Pizza Pizza

One employee gave us pizzas that didn't belong to us, and tried to pass them to someone else after the boxes were opened.
Then came by once while we were eating to say we had better stuff to do and should look for a purpose, and another time to ask if we liked women. The whole experience was bizarre.

Wow these guys at this location at 6pm on Sunday made an incredible pizza for me! Best I ever had at pizza pizza and that says a lot lol so generous with the toppings and made perfectly. Polite, friendly. The area is bad though and I couldn’t find a parking spot in the parking lot but meh! Only downfall is I forgot my free 2 months crave tv ticket: (maybe I’ll try and stop by tomorrow to get it if the same man is there…he’ll remember me and know I forgot it on the counter

As an uber eats delivery driver, i felt disrespected by one of the employees. Please teach them to respect others. Talking in a rude manner is not how you should be doing customer service.

Only giving two stars because the parking is great, otherwise would be one star. The most ridiculously inconsistent pizza I’ve ever had. I never know whether I need to order extra cheese or half the cheese, they don’t listen to special instructions (cheese on the bottom), they get the toppings completely wrong, sometimes they randomly undercook the pizza, and the worst part is; you’re screwed. They don’t care one tiny bit and neither does their “customer service” (they don’t serve customers at all). Switched to Dominoes at Park and King and been very happy with them. Also very good parking at Dominoes FYI.

Used toogoodtogo to order from these guys and got ripped off. They just cut a slice in two and called it two slices. Really dishonest. I'm sure not all pizza pizza's do this but this place is really shady.

Overall satisfied with the food. The pizza was on par from what I've come to expect from the chain which is decent as far as pizza chains go. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant was not particularly welcoming. Wouldn't recommend going too late at night by yourself.

Never go to this restaurant.the old guy with bald head is very arrogant in taking orders. Don't have patience as well and shouting.

I know the ower of this in particular location and i caught him taking a bath in the sink using pizza topping containers to rinse off he is a risk and a blemish on this company get him out

Lazy worker. Gave me part of my order and walked away, didn’t give me my drinks or anything else and I had to wait for him to chat with his coworkers until he came back. This was when I picked up an order Sept 1 at 4pm.

Still no response
Over an hour wait for the delivery still not here called no answer. So bad.

Came in at 1 45 to pick up my pizza and the guy at the front was signaling to me that they were closed. How are they closed 15 mins before 2am like theyre supposed closed. Couldnt even pick up my pizza that i ordered. Horrible location. Will not recommend

Although taste wise at this location was good. The customer service is horrendous. They made a mistake and made 2 thin crust pizzas when we asked for only one. Customer service agreed that the same location would provide us with a new pizza. Once we get off the phone we received a call from Anitha at the location refusing to make the pizza unless we brought back both pizzas for her to assess. It appears that despite customer service's agreed upon terms, she was unwilling to meet those needs. Given this unprecidented time, the solution does not make any sense. Customer service agreed to provide us a credit as she again was not willing to budge. It definitely was the better option.

Anyways, they have free parking so that's a plus.

Went to buy 2 slices's friday night noticed workers making pizza wearing slippers on job pretty disgusting maybe that's what gave me upset stomach after I ate it. Never going back there and dont recommened going there

Pizza Pizza is pretty affordable, and usually has pretty decent cooks. You don't usually get something undercooked, too lightly topped, or a mess. When I went there Tuesday evening, I was super impressed with the pizza. While it took a little while, it was cooked perfectly, had a good serving of toppings, and tasted amazing. I'll have to try it again to see if it was a fluke, or if I'll be driving the extra 20 minutes from now on to get some great pizza.

I loved the experience here and it is the only neighborhood Pizza Pizza and I visit often. It is best at everything: friendly staff, hygienic food, clean surroundings and etc.

This pizza had no flavor. My pizzas were left sitting on top of a warming oven for 10 minutes as i stood there waiting. Worst pizza ive ever eaten

I was going to boom out a deuce but it is a tad low. 2.5 real score. Few pizza places truly make a good wheel anymore. Pizza Pizza is fast food pizza. Semi bland sauce, not enough topping, seldom cooked or order.

Worse pepperoni I have ever tasted!

Made you feel like you were putting them out by asking n for a dlice.
A guy (assume) owner was marching in and out multiple times.
Obviously doesn't trust staff.

That pizza we had today was not good at all I don't know what happened but it's gone way downhill and our garlic bread was awful too: (
They use to take pride in it and it just seems like they don't anymore!

When I was there today, the lady grabbing our pizza slices had dropped the thing she used to pickup the slices on the floor, picked it up and wiped it off with her shirt and continued to use it

I've had the Keto crist pizza a few times (maybe 5 or so) but the last 2 times I've ordered from this location and it was BY FAR the best! I'm not sure what the difference is per store location but this pizza was amazing. I will drive out of my way to pick it up from this location!

Messed up an order of mine and then pretended like when they fixed it they did me a favour by not charging me for it.

Walked in for a slice after attending a concert. Service was quick and cool they let someone in there with a guitar. Good atmosphere. I accidentally left a 1 star rating earlier. I'd visit again.

The delivery guy this morning pulled on to my street and blocked traffic both ways with his lights on. Why does he think he can do that. I tried to upload the photos but my luck it won't work. But honestly who is he that isn't right. Your delivering pizza not an emergency have some respect for the road l have been on hold for over 10 minutes to let pizza pizza know and I can't believe still waiting. Must be allot of complaints

I dine in this lovely place a lot! This is my favorite spot to to have a good dinner. I go there regularly. The cooking is excellent, the team is friendly and the cost is good. I enjoy eating in this restaurant to have a good meal.

Ordered garlic bread with cheese from our nearest location. My mother ate one full slice, as she was about to eat a second.she notice mold at the bottom of her bread. My niece who is a year and a half old almost ate this bread too. We called the store and they would not refund us for our order. They told us they would only credit us $6. Absolutely ridiculous. We took a photo of the bread and WE WILL be contacting the health department.

Not the best.got a slice and it was very dry I think they were sitting out a little long.washroom in bad shape as well.

I often visited here to have my favorite pizza. Their quality was superb and the way treat their customer was also nice. The staff was very nice and of friendly nature. The price they charge was also genuine.overall recommended place.

Didn't feel like cooking so I stopped in and I grabbed it to pizzas I asked for extra cheese and extra pepperoni and oh my goodness they definitely put a lot of pepperoni and extra cheese I wish I had taken a photo however my phone wasn't working at the time. Definitely going to go back for another one next week LOL

Great service. I had initially ordered 2 items. When I was picking it up I had to add another item and had the food in the restaurant. When the third item was ready, the employee actually came to my table and almost served it to us.

What I find rough about delivery from any place including and ESPECIALLY Pizza Pizza, is that with your new delivery charges of 3.75$, plus tax and tip, HALF of the cost of our dinner is not on our actual dinner. If maybe Pizza Pizza didn't pocket that 3.75$ (should absolutely go to the driver) I would be able to tip More. Because you charge almost 4$ delivery 90% of people are going to assume with that much delivery charge; everything is covered no need to tip. This completely screws delivery drivers not to mention the wallets of those who are decent human beings and tip. Delivery isn't worth it if I have to shell out 10$ extra dollars every time. 2$ delivery charge plus 3.50$ tip is easy. 3.75$ delivery PLUS tip of 3.50$? Already 7$ +, then tax.

Terrible! Simply terrible experience. Ordered slices of pizza only and the cashier didn't gave any information on the promotion going on with it. Later found it out while leaving the store from an outsider! And the slice was smelling sooo bad! I would have surely got food poisoning with it! Nd when i asked the person to smell it, first he refused then he said its olives' smell! Cumon its not the first time m having olives to be unaware about its smell! Then finally time for refund, he gave in cash and when i asked fr the receipt again he refused and said he will get it in sometime! I dont really know y people like that r hired!?

Horrible service! Food takes forever and they will get your order wrong. We had to wait an hour for a large pizza and the staff love to argue!

One of the WORST PIZZA PIZZA EVER! They serve left over pizzas from previous day and the staffs are rude not ever going back if DSG is reading this please shut down the place cause they cant run it

I just ate a customized pizza I had delivered, and I was overly impressed. I normally order from another place, but decided to try Pizza Pizza from 129 king Street E by the Oshawa Clinic. Pizza arrived hot, perfectly done, awesome flavor, and enjoyed the whole thing. Definitely going to order from them again. Perfect Pizza Pizza.

I was in this pizza pizza today, I ordered a pizza and some wings, the pizza was amazing and the wings was so tasty that I can't describe it. Also the staff was very helpful while I order. It is best place to have pizza.

You gotta know how to order a pizza. I ordered a medium thin crust with tomato and roasted garlic plus I put all the herbs which made it more like an Italian pizza than an american one.

Yesterday was my birthday and i was there at this pizza pizza, i had a really great time and the staff was really good and the service was really nice i had a happy time with my family, and i prefer this pizza pizza for family gatherings as well.

Ordered the med 1 topping pizza for 6.99 with their dairy free cheese.went to add 2 more toppings ($3.00 /ea) ouch.not
Get home started eating my pizza. Omg.absolutely disgusting. I have never eaten anything so horrible to the point that it was making me gag

I really enjoy going there.it's a great environment for friends and family. The washrooms are well kept and the staff is extremely friendly (especially that Jamaican girl). Plus the food is awesome. Would definitely recommend it for a quick bite:)

This is my regular place that I always go, the staff is extremly good. The place is very clean and the service is fast. The pizza is always fresh and hot. I love going to this Pizza Pizza.

The pizza pizza at 129 King Street East Oshawa is by far the best pizza pizza restaurant I have ever been too! Excellent customer service for every employee that works here! No matter what day or time I come, I am always greeted with a smile, fresh and hot i love this place. Thanks from the management.

The best pizza in the area. They are not skimpy with toppings like the other Pizza Pizza locations. The owner Sam is a really cool guy. Super nice super friendly. I would definitely recommend this location.

I have to say this is my favorite pizza pizza. The pizza is delicious and the staff is very friendly. Moewover; it is very best place for families.
