Wow that was BAD.
If you like pizza and actually enjoy real food and don’t live off of KD, DON’T EAT HERE!
The pizza is like something from a school cafeteria. It was ready in under 15 min because it’s a ready made “crust” processed flat bread thing. It was like something I recall seeing put in the microwave oven at a hockey rink snack bar as a child. Terrible. Just don’t do it. The pizza is the size of your hand, and tastes like a sad lunch room meal. Just stay home, don’t order out and make yourself some KD instead.
Shocked that there is actually more than 1 location in Toronto, what is going in this place? All the other 5 star reviews cannot be real.

Hmmm. I used to eat here a lot. But today’s pizza wasn’t good enough. I hope their taste come back.

We stopped in here late night after the club. Despite the fact that they were extremely busy, they made our pizza quickly and it was delicious! Staff was extremely friendly and the pizza was excellent! I highly recommend stopping in and giving it a try if you’re in the area! You won’t be disappointed

Not sure how the pizza's taste here. Heard alot of good reviews about pizza but anyways will avoid ordering from this place in future and would not recommend my friends if they're looking for good food + good service because the service doesn't seem to be satisfactory. Ordered through Uber and accidently ordered 2 same pizzas. Called right after a minute to ask if they could change 1 pizza with a different one with a same price range and they said it's already gone in the oven. This seemed to be unrealistic totally. How could someone accept a order and prepare a fresh pizza, add toppings and put it in a oven in mere 30 seconds? He knew that even I knew he was lying and hung up. Would rate very poor for customer service.

Order was placed on Friday, September 1st. I was delivered a wrong pizza. I also ordered a brownie, which they claimed to be an in-house product, and I ended up getting a $2 product that’s available at convenience stores! I was charged 2x of what I ideally should have charged.

I called the restaurant and complained - this was around 8.30pm. I unfortunately do not know the name of the person who was working during that shift, however, upon calling them, they were extremely rude and said “don’t ask me I don’t own the restaurant”. They took absolutely no responsibility of their mistake. They seemed to be knowing nothing about the issue, hard to believe so though, I called up twice and they hung up the phone yet again!

Whoever owns Pizza Studio/this franchise - listen, if you’re really trying to run a restaurant in an area within the likes of downtown Toronto, please train your staff how to behave with customers and ask them to maintain some standards. Do try to teach them some professionalism!

Randomly walked in to pick up a pizza and got fast friendly service. Lots of options for toppings and prepared in front of you.

Do NOT order from this place. Gave them a chance to try something new and ordered the buffalo chicken pizza because of a deal. Pizza arrived colder than the heart of whoever made it and the pizza itself looked like someone sneezed the ingredients onto it. Just a mess.

Such a Nice pizza as well as service by your staff Udit was very good

I have ordered delivery several times via Uber eats. Haven’t been disappointed so far. Pretty good pizzas. Definitely try the rosemary herb crust with garlic alfredo sauce. Butter chicken pizza is also great!

I dont think this place is very good at all. Im glad i only spent $9 on a pepperoni pizza however the amount of pepperonis we literally 1-2/slice of pizza. There was a total of 6 small slices of pizza. I wouldnt come back. You’re better off getting a pizza from loblaws or anywhere else.

The worst pizza ever! Ordered backyard bbq pizza from uber eats and this is probably the worst pizza i’ve ever had.the pizza came with literally no topping other than the sauce on the base, cheese and the worst tasting sauce drizzled on top of it, on a base of stale bread.it’s so bad that i had to toss it in the bin and i literally never waste food.save your money and do not eat from here

What a deception. Ordered and called them, they could not locate my order. Went there to get a plain pizza with mozzarella which I added the ingredients by myself at “make your own”. My 2 little daughters left it after one bite due to high load on pepper. Maybe is it added at the dough? Wings were said to have sauce on side, it came on top…. Saved the night with a cup of milk to the girls after a day driving to Toronto. Please guys make things clearer at the menu, and follow it!

The pizza was very small and they charged me 20$ for it. Very little ingredients, seriously cold pizza and unsatisfied with whole experience. Would never order again.

When they first opened, quality of the food was very high and really good. Now sadly after about a year of being open, standards have dropped.

Specifically from my experience;
Margarita pizza - not tasty, cheese tasted artificial, dough was slightly undercooked.

Chicken wings - obviously frozen, aftertaste of freezer/fridge, not fresh.

Please raise the prices to allow for higher standards and fresher ingredients or find alternative solutions. You guys were sooooo good when you first opened!

I got scammed with them through uber eat.ordered by mistake the non-vegan pizza and canceled within seconds and re-ordered the right pizza. I got charged twice stating that "they already started my order" which was was a lie. It was less than 3 seconds error and I got charged $ 41 extra. They eventually delievered one pizza but charged me twice already. Very dissapointing.

I tried to re think 4 or 5 stars. The pizza is quite tasty. I ordered from Uber. Though it takes time to be delivered and I expected to double my order as it was buy 1 take 1. The online promo is a bit confusing. Though I didn't get the right quantity delivered and talked and complained to them over the phone. I'm glad the manager agreed for me to pick up the rest of the items. Place is clean. My order is ready as soon as I walked in.

I’m gonna give this place some slack since I ordered through Uber eats but I wasn’t a fan of my order. Had the vegan mushroom pizza and it was pretty small (10”) and thin crust. For the price you think you’d get more food so I assumed the quality would carry the meal. Let me just say it was underwhelming, not much of a flavour outside of a somewhat pizza-esque taste.

I’ll have to try it in restaurant before I make a final review but imo I’d rather get pizza pizza as it’s price, quality, and quantity is far superior.
