You can buy a slice or a whole pizza at a good price, the are OK but not the best, it's a little dirty on the outside, garbage around the place

Ordered through the app and they delivered my pizza all rolled up and nasty looking. Called customer service and they said this store refuses to do anything about it. See attached photo. Money wasted.

It's really slow but the food taste sooooooo good! I love the fries and the wings. Definitely worth waiting!

Made me wait 35 minutes for a panzeratti that they said was going to take 6 minutes. Only to find out they haven't even made it And that they forgot about. No one even apologized and they just refunded me for it without making one. The only reason I went there was because I was in a rush. I was late hungry and disappointed.

Update: they replied to my review to "make it right" and for me to give them a "second chance" all they did was tell me they will forward it to the appropriate department so it doesn't happen again which they could have just replied to this review with that.

Great service. Friendly and fast. I was impressed that when we went up to get our order they set them up to be checked to make sure that it was exactly what we wanted. Great pizza!

Good pizza. If you are eating more than 2 slices, think about getting the median or large pizza. Probably cheaper.

Tried out the plant based chikn sandwich. Will definitely recommend to check it out for a change.

Awful service. Ordered a panzerotti for takeout and they gave me a very dry product with no filling at all (no sauce either). I thought it was a one off and decided to order the same and get someone else to order this and pizza, and the result was the same. Pizza had almost no tomato sauce, which defeats the purpose of pizza. Definitely don't recommend this location, though Pizza Pizza does make decent products elsewhere.

I order takeout from here every now and again. Great staff and location. There are better tasting pizzas in the area, but this is a solid Pizza Pizza location.

Food is pretty good though they mixed up and gave me a pepperoni panzorotto instead of the hawaian panzoritto I paid for

It's Pizza Pizza, you know what to expect, the problem with this location is that there are a lot of street involved people with addictions and mental health struggles that try to get off the street by going inside this location. Its an unfortunate circumstance for customers, staff, and the street involved people themselves.

The best one I like is the sweet potato, will let you forgive the lack of customer service. Should try Sweet potato.

They make the pizza as you request them.
Their timings are late which helps a lot of people who are last Minute planners.

They are also pretty quick with their orders.
Restricted entry due to covid makes limited seras to have in door dining.
I usually have a veggie customized pizza in whole wheat and creamy garlic base

Their 16$ combo completes my day with 3 pops and that’s for free!

Preordered from their catering department for my daughter's birthday pizza lunch with her kindergarten class. They were late with the delivery (try keeping 27 hungry kids at bay!) even thoug theyare literally down the street from my daughter's school! Showed up without a single plate or napkin! Not happy about that!

I always order online and this store at University close to Isabella street is one of the best! Their pizza is yummy, well made and they dont go easy on the toppings like others pizza pizza stores. Just a suggestion, when you order online ask for extra tomato sauce at the bottom and cheese at the top. You wont regret

Lots of other pizzas that have look to have been sitting out for a while. Usually a shortage of pepperoni+cheese slices after work.

I ordered medium pizza online for pickup with super pan crust, cheese on top, extra sauce on top and got stale thin crust base with less sauce, wrong cheese, old mushrooms. I urge to all of you to please don't go there to waste your money and time.
If I had option here to show you pics that i have for my everytime pizza with same description you all will be amaze.

Washrooms aren't working again. Management you should woke up. I recommend soon or train is gone!

It's really just okay. The staff was not friendly but they were not rude either. The pizza tastes ok. The place was not super clean and well decorated but it was fine.

I order everytime but this time it was burnt seasoning was also burnt and we order 2x seasoning that doesnt mean u have to put a lot of seasoning we just order seasoning they have to sprinkle. It was looked a like just throw bunch of seasoning on pizza nd evrything was burnt and salty. We throw that pizza and call to customer service they said we can just give you 50% off on next pizza. I was hungry and i order for pick up but they didnt ask me once that would i like to have another one or not. If u order for pickup TASTE BEFORE YOU PAY. THANK YOU pizza pizza.

Loved it. Staff is very friendly and the pizzas are amazing. You have to wait some time but it's definitely worth it.

My kids ate here; I did not. But they said it was their favourite Pizza Pizza since Wonderland 2 years ago. They said the pizza was fresh, but I wonder if their perception was a little skewed because I also let them get a Fanta, which I usually never allow.

We'll definitely be back to this location. It was nice enough inside and the staff were pretty friendly.

You pay for toppings and never get them. You also have no way to let them know if you've had an issue or have an allergy. Avoid this entire business.

On my lunch break, I went to the Pizza Pizza on 68 Wellesley St E for the walk-in pi day deal. I asked if the special was still available before 3pm, and the lady working told me it was. The store was pretty empty as there were just two people waiting. She told me it would take at least 30 min to have the pizza ready for my simple small pepperoni pizza. How ridiculous! So pizza pizza does this deal and then doesn't encourage customers to take advantage of it with this ridiculous wait time? ! I ended up just getting a stale slice of pizza.
While I was eating my slice of pizza, I even noticed that one of the customers who had just ordered a pizza before me, received her pizza within 10 minutes. Clearly the worker was just being rude and unfair by telling me it would take at least 30 minutes. Ridiculous! Don’t go to this location.

The most dirtiest and worst customer service and worst quality pizza pizza i have ever seen on my life. Garbage.

This is one of largest Pizza Pizza locations I've ever been in. It is bright and clean. Service is fast.

I order from pizza pizza every sat for a group of 12 people and have done for 2 years and I have to say the customer service is absolutely atrocious as well as the food we received. I understand pizza pizza isn’t the pinnacle of amazing food but they should be consistent. The past few times we have ordered from this particular location we have had issues and just let it slide because it was convenient and my staff love pizza. This time was the straw that broke the camels back.

The food was over cooked to the point were it looked like it would make people feel unwell. When we called the company they were not understanding and would not refund on top of that they hung up on me which is never except-able especially when i was non confrontational and explained myself very nicely. I work in the service industry and everyone should receive good service and respect and in this case we received neither. Check out this pic would you eat this?

Worst customer service, I accidentally made a mistake in my order and i had to wait more than 20 minutes on the call and still no one picked up. Very disappointing.

Got A pepperoni pizza with a sweet thai sauce. We never asked for it. The pizza was disgusting for tbe sauce used.
