A very cozy place to sit and dine. Great food and excellent service. The staff is nice and friendly. Would highly recommend everyone to go and dine.

We went for a vegan version of make your own pizza. The pizza was well made - nice crust well cooked. Dairy free cheese substitution was available and made it delicious. Toppings were great. And the guy on the front was very helpfull and all.

Was very clean.ponzerotti was very good. No complaints about food, but it is the type of pizza that tastes better when it got out of the oven. Not great for left overs

Visited this restaurant on April 12 around 10: 15 pm. It was a fantastic experience. The 2 employees working were Jimmy and Jarrod. They gave awesome, friendly customer service and the food was fresh and tasty. Thanks for the great experience. Highly recommend.

Don’t bother calling customer service if your pizza is raw. They will hang up on you 3 times in a row because they are incapable of transferring a call to a supervisor.
Reporting your raw pizza dough to the board of health.

Today I ordered a indian style pizza from this store they gave me the wrong one, there was an issue about pizza toppings that weren’t properly baked, I told about this to GSR but she said we bake all pizzas like this, but after when I reached at home I checked that base sauce was also different, probably I got someone else’s pizza or they gave me cancelled order, they didn’t give bill as well, last I have wasted my 24 dollars in this store So be careful

Both orders were wrong! Ultimate pepperoni is just a regular rip off pepperoni. The 4 topping was supposed to have sausage not pepperoni. $50+ order.

This is absolutely the worst pizza and customer service experience I have ever experienced. Aside from entire order missing items, the pizzas were burnt and taste awful we had to order from another local pizza house. When confronted, the staff laughed several times and spoke only in hindi to each other while making fun of me.the customer. Sad to see this type of behavior in Collingwood, an area that thrives from tourists like myself. Such a shame this racist behavior still exists in 2022. I will no longer support pizza pizza.

I have never in my life ordered food from a restaurant and received such poorly made product that isn't even made close to the product description. The staff member that prepared this clearly has no desire for customer satisfaction. I am utterly shocked that this was boxed and sent out like this.

Went there for the first time and was kinda appalled by what happened, maybe I just caught them on an off day, but it kinda went from bad to worse with how everything went down.
So first thing that happened is we ordered a large pizza, with a sprite and an Ice Tea it was not explained that the bottles were separate from the cans and it was put on the order as a coke (nothing was explained it was just how it was done) I had to repeat said order 3 times (but I blame that on background noise) AND I had to repeat the drinks twice as well so I know that they must have heard me say sprite but chose not to explain that I could only pick from the cans, then we waited the normal 20 mins for our food (which is fine) but almost lost our order because they accidentally got ours mixed up with someone else’s (which is also fine it got sorted out pretty fast) the worst part of this experience was actually receiving the product, the pizza box was dirty (had dirt stains on the top and some weird substance on the front that was very off putting) and honestly the box just kind of looked like it’s been dropped on the floor picked up and then used for my pizza.

Best service and pizza among all the Pizza Pizza, I have ever visited. Perfectly Baked and tasted wonderful. I will surely revisit here.

Best place to eat. Pizzaa was soo good and cooked so well. The staff of this place was soo polite. They know how to treate their customer. Their service was soo good.

Pizza pizza in general is pretty decent. The prices are affordable for what you get. Food quality isn't the best however and has definitely went down in the last few years. Decent spot for a quick bite

I moved to Collingwood a month ago. One night I really needed something to eat as I had no groceries. It was late at night and this was the only pizza place opened. I ordered from them. The service was excellent. They very patiently took my order and delivered it on time. The pizza was hot and fresh and exactly to my liking. I’ll be definitely ordering from them again. They’re very sweet and have excellent customer service skills. Best pizza place in Collingwood!

None of the Cookers or servers had on gloves as they touch wings and pizzas then come touch cashier register screen. Unfortunately for us this was the only place open late night. We left few times after witness the no gloves came back as everywhere around the area was close. The pizza was fine.

I asked for a bbq drizzle on my pizza and they dumped a bottle of bbq on it. Whoever did it tonight between 10: 45 and 11: 15… please learn how to do a drizzle properly!

We ordered a chicken and ham with pepperoni Italian sausage. They also a garlic dip. The service was fast. They were delicious. Two medium pizza for 4 people.

Burnt both pizzas ordered, pizza looked bad, tasted bad, and found multiple hairs in it. Would not recommend.

Called to place a order for pick up and they don't know where they are located.what a joke, go woke go broke. A pathetic company go to mountain shores pizza for an excellent pizza made with pride and they pick up the phone when you call.

Pizza pizza is a consistent pizza store that is open at hours no other pizza store dares to go. Challenge your self today with this amazing company that dares to stay open past 2 and delivers. The pizza itself is not my favorite but hey its usually open

Dining room doesn't appear to be cleaned regularly! Each time I've go in recently there's no fresh slices available and no selection of slices! I will not be returning anytime soon!

My family ordered 2 orders of 20 wings and waited or the app to tell us when the order was ready for pick up. When i entered the store the cashier showed me my order which was only 1 order of 20 wings. She realized the mistake and ask if i would wait for the other order of 20 wings. I did and got my wings for free because it was past the time when it should of been ready.

Nice and clean place with easy access.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The best part is their prices are the same as Mississauga so didn't pay the premium of a tourist place. Next time you don't need to pack your food when coming from other cities.

Amazing service. They are delivering quality services. Onetime I dropped my pizza at the front and then inside staff called me and remade that pizza for me. I really appreciate this kindness.

I went in the store to get a slice of pizza and there were 3 or 4 flies on the slices and flying around within the glass enclosure. Needless to say I left and will not be going back.

The staff didn't enforce mask wearing by customers. Customers that dined in were making other customers very uncomfortable. Pictures have been pasted all over Facebook due to this experience

Who ever answers the Phone does not know how to take a order or know what you are saying without repeating yourself four or five times. Pizza is always wrong and cold. It used to be the best place in town but it has been a real disappointment. I dont know if they changed management but the service SUCKS.

Ordered a panzerotti and it was undercooked and had a hair in it. I was refused a refund because I couldn't show him the hair, even though I showed him how the dough could be spread like paste through my fingers.

I like pizza's from here and penzaroti are also delicious the fried one's. Delivery guy's are great also

This outlet should have Halal favours too and many people visit Blue Mountain and assume that this Pizza Pizza will have Halal flavours like most in GTA. We were told the usual message on your helpline that we don't have that information and for Halal you need to visit the outlet so we visited and ended up having nothing for dinner: - (

Terrible like litterly 20 mistakes slow service food cold when corporate fired owners it just got bad like really bad

Drove around the building and some guy was outside vaping with his gloves on.
I get inside the store and the same guy had ran back inside and is making pizza with the same pair of gloves still on.

All the staff members were extremely busy and very friendly dealing with a whole lot of hungry tourists: D Great service!

It's a rarity if you're not over charged and they will and do take advantage. It's actually pretty embarrassing at this point when you're on your zillionth order. I want to be somewhere else and somebody else that lives here wants to be here. Always happier else where as the math makes sense and paying more in the end

Went in during the night shift, workers were rude and ignored my father as he tried to ask questions about the availability of different pizzas. Workers looked absolutely miserable and the one serving us had a disgusted look on his face when two Indian people walked into the restaurant.
The pizza also tasted like it sat out all day.
Disgusting pizza and people working there, will not visit again.

We told the guy that were here for a pick up and he said that its for 20 mins and if it qerent for a girl asking us why we were there we wouldnt have gotten our order. The guy talked back by saying we didnt and said hes not psychic when we asked for our order. We did not know were supposed to give our number to them cause we're not psychic either. The guy is very unproffesional and rude but thanks to the lady for being nice.

Terrible experience and not the first time. I ordered my pizza and waited at counter. Instead of telling me it was done they left me waiting till i finally spoke up and then i find out it had been done and cooling off on counter for 20 min. Both pizzas eere cold. Both pizzas were wrong when i complained it was too bad so sad no refund. Called customer service to recieve same kind of attitude although he did finally replace it. Don't eat here go elsewhere.

A few days ago I order pizza, wings and suppose to be 3 free coke and 25% off the wings I got to the end of the order and the free cokes and the 25% discount was not on the order I called pizza pizza and they said they would have to get the store to call me because the order is sent in and they will calculate it for u. The store called me about 10 mins later and he said oh we can't do that I will have to put u back to customer service I talked to them again and they said yep the store has to deal with it.the manager said we can't so I cancelled my order after over 30mins dealing with it. I have noticed in the past 8 months the collingwood location has been very unorganized and I have had the wrong order like no thin crust or over cooked and now this well I'm done with this location.

Horrible experience. Ordered delivery, and although service was fast, the food was horrible.
Wings were soft and pink on the inside.
Pizza was completely black on the bottom, it was so hard it was impossible to bite.
Our order was wrong as well.
Had to call head office twice to recieve a full refund.

Delivery guy came and did not even return the full amount.

Friendly staff and always good pizza. They should offer slices later in the evening well past 9 though as I sat there and waited for my order I saw a lot of people come in and turn around and leave because they didn't have slices. For business modeling money lost

NEVER order from this place. We ordered 2 pizzas 1 pepperoni and cheese and the 2nd was pepperoni, hot peppers, onions and green olives. Both pizzas came pepperoni. When we called back we we on the phone for over a half an hour and we were told that’s what we ordered and if we wanted to hear the recording back we would have to “subpoena” them. I find this hilarious as right in the message when you order the have customer satisfaction guaranteed.
