Says it closes at 2am. Made a pickup order, it went through so when I got there the location was closed. Disappointed.

Haven’t had gluten free crust in months. Super inconvenient as this is the closest pizza pizza to me.

Nov 23 2022 9pm had a rude pizza delivery guy.

I was holding the card machine and the door, and he started handing me the food - 2 boxes of XL pizza and extra stuff. I couldn't hold them all at the same time, but he rushed and pushed them to me.

I tipped him $4, and I live only 4 mins away from them, but the delivery guy's facial expression changed as soon as he saw the receipt, and left without another look or saying anything even though I was very friendly to him. He looked angry, and it really scared me.

Worst pizza pizza I’ve ever been too. Pay for food and ask to use the bathroom.this I what I see…. This has to be against every food regulation/ sanitization regulation there is! When I asked the worker if there was a bathroom I was given the worst attitude. I will be calling the health board to let them know that the restaurant is not following sanitization guidelines.

Ordered a large pizza with green peppers, extra cheese and mushrooms.got home and it was pepperoni pizza. The gluten free pizza was burnt. Terrible! Issues every time we go to the Thornhill location, so we haven't been there in 2 years but decided to give it another try.never again!

The condition of this place worries me. Tables were dirty and floors were dirty. No one comes around often to give tables a wipe down. Top level of pizza slices was empty for over an hour.no veggie options available.it wasnt busy so not sure why they couldn't put fresh pizza in the display. My pizza slice a bit burnt at the top and was so thick and was hardly warmed.came to me cold. The fries are awful.those skinny mccain fries that get hard and gross so fast. They don't let any customers use the washrooms. Floors are dusty and full of crumbs which tells me no one sweeps this place as often as they should. Garbage is always full and flies around. All these cardboard boxes in the garbage.why doesnt a big chain like this have recycling for them? Automatic door opener has been broken for a long time making it difficult for people with strollers and wheelchairs to enter. I will update this review in 24 hours if I end up getting food poisoning here.

Excellent services and well cooked pizza. Pesto pizza is the best. Highly recommended place. Variety of choices in soda. Overall good pizza place.

Come here for lunch shout out to the main guy my dawg! Barbecue chicken pizza is fire. Pulls through when you have munchies at 1 am and it’s the only place open on Clark Avenue. Otherwise too much dough, too much sauce.

Bad experience in this store. Washroom is locked and the worker said they did not have keys. It is hard for customers who want to dine in with clean hands. They also offer mini size drinks comparing to other pizza pizza store. The floor and tables are not clean, garbage bin is full. Looks we are eating in a pile of garbage. Will never come back. So disappointed.

Terrible pizza pizza, I lived all over the city and tried over 10+ pizza pizza locations and this is definitely the worst one. They can never get my order right (pay premium for bacon strips and they put bacon crumble, or get roasted red peppers and they put banana peppers), the dough is always wet on the bottom, cheap out on toppings (get like 3 small slices of bacon on a whole pizza, basically making it a cheese pizza). Tried it 3 times here since I live close and every time the pizza was thrown into the trash after trying one slice.learned my lesson.never again.

3 orders in a row all wrong. Tonight ordered donair topping and instead they put donair sauce, no meat. When we called to replace it, waited another 30 minutes only to find out they don't have donair and never had it in the first place. We agree to substitute with bacon. So now over an hour passed and we did not get our order yet.

I bought this pizza last weekend. Paid $18.99 for medium size of Mediterranean. There is no feta cheese and not that much toppings.

The most skimped and disgusting pizza. Bread is uncooked. Toppings are few. Cheese is barely covering the pizza. After the change of owners, this place just became bad.

Recently we have been ordering pizza at another location. At Steele's Ave 800, the next closest location. Pizza is back to good. Just avoid this place like the plague. The pizza makes you sick.

Look at the little amount of Italian ham in the pizza. Price gone up, quantity gone down. I will not come back.

Unfortunately this is the only pizza pizza that delivers to my house. They make the worst pizza I have ever had, they skimp out on toppings and cheese.
If you don't believe me try the pizza pizza's on Steeles Ave 800 or Steeles Ave 180 and compare them. You'll never want to order from this location again!

Honesty pizza tastes like cardboard.like do they learn to make their pizza from 5 minute crafts? Ok it is pretty cheap, but stil.just get nina diversa instead.

I find the Pizza Pizza experience to be good, no matter where I go. First time to this location. Clean, stocked with slices and the service was great.

I recently visited this location as i ordered an extra large pizza for pickup. There was a guy with spectacles working during the night shift who had such a rude attitude towards us because we asked him to add seasonings later on while we were paying for the pizza. I thought the seasoning must be there i can do it myself but he said he’ll do it for us. He actually took the pizza to the back and came back with this shown below. Other pizza places they actually do it in front of you so that they can sprinkle according to your choice. Moreover later on he just gave us pizza, went back and hide himself somewhere. I called him out and said bro did you do my pizza? He replied he’s going to entertain us after completing all his orders. I am so disappointed by receiving this kind of service. Earlier people who worked at this location during night were actually nice and even made me pizza during the last 30 minutes before closing. I would request the manager to look into this matter. We ordered a keto crust pizza.waited for over an hour for our pick up time. When I walked in to pick up my order they told me it'll take a couple more minutes. When I came back in 5 I was told they dont have the keto crust and offered cauliflower instead.and they just started making it.and I was asked to wait another 10 minutes. No call. No e-mail. Nothing.

We decided to give this place one more try to see whether their standards have improved from a year ago. Unfortunately even worse than before. We ordered a medium pizza and it had like six pieces of zucchini. Wish I had taken a pic of it.

I really like this place and go here twice a week, the only problem is that the service isn't the fastest, I come here from my school that's a 20 - 30 minute walk and I only have 10 minutes to order and usually I have to run back to make it to school

Used to be okay but now it's awful. The taste is just disgusting. It tastes artificial. Thr cheese, the pepperoni, and the sauce.

This location never put enough sauce on the pizza so it looks cheesy even when I asked to make sure to put enough sauce. Seems like I was talking to the walls

The employees are terribly rude and the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. I will never eat here again and I suggest you don’t bother with this location either.

It's a decent place because they have the walk-in special. I find this location to be rather dirty on run by employees who don't really seem to care about the cleanliness. There are other location that are much cleaner than this one.

I've been eating my pizza at this location for a long time now and I have one one to say: "DELICIOUS"! The place looks pretty clean and the staff are very friendly. Service is super fast, almost no waiting on site. Food is always fresh. A must if your craving for a pizza!

The physical environment is almost as terrible as the service (aka the rude, disrespectful, ill-mannered, and untrained in customer service people that they call staff). Pathetic.

Pizza Pizza has many many locations throughout the city and you can always find the product to be fresh hot and delicious I definitely like the choices of cross I like the multigrain whole wheat crust which is my preference and they have very good toppings customer service is always quick and they've everything that you need in a pizza location they deliver but I usually go there and pick it up so overall I would recommend it very good quality.

They use to accept raptors win a slice by purchasing one and get one free day after winning of scoring 100 plus points before but now this place is so bad service. The lady refuses and says I have to order it online now or spent 10$ or more. When I went to the other location near Freshco at Steele’s they accept my coupon code scan. I am never coming back here again. Also the pizza is dried and burnt.

Good food, and location, but regular pizza is never stocked up. NEVER you'll always have to wait for pepperoni pizza?

I always buy my pizza elsewhere and purchase creamy garlic dip here. They are always stocked with the creamy garlic dip that I never have to purchase another type.

We were group of 8 ppl got 3 XL pizza, pizzas were cooked really good asked for extra cheese and we were satisfied, and were generous on topings as well as compare to other pizzaria ive had in past.will def.come back.

Consistently under-sauce and sparse use of toppings as they try to save money. Go elsewhere. Corporate should audit this place.

The panzo was lacking toppings hard. Had like 6 pepperoni slices in something that costs the same amount as a medium pizza

The quality of the pizza here USED to be excellent. Lots of toppings and fresh ingredients. A couple of years ago the place had been taken over by new owners. The quality of the pizza is terrible. The crust is thick and doughy, and there are very few pieces of topping on the pizza. Really sad because this was our go to place for pizza.

The pizza is all right, I personally prefer other restaurant chains. Other than pizza they also have a large variety of other snack foods like potato wedges and garlic bread sticks which are very good. The service here is as expected and so is the cleanliness of the restaurant.
