose a medium pizza instead of a large when they had PAID for a large pizza? ! Do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from this location.

I would give this 0 stars if possible. Completely disgusting place to buy food from, not to mention the absolute incompetence of the people who work there. Not only incompetent, but total conniving scam artists. Please DO NOT come here.

Every table was filthy. Most chairs were littered with food. We watched the cleaning of 3 tables with all food remnants being wiped off the tables onto the seats and flooring. We had to clean our tables and chairs ourselves.

If manager decides not to change these practices in a reasonable time, I shall use further options to advise other parties of these poor health practices.
Let's hope that we can resolve these health issues ourselves.

The young INDIAaan Guy who works here at late closing time is very Rude Ass.and he doesn't even care if you are waiting by the cash to grab a slice, he will be doing his own Pot washing! Don't even have courtesy to let you know he ll be back to the front! And once you place an order he will come and through your food on the counter! One of those Pakis or Indiaaan with a big hair. He is like he doesn't want to be there. These people live there life on Pizza Pizza or Convenient stores and have zero courtesy!

I wish I could give this place less then one star. Let's start off by saying how dirty the place was. Everything from the tables and floors to the one washroom that was working. I can at least say when you told them the washroom was dirty the lady came and cleaned it right away. Ok fine but then she didn't even wash her hands after that and that's just plain gross. So then I continue to watch her change the garbages and when a costumer came in she would helped them but without washing her hands again gross. Now to the most disgusting thing I seen was the cook/pizza maker come wash the pizza oven in the front with a mop yes a mop. I'm assuming it's the same mop the lady just used in the washoorm (because it looked like the same disgusting dirty mop) she cleaned for me in the wasroom. Right then and there my mouth dropped open and I dropped my pizza (couldn't even finish it after what I saw) and my friend asked what was wrong and I told her what I had just seen. Even she could believe it. So you think that's the end of it oh no I continued to watch the same guy wearing the same gloves he had on when using the mop to clean the oven and now touching everything else besides food. And now he's making pizzas with those same gloves. I can only imagine the things they do when the costumes are not around and when the store is closed. This place is gross and disgusting and I won't be returning or ordering from as it's my home store to order from. I have never written a review for anything but I felt I had to do this to warn people of how gross this store is and how basically their employees don't wash their hands after touching garbage and cleaning washrooms. And how they use the same dirty mop to clean floors and the washroom floors too in the same pizza oven that cook costumers food. I am beyond disgusted and hope my son and I don't get sick from their lack of food safety. I will be calling head on them to report the store. Hope they will actually care what one of their locations are doing.

Generally OK. Not the restaurant fault, but on three occasions people (x2) used the washroom for drug use! First time staff told them to leave. Second and third time I left before anything happened.

Some pieces of chicken were not fully cooked. Very unacceptable and unsafe. I hope I do not get sick.

We just ordered through the app for delivery. Deep fried pickles were great, dipping sauces were right and pop selection was right but our pizza was WAY off. We ordered a medium pizza with carm onions, chorizo sausage, spicy Italian sausage, extra cheese and sweet garlic and pepper seasoning. What arrived was almost the same but no extra cheese and covered in BBQ sauce.really upset I didnt check the order before the delivery guy left

Great location occasionally a long wait but usually pretty fast would recommend for the convenience it's right next to keele station

Guy working on Sunday evening, just past midnight, didn't even get up from whatever he was watching to come to counter.

Great pizza and value! I have ordered multiple times and each time the pizza is consistently fresh, hot and tasty.

Man where to begin, first lets start with the frys, why are they dry like sand! Literly dry everytime, i orderd twice and the same.now lets talk about the wings, they came RAW literly RAW, on the outside its okay but when u bite in they are literly soft and raw with blood! Now lets talk about the steak quesadilla, idk if its supposed to taste like onions but literly it does and with that it dont look like the picture in the app, now oh baby if ur not digusted by the wings lets talk about the pepperoni calzone, its raw literly raw again, the proof i got is he breading is literly like dough, and it stinks of raw dough with yeast and further more to confirm it was not done was that the inside cheese was not melted! I am realy discusted as i cureently dont feel well and i do hope i dont get sick, pluss im gonna call them for my money back because this is just terrible!

Ooof i just forgot to mansion when i recived the food in the boxes with holes, there was literly snow stuck on it as if he placed them in snow, before delivering them to my apartment!

And i dint even get the free stuff like ketchup thats listed in my order!

But thier pizza is good, literly only one thing thats good from that place!

It's a pizza place. Exactly what it says. I've been coming here since I was seven and I've never had an issue. Their poutine wasn't good at all, but it was removed several years ago and I'd like to see a comeback with a better recipe. Prices are cheap and the atmosphere is nice. It has WiFi.

The service was great! The food came quickly and with high quality. Cashier was extremely nice and enthusiastic. Great Pizza Pizza! I would return 100%.

Went to dine in at this wonderful place which always loved to go.i was roaming in this area and wanted to eat something good.so i went to this store and i order a large 3 topping pizza with a thin crust and extra cheese.i got that in like 10 minutes.thats wonderful cause i was in kind of rush so thats good.and pizza was delicious and made accordingly with my choice.definitely recommend to visit once.

The cashier was so sweet and she said "have a good day! " very good customer service and the food was almost as blessed as her too ;)

I am a new Italian, coming from Calabria. Honestli this tandoori pizza was the best, like nothing I ever tasted. Customer service much nice and good service. I appreciate, will be coming back for more:)

I appreciate how efficiently they operate so I can be in and out of the store with very little wait time. The app is very useful and helpful in choosing your pizza well in advance so you don't have to pick at the store.
