Updated. Place has new management since my last review and is now exactly what you normally expect from pizza pizza.

Pizza here is extremely taste disgusting. And the atmosphere is like so disgusting not even the kitchen clean and talking sense of the lady standing is bad she talk with so much attitude and asked to review the store so she can give free topping on pizza. Lastly the the pizza was so overcooked it taste like burnt.

Slow (I ordered 1 sandwich and it took 15 mins) and the guy making my sandwich wasn't wearing gloves

Poutine stinked. Had blue in the cheese which was still left undetermined what it was by the staff even after asking about it. Tried to make it up by making new one which was okay. Overall go somewhere else

They only have one oven… Food takes forever. Also, all Pizza Pizzas are tolerable at best. Go somewhere else. Not yummy.

Best Pizza Pizza in the city. For quality of food at least. The inside is a little rough. The sign fell off the front and is inside the restaurant. But the pizza is soooooo good!

I would give less than one star if I could. Customer service is horrible, they don’t care about their customers. I’ve been trying to connect to costumer service for over 30 mins now and they do not care nor appreciate the people who buy from their business. Pizza tasted like it was cooked in a microwave. Ingredients were poor quality, order was wrong, and box was crushed when it arrived.

I ordered a veggie pizza and I know how it tastes as I am a very big fan of pizza it was just to the point and the staff was friendly and met 110% to my expectations? I would love to visit again and suggest my friends too!

I had a worst food experience from this pizza-pizza in my life. Tonight around 11 I went there for pizza. And I ordered 2 pizza’s 1with veg nd other 1 non-veg toppings for takeout…. First the male employee over there was very rude coz i took only 1 min to final the toppings with my family. He said do it fast guys rather we are the only customers over there.but I didn’t took it personal. After reached home, when I had my slice it taste very bad. Same with the other pizza even me my family we didn’t had the 2nd bite. I felt very bad coz I brought my family there. Seriously I strictly suggested nobody to have the pizza from this pizza-pizza coz you’ll embrace yourself in front of others.

Just ordered a Pizza and gluton-free chicken bites trough Ubereats. The chiken bites were burned totally, and doesnt taste well. So dissapointed, I expected them much more quality. The Pizza on the other hand was good though.

They even locked the washroom and I had to ask the employee to open for me. Looked like I had to order pizza with washroom add on

Was just in here with a friend that i meet with weekly. We ordered our own pizzas and it was very good. I haven't had had much pizza since this whole covid thing started. I got a large 3 topping with 3 pop and came within 1 small slice of finishing it myself.next time. I'm not sure about the staffing comments in other reviews, the guy who took our orders was friendly and said something as we left. We were there in the early evening. Anyways, we'll be back.

The owner of this business brushed me off when I tried to tell him that one of his employees took my personal contact information from an online pick-up order, and used it to text me. This employee also gave out my government name to a friend of his and sent him to my work to apply with my name as reference. I never gave this person permission to use my personal contact information, and the owner blamed me for giving out my number, rather than ensuring the privacy of their customers. Absolutely disgusting. An embarrassment for the business.

I'm not a fan of slices for the most part but when I get a pie made here it's ALWAYS a treat.

I tried to buy a pizza and they were like "Sir, this is a Pizza Pizza. You gotta get two. "
I only wanted one because I'm just a little guy, but they were having none of it. Anyway, long story short, the two chicken wings I had were great!

Worst restaurant I have ever ordered from they didn't bring us the correct order then when they lied and claimed they had. Uncooked food family member got sick from the food. I highly recommend no one ever order from this location.

Pizza pizza doesn't honor their time guarantee at all I've order numerous times and they cut it close or right on time, no complaints paid for it no problem but when they're late even by a minute and it should be free and you call them because you prepaid online they just state the driver said he was there on time and that it won't be free. Don't care about the money the principal is if you offer 40 mins or it's free stick to it. Lesson learned don't trust them and don't prepay for food deliveries

Unprofessional staff. Kind of ruining your day with their service. Even the restaurant was not in clean condition. Not allowing the customers using their precious washroom.

Customer service is terrible employee working night time is so rude and unproffesional they dont follow instruction their is guy working night time is such a rude and worst employee not following covid instructions touch food without washing his hand.

Tampered pizza, promised a new pizza which wasnt delivered. Store then lied and said the other pizza was delivered. Won’t go back to this location. What’s the point of a tamper proof seal when it has been broken before deliver?

The keto pizza was amazing but the delivery person was very rude and for some reason he refused to leave the pizza outside of my door, he insisted I grab it from him, I had already paid for the pizza and all he had to do was leave it near the door for contactless delivery and he was angry and mumbled things under his breath as he walked away, I was polite to him so this was odd. Be careful about the delivery

Ordered for pickup on Saturday Night, Went there after long time the place brought lot memories back as I used to go there with my friends before corona such a great place to have dinner and spend some quality time with friends overall good service and really delicious pizzas!

The pizza was great as always but the cook on Saturday night was very kind and interactive. Also made last minutes modifications to my pizza, which other stores don’t do!

I went there today in afternoon the service was very awesome a young guy treated me very nicely and helped me making my own pizza in some indian style and the pizza was really delicious. Had tried at different locations but this pizza pizza was the best in quality and cleanliness. Love it would surely recommend ️

Never going to suggest this place to anyone. They are not listening the instructions of customer. Staff are so rude. Worst experience ever. Please don't go there if you want good pizza.

Had a small chesse pizza it was burnt so i called to customer care they did it well and make me replace it and when i get their back to pick my pizza owner was arguing with me that pizza was alright i said him that i can get the old pizza back but you guys don't take it back so is that my fault? Learn how to cook pizza and learn how to behave with a customer

Good food, decent prices, quick service, and despite being in the middle of downtown, the bathrooms are usually pretty clean when I have used them.

Went for lunch and got a calzone, public bathrooms were bolted shut so that was inconvenient. The food was pretty cheap but a can of coke is like 2.50$. Over all convenient location, pretty clean inside but hectic atmosphere and the food is a bit meh but reasonably priced.

23d of October me and my daughter were terribly poisoned by Pepperoni Pizza. That were awful two days in our life. I totally DO NOT recommend this place. Be careful!

Spent over $5 for a small square slice of pepperoni pizza and a bottle of water. I wasn't impressed because even after putting the slice in the oven it came out hard and crunchy, to me it seemed like the pizza has been sitting under that heat lamp for a day or more. I wouldn't recommend the slices but the ready made pizzas are decent.

This is a very conveniently located Pizza Pizza restaurant with friendly and polite staff members, excellent variety of pre-prepared pizza slices (including vegetarian options) and a very clean dining area. I visited this location during Kitchener Blues Fest and was surprised at how well the staff members handled the large volume of customers coming in and out of the store.

Always disappointed with this location's food quality. They had two panzarottis, one looked really small so I asked for the big one. The guy working gave me the small one, didn't heat it hardly at all, and cut it in half so it was a mess to eat. I ordered two panzarottis once, one dairy free. They came undercooked, small and the dairy free one wasn't labeled (at least they weren't cut in half this time). Last time I give this location a chance, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

I asked to use the washroom and the Mario looking mf India guy ignored me for 30min until some other guy came in and he let them in when they asked and I said really and he still didn't respond very rude people

The guy on the front was very rude with us. He didn't even know how to behave with their regular customer. Worst customer service ever i have experienced. Not willing to visit this place again.

Employees are more concerned about being on their phones and talking to each other instead of cleaning the table or salle or taking my order.besides the bad service and lack of cleanliness the employee taking my order delibertly stared at my chest infront of my boyfriend.real Nice place.never going back

The tables were dirty & crumby, garbages overflowing, the floor was pretty gross.and I REFUSED to use their washrooms (needed to change my toddlers diaper. No way in HELL was I setting him in that mess to change him)

Thank GOD for baby wipes, lol. I had to wipe down the table we were eating at, AND the baby chair I set my child into.

On the plus side, the pizza was actually pretty good. But judging by the state of the restaurant- I probably shouldn't have eaten there.

Pizza was phenomenal at a good price. The service was friendly but the chef has some difficulty with English. It's one of the best places to eat late downtown but there are better dining experiences available earlier in the day.

Employee doesn't seems to communicate properly asked for well done pizza but provides a burnt pizza and after requesting to change the pizza because it was tasting bitter coz of burnt base and on top of that arguing and not co-operating to replace.after asking many times he finally agreed to do so, not satisfied with such pizza pizza experience waste of time and money.

Pizza Pizza is one of the best places. The one in Doon is awesome. Awesome people, amazing service. Went to this location. I was working. Had my truck far away, it's downtown. I had $4.55 and asked for a slice of veggie pizza. It came to 4.69. I was denied by a very ignorant worker. It was ridiculous. Hahahaha.
