Pizza Pizza

Went Thursday 23 Nov 1.50am at the very end moment, I placed a order of medium pizza. The lady was super sweet and made the pizza so well made. I use to work in pizza industry so I know the quality of pizza she made at the closing time. It’s a hidden gem, welcoming, friendly and excellent service from the lady.

Amazing store manager and all the employees are friendly and do their job well! The food is delicious i would recommend to anyone with some pizza cravings!

The crust edges were way larger on my xl pizza so the toppings area was so small. I request the management to please take a look at this. This is the 3rd time this happened. Otherwise a 5star place to indulge in tasty pizza.

Haven't had pizza in years so I was driving around at 1: 30am. I was very surprised they were opened this late. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. She was running around by herself as there was multiple customers. Three guys at the back were apparently out back smoking. After coming in, they just talked. The lady continued to work solo. Food was ok. Same as I remembered it. Full marks for consistency.

The foods okay but the lady was pretty rude and shouting at delivery drivers. Found it quite unprofessional and unpleasant.

Food here is good, they’re not stingy like other places. However, staffs’ attitude is a minus. The way they talk to you just like they want to get rid of you, and it sounds like they’re doing you a favor.

I stood at the front for five minutes after the doorbell rang notifying the one employee that a customer is in the lobby. When I asked why he hasn’t addressed me, he says “ I didn’t see you. I have orders to make. What the problem. You have a problem. “

Worst location ever, they jip you on toppings. They don’t have all the dipping sauces and when you ask about why they don’t have something they say it’s no longer being made, which is a lie, cause other locations have that item on there menus. I came to grab a slice the other night and it was burn all on the bottom. Also I order a pepperoni pizza and payed for extra pepperoni and never got what I payed for. Again absolutely worst location I’ve been to.

I ordered small pizza and this lady made heaven out of it. It tastes so damn good. I don’t know her name (One with glasses) but yes you did awesome. Thank you.

Absolutely dreadful location. Hygenie is a disaster; customer service is a complete mess. First off, they have zero knowledge the basic pizza pizza promotions. They also have refused to honour pizza pizza free slice policy after a TFC 4-0 last night even though I have shown them the terms on the pizza pizza website. Would never want to deal with them again.

This location is legit the worst!
I just ordered the plant based sand which and bit into a chicken one bleh 100 percent disgusted I’m vegetarian and when I called I simply got an “we will send a new one” lol barely enough considering it’s the first time I’ve not and chewed meat in years and years but thanks I guess

Ordered an XL pizza online and got 6 pieces of pepperoni on my pizza and crust was hard as well and ontop of that I called to tell them and they offered me a $2 credit, not worth my time, never ordering from you guys again.stop being cheap with your ingredients!

I LOVE THEIR PIZZA, FRIES, WEDGES, ONION RINGS, AND EVERYTHING ELSE! ALL THE FOOD GOES WELL WITH SOFT DRINKS, I AM INDEED ADDICTED TO SOFT DRINKS! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLACE, ESPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE WHO WANNA EAT HALAL PIZZA!

The worst customer service! And no longer delivers upstairs in buildings says due to covid yet every other delivery service and Uber driver brings right to our doors still plus Covid is done! The mask are gone and the world is open so cut the lies!
Never tipping again! Super inconvenient I’m upstairs alone with kids I have to pack them up to go down and meet the driver so why order in at all!

The new people working here are terrible the Arab looking guy that’s working here Fri July 8 at 11pm is so rude and has no manners even though he has no idea what he’s doing and messing up not only my order but other customers as well. I stood there waiting for my pizza and witness him being rude to a customer for asking for toppings on only half the pizza and he said no that is not possible I felt bad for the customer because he did not know how to react to the rude response. They need to reconsider the people they are hiring because during the day the Indian girl working there is just as rude. I will NEVER be returning to this location!

The staff here are friendly but I feel like they are spoken down to by the franchisee owner. I feel like the management here is subpar. As a customer I have overheard arguments and yelling from the owner. The owner I believe is a middle aged east Asian woman. She has a strong temper and I do not feel comfortable getting food from here. I am assuming the health and safety are on par with how the employees are treated. It's very unprofessional and I don't feel like I am at a pizza pizza. I feel like I am kid again and I am visiting my Asian friends home and watching him get yelled at by his parents.

Pizza was soo good, had a delicious pizza after a longtime. ““ to the person whoever prepared. I have ordered PIZZA around 10.10pm on Jan 31st.

My family has ordered dozens of times at this location as we have lived here for more than 20 years and I have never felt so disrespected. I will not be going back to this Pizza Pizza ever.

We had signed up for the newsletter to receive a free slice of pizza on my daughters birthdays. The coupon expires on the last day of the year and I visited some time in early December. When I went to redeem them, an employee by the name of Danny said it is required to have the child present in order to redeem them. My children were not with me and I had asked where it says that my children need to be present. He says it has always been policy and as a favour he allowed us to redeem one slice.

Imagine driving all the way and getting rejected based on an unknown policy. So I went back home to get my 5 and 3 year old so I could then redeem the coupons.

When I arrived, Danny was in the back preparing a pizza with his mask hanging below his chin. Another employee by the name of Victoria, greeted me much more warmly and allowed us to redeem the coupons. For all of our troubles we asked if we could get one slice Hawaiian as that is my daughters favourite. Victoria said it would it would not be a problem. But then as we waited for the slices we witnessed Danny trying to convince Victoria to change it to a pepperoni/cheese slice. Victoria tried to sympathize with us and said it was okay and did us a kind thing.

After we got the slices, we made sure to get the names of Danny and the manager, Nancy. I only wish that the policy was clear and that Danny would have been more reasonable. It felt like he was out to give us a hard time. We were not trying to take advantage of a free slice yet we were greeted with such hostility. We will not be ordering here ever again.

One of the worst locations that I've been to the staff didn't even know what they had on the menu and told me they didn't have any of gourmet thins. Such stupid staff.

Woman was nice! She told us about Halal food option, burger is Tinny like literally, and pizza was fine. The overall experience was good.

The way she made pizza was very thin. When I went there to return… she didn’t even say sorry and start arguing. If there is 0 star I would have given it to her… don’t go there

This is the best pizza pizza branch in Mississauga. Quality is up to the par everytime and owner and workers are kind and helpful. The crust is top notch and they welcome any special order. Highly recommended.

One of the best people working there always smiling and helping a hand would go once would go forever but please keep tearing the pizza slice box to save money owner

Awesome place for a fast meal. Today I ordered pizza as my first time ever here. They was running 50% off discount promotion today. Pizza was perfect as company promises, it was fulfilled by a lot toppings on top. They did not add less just because food was much cheaper temporarily. I will comeback certainly. Thank you for hard job.

The Asian guy who was working there on Monday March 08 2021 night shift was so Rude, disrespectful, disgusting when deal with people. I hope he get fired or change his attitude. All other staff are awesome

Wonderful service. The owners take a lot of pride in their work. Only problem was due to covid, bathroom not available.

I called in to order delivery and the woman on the phone said she couldnt place my order. When i asked why, she said it was because this location was closed. At 3 PM on a Tuesday? ! Makes absolutely no sense.

Tell your delivery drivers to read the NOTES before delivering. What’s the point of having it if no ones is going to read it.

Very polite representative on the phone, assisted with my selection. Pizza was very good, made fresh and delivered quickly.

Our family orders from this location quite often. During covid we have been working long hours and trying to keep our kids safe and healthy but this experience today was ust disappointing. I ordered thru uber eats a medium create your own combo and two dipping sauces.everything came out properly but the pizza. The sauce was very messy and tasted unpleasant, the toppings were put on messy and some parts of the pizza were doughy. I understand there is a time frame between making the pizza cooking and picking it up but j felt we were being rushed. We did not take pictures because by the time we consumed the pizza we felt sick.
I dont know any one by name but they do know my name by our uber orders.
We have always loved pizza pizza just not today and will not come back.

Uber Servicd was fine just rhe customer service skills lacked tonighf and for which I have called off work to be in bed tomorrow.

Emphasized to have creamy garlic crust when ordered. Still got tomato one when opened box when got home. Had to drive back for an exchange with the attitude of “no big deal” from the cashier. So who is paying for the gas of the second trip!?

Waited about 10 mins to get addressed even the food was ordered online and it was finished cooking. The pepperoni was stacked and not even distributed properly.

This pizza pizza is right beside my house and I didn’t notice how good of pizza these guys make. I normally order think crust extra cheese pizza almost every night for the last two weeks and who ever is making those late night orders needs a raise. This pizza pizza definitely has better quality pizza than other locations definitely recommend

The men's washroom was disgusting. Not clean. When I told the person at the counter she she said ok but went back to her cellphone and didn't move

The restaurant was so dirty. I was so disappointed with the cleanliness. Their wash room was much better than the dining section.

I love using the Pizza Pizza App. I order 15 mins in advance and it's ready to pick up when I arrive. It's so efficient.

Always order thru the app and chosen this branch to be my best spot to pick up, fresh made, welcoming staff and fast.

Not very consistent. Whenever we go there we get average service. The pizza orders are sometimes perfect and sometimes not too good especially during the weekends. We asked for easy on the sauce but got extra sauce: (. Once the pizza and toppings were undercooked etc. We go there anyway because it's close to our house.

Very bad, there is some Arab guy ever there and he can't keep his calm and swears at customers. Once threatened to pull up to house. It might be legal where you came from but this is Canada bud.

Small location, good for a single slice meal, or for walk in special deals. Washroom was clean, store was clean. When I was there, seems like a lot of people called ahead or ordered at the counter, as mentioned before small location, but lots of walk in/pickup business!

Consistent with they're well mannered customer service, I leave this pizza pizza location happy everytime.

Food is great! A good place for late night meal for couple. I will come again next time after watch a movie.
