Choose another place if you actually want to have dinner! Ridiculous excuse for a pizza shop!

After being an hour late on an advance order we called and had the pathetic excuse for a manager named JACKIE hang up on us with no explanation or recompense for ruining our dinner plans!

Way too long a wait for subpar pizza - we got our dinner elsewhere.

Won't be ordering here ever again and will be sure to let others know to not waste their time!

We have all had conversations with many people about the best pizza place in town. The “arguments” ensue with opinions and preferences. I love to hear a week or so later that somebody that you recommended a place to has given it a try and it instantly becomes their new #1! Quite a few years back I was one of those people. I have even picked up pizzas from here before a long road trip to the cottage after finding a portable 12V car oven/food warmer that can fit a few medium pizzas.
I don’t normally leave reviews but when I do it’s from the heart or should I say stomach.

Take the 1 star ratings in stride. Every business has their challenges from time to time. It makes them better!

I have ordered from pizza tonite many times. The wings have been a favourite for our family. Today’s order has taken over two hours to receive and has yet to show up. When I called the person who answered the phone told me it is taking one hour then the manager told me that orders are taking one hour to hour and a half. Customers should not be waiting two hours for one pizza and two lbs wings. The fact that the manager and this company did nothing to correct is wrong. I will never order again as a result of this poor customer service. People talk about customer service and how companies rectify when issues arise and that’s what keeps consumers coming back.

I have ordered from pizza tonite for many years but lately their quality has been getting worse and prices going up. When I ordered garlic bread with cheese the photo on their web site shows a sub bun used and has been made that way for years, now they make it with 4 slices of regular bread.absolutely disgusting! You guys have lost another longtime customer, I commented on their page and they just deleted my comment instead of addressing the problem. Cowards! NEVER AGAIN, YOU SUCK!

OMG! Loved it!
Thin crust was absolutely Perfect! Great flavour for the pizza overall. I got a deal on 2 pizzas with 4 toppings, plus a side of wings. They also let me substitute the 2L pop for dipping sauce.
I'll definitely be coming back

Ordered 2 pounds of wings online took an hour an 10 minutes to get it and once it got here it taste like it was sitting the whole time amd was cold. Pretty disappointed this placs used to be good.

As usual the food was great, however this time the delivery driver was not entirely hospitable, if you know what I mean.
I spoke with the fine folks at Pizza Tonite and after communicating with their team I felt like they understood the situation well.
I've been a customer there before and I will be again. 10/10.

I used to be a huge fan of Pizza Tonite for their calzones and chicken wings, and ordered often, weekly almost. Last night, after raving to my mother (a pizza brat) and we ordered 2 deep fried calzones. Both arrived burnt. I called the store and the man who answered the phone was everything but apologetic. He asked me to send him a photo of the food to confirm it’s burnt. I did so, and he became argumentative. He resent the calzones (baked) and they again, arrived burnt. I will not be ordering again based on the lack of professionalism.

Normally orders are good but when I receive the wrong type of wings than I ordered and I call to ask if there's a difference between bbq or medium I don't expect to be argued with by a worker who misheard my order I obviously know what I ordered.

Quick to respond to phone calls and quick to deliver food. The pizza and wings here are amazing. I recommend the 4 cheese pizza from here. Definitely our go to pizza place now - had it a few times and they never disappoint

We ordered pizza & wings for a customer’s Christmas lunch today. Excellent service & awesome food. They even came in early to make it for us. We’ll be back again.

I love the Panzerotti‘s sadly they don’t deliver to the east end anymore. But while I was by them with my nephew we grabbed a pizza and it was awesome! Hit the spot!

Best chicken wings in London! Been ordering from here for years just for the wings. Ordered from them tonight as I had a craving, wings were delivered 25 minutes earlier than anticipated, piping hot with a great delivery man! Good prices and great food, can't go wrong.

A friend introduced me to their panzarotti. It was incredible:)
I prefer pickup over delivery just because between delivery fees and visa surcharge, it isn't worth the cost to have it delivered.

I have ordered from here many times in the past with no issues hence my 2 star rating. But Sunday night the panzerotti was terrible. It was burnt on the outside and cool on the inside.
The delivery driver also almost charged me $137.00; I'm assuming that was an accident.
Will be try somewhere else next time for sure.

Five years ordering here absolutely hands down best pizza and wings in the city with a nice staff never had an issue never had an error in five years and we order every weekend!

Terrible customer service. They hung up on me after I requested my free panzarotti they said they'd put on my file. The manager got on the phone and said "I send you nothing! ", then hung up the phone. Not acceptable behavior for any restaurant!

I had a bad start to my delivery as the driver was very late. After speaking with the owner he went above and beyond and offered to make things right! He showed amazing customer service. The food from Pizza Tonite is the best around. Keep up the great service!

We ordered pizza, panzerotti and wings. Pizza was good but the panzerotti was so greasy and soggy. The wings were ok, nothing special. Really dry to say the least.
Delivery took over an hour when we were told 30-40mins.

This is our regular pizza shop, moved from Chatham and found this taste of home. Family owned and run, fantastic food with deals during the week. Price is Right, service is great and food is fantastic!

Called today to place an order the man I spoke to was screaming at me saying he couldnt hear me when I am in a room alone. Which made the order extremely hard and when I told him my address in London he told me he was not going to drive there told me adelaide street was far and hung up the phone. That in my opinion is horrible customer service. Zero stars.

Thanks to Pizza Tonite for taking care of our Chicken Wing craving. They gave us exactly what we asked for, and even took care of our special request. The wings are large, perfectly cooked, and nicely sauced. Thanks again Pizza Tonite!

The pizza and wings were ok. However when I order 2 lbs of wings I expect a fairly even amount of drums and flats. Out of 16 wings 13 were flats and 3 were drums. When I ordered I chose the delivery option, I also added a 15% tip. When I got to checkout there still was no mention of delivery. After checkout I found that I had been charged $5.50 for delivery + Hst, and then the 15% tip was added on the total - food + Hst, delivery, and delivery tax. Overall a bad experience and a ripoff.

I seriously don't understand why this restaurant doesn't have a 5 star rating! They have the best pizza, wings and fries I've ever had. Their pizzas a loaded with toppings, there's a good balance between the cheese and sauce, and the crust is perfectly crunchy and soft. The wings are big and saucey. They're so good I dream about them at night. The fries are fantastic and are still good the next day. The menu offers a lot of choices and deals, so if you're a student (like I was) then you can get a lot of food for a decent price.

We ordered 3 lbs of amazing wings there allways great.we recieved the wrong flavors only to have the management call us and ask if we wanted our order correctly red well although it was wrong was still very satisfying. But to have the manager call wow unheard of thanks for the customer satisfaction. Dont hesitate to order some crazy reviews on here.but I think this guy is in it to win it thanks to all the staff at pizza tonight for even bieng open during these time tim and family

Amazingly fast service. The girl on the phone was very nice and fast. They said 30 to 45 and it was here in what I felt was about 25 minutes. Everything was hot and both pizza and wings were awesome! Found my new pizza and wing place for sure.

Wings and pizza were on point! Asked for slightly crispy, that's what we received. Pizza was tasty and delivery was fast! Delicious, definitely would recommend & order in the future!

Ordered from these guys a few times. Good food usually, recently though the quality has gone downhill a bit. I'd also recommend picking up food in person, their delivery service is inconsistent at best.

One of my favourites in London and probably the best wings in the city. Their medium sauce tastes amazing and they're very friendly whenever I go in.

Based on the reviews we were hesitant to try Pizza Tonite, but after extremely poor service from the nearby chain pizza place we took the chance. It is now our go to pizza place. The service has been polite, accurate and the food is consistently what we expect. The meal is good value and the delivery drivers are prompt and courteous.

Very unhappy with the order that my grandmother made she asked for a pineapples on it and the wings was spicy and we didn't get what we asked for

Best pizza and wings in London! When I lived in London I use to order from here all the time. I suggest getting bacon strips and pepperoni and pineapple and banana peppers. On the wings I highly suggest getting fire and ice extra sauce!
