Really Bad Place to eat Pizza. Employees are arrogant to customer. Stay away. I visited just today around 11: 45Pm and everything went wrong at this place.

I was so hungry so I went to pizza pizza during closing time and I was so thankful that their two employees disha and ayush still made it for me and the pizza was so delicious from now on I’m always gonna have pizza from here

If want to waste your money come here worst service I waited for 40 minutes and my pizza was free but they told me I came late please don’t waste your money here

The medium pizza here was very scrumptious made by Ayush. He was very friendly in suggesting me toppings and i loved his service.

Pizza was scrumptious by taste and mouthwatering by look. Thanks to Mr Aayush who made this one and satisfied our appetite.

My Pizzas were just mind blowing! They were cooked to perfection just how I like it. The best part about this place is that its open until 4 AM to fulfill our midnight cravings.

Ayush the person who made our pizzas suggested us a beautiful blend of their in house sauces and toppings and it turned out to be heavenly!

FYI, I am lactose intolerant but a big pizza lover and PIZZA PIZZA is as far as I know the only one that offers dairy free cheeze. I thought I could never eat pizza but thanks to them, I can have that enjoyment in my life.

This pizza pizza serves better quality food than other pizza pizza.
Staff is very friendly over here and I got my food ready within 15-20 mins every time.
And toppings are evenly spread on the pie.
I’ll visit again.

Came here when Raptors won and Pizza Pizza had a coupon for a free slice. Store refused to honor even though the deal is valid. Garbage location, wasted my time

1 star cause It tasted okay, and 1 star cause it looked semi clean.

Downsides:
-They touches everyone's food without gloves or washing their hands.
-They work with garbage and still touches your food.
-She coughed several times into the open air.
-Put my pizza directly on the counter while doing other things.

Let's hope I don't get sick:)

Best customer service by the guys at pizza pizza. They made a great pizza. My favourite is chicken barbecue. I love this place

Awesome pizza and the staff is too friendly. This is my fourth visit and Totally worth. Naresh ji served food with big smile and lots of love.

They are open on time. They try to give you your order as quick as possible. The food is hot every time and the workers are so nice.

Horrible experience. I am in the store right now. Primarily the order wasn’t taken correctly. 25.97 for a large pizza and moon sticks was unimaginable. Order received 25m late while in-store dining. The staff was highly confused in making one order. Moon sticks for dine in and pizza for takeout was the order but they forgot to make the moon sticks.

Really good pizza! Usually get the meat lovers and has tons of toppings on it but their hot honey wings are really good as well.

Always order from this location and never disappoints. The staff is very kind and the inside of the store looks super nice

Amazing service by Mrs. Naresh and Gurjeet. Both quickly made the perfect delicious pizza during the closing time to not make me feel hungry anymore.

Bad experience! Pizza took over an hour to be delivered and then the driver would not honour their policy that says if it takes over one hour to deliver your order is free, even after showing him the email that says it's free after an hour.we tried to call but no one picked up, would give 0 stars if we could.they also forgot a garlic dip

Update: second review - I ordered vegetarian medium pizza but found a hair on 2 slices of pizza, called customer service they provided free pizza and asked to pickup from this location. We picked up and came back home. When we opened the box, it had non vegetarian toppings on pizza. Unfortunately i did not have receipt so couldn’t call customer service. This location is pathetic. I wish I could give 0 stars. Will never visit this location.

I ordered 3 pizzas, one of them was completely wrong. I called back right away and they had it written down correctly just simply made it wrong and said they would send a replacement pizza right away. That pizza never came, and when I made a third call they gave me attitude and claimed they did deliver the replacement. I guess they lost my business.

It was worthless experience. Staff needs to learn customer service. My friend placed and order online. Online it was showing its ready. And inside store they’re saying they don’t care about the online stuff. Even after half an hour pizza wasn’t ready. Seriously? No respect for customers

The food always looks and tastes good. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is they hired some new people who aren't really sure what they or doing or how to use anything so you're usually there for twice as long as you would expect.

Wanted to try something new and got their Keto friendly Meat Lovers Pizza

I think overall, the pizza was just okay. Nothing special. They gave a fair amount of meat for this dish. I found the crust and pizza itself to be a bit too thin. This definitely was more of a snack then an actual meal.

It is actually one of the best pizzas in waterloo. We tried Xlarge pizzas with Jalapeno pepper and Pineapple toppings both were good. Also they gave 3 drinks free with pizzas.

Love this place! The food their is amazing. The pizza is so good. The wings are delicious. The employees are so nice and caring. Their customer service is amazing! I love this location because of the customer service!

30 minutes to make a medium pepperoni pizza? Why even bother. You can get one made in 5 minutes across the street.

Multiple bad experiences on online orders
1. Under cooked pizza
2. Missing slice/ piece from one pizza
3. Burnt and smelly garlic bread

The young guy working on Tuesday June 15th at 8: 49 ripped me off, sold me 2 pepperoni slices for 9.49, when there is a deal for 6 bucks and then lied to me and said the slices are prices differently, probably skimming the money from the till, he then threw out my receipt, and then proceeded to touch my food with his bare hands. Will never come here again

Their phone connection is so bad you can barely hear anyone when they answer and it'd be really nice if I could actually PAY ONLINE, ie.use their COUPON, but I can't and they refuse to apply over the phone. Great service. And I love that the lady on the phone called it a "bummer". Most likely won't be back for a bit until they can figure out how to set up a site.

Worst service! They are saying we will prepare online order first and then walk in. They made us wait for 45 mins for just one pizza.

Really like the wings at this location! Really fresh and they're sauced up really well, especially the honey garlic wings. The funnel cake sticks are really great as well

This used to be our favourite location to order from (Albert Street, Waterloo) but not any longer.
They have called twice to say we didn't tip them on the app. I always tip, they always question it. Sorry, that is RUDE. And the pizzas we ordered tonight were terrible. The crust on one was completely burnt, I don't even know how they sent it out like that. The other pizza's crust was limp, doughy and uncooked.

The food is really good and the owners are really kind! Naresh is always in a good mood and provides really good service. Very quick wait time and I especially like their wings here!

Poor customer service! I will not be returning to this location. They denied my Pizza Pizza gift card. Apparently, they didn’t know how to ring it through the system.

Pizza is average but after making my order they had forgot to give it to me and left it in the back for a few minutes.

I got excellent customer service, all the employees were very friendly. And the food was very tasty and all according to my requirements.
In total job WELL DONE.

The Albert street location is so cheap, they cut the sausages in half. Have ordered all across Canada and other locations and nobody else has half pieces of sausage. Even mentioned to corporate and nothing has resulted. Where else are they cutting corners?
If you don't want burnt pizza, ask for lightly done and then maybe it isn't bad.
I will order for take out from other locations rather than deal with Albert Street, even though they are the closest to me. If I need delivery, then it is a different pizza place.

Very friendly staff and pizza also tastes fresh and made out of good ingredients, Mrs. Naresh work over there and i saw that she is fully dedicated towards her work and then i glfound that she is the owner. Vrey helpful and polite lady along with ashish and himashu those deliver food very quickly and hot. All the best to whole team.

Great place. They have a great selection of toppings, allow you to choose from favorite combos or create a pizza of your own. Will always recommend to my friends.
