Something has changed about this branch.
Today the cauliflower crust didn't taste like it used to be (tasted like regular crust or they have used regular flour to prepare it) and I had a gluten reaction after having it, which never happened in the past, so you gotta train your staff as they could hurt someone if they don't pay attention!
Service was lousy and they were not properly staffed for the weekend.
Not going back to this branch!

I got a large pizza instead of extra large that I ordered and it was a surprise that if you order half with three toppings and the other half with another three they count them as full 6. They also burnt it

The pizza here is the best in town the crunch is just right to the bread and the ingredients are super fresh! Very recommended

Ordered a custom pizza and my goodness what a great tasting pie! Great service, friendly and happy atmosphere. A wide variety of gourmet pizzas to choose from as well. Every bite is worth every penny spent. Going to be my everyday go to pizza place from now on. Keep up the great work guys.

I went to go get a slice of pizza had no slices and refused to let me wait for one the gentleman that was working was very disrespectful the lady was going to let me wait said about 15 mins and the guy came over yelling saying for me to just order the one old olive pizza slice they had

Our go to pizza spot. Little on the expensive side but you get good flavor and quick delivery and pick up. We have never been disappointed so far. Staff is very nice.

Had a meeting at office, ordered party pizzas from pizzaiolo. All the pizzas were perfectly baked and the delivery was on time and driver was very polite and brought our food to the door for us. Great service and it goes without saying best tasting pizzas like always pizzaiolo never disappoints!

I always take out pizza from pizzaiolo at trafalger. Service and management is very courteous. All the pizza are gourmet and worth their price

I have had Pizzaiolo from other locations many times, and it is always excellent. I have now ordered from this location 5-6 times to make sure I have given them a fair shot. It is always substandard. Delivery is always late. Last time both pizzas were wrong, and they did not make them right (ordered online) Every topping is always skimped compared to the other locations. This is comparable to a bargain pizza like 241. I guess they are trying to cheat the customer. If there is a head office, they should spot-check this location. They are not living up to expected quality.

Amazing pizza location. I’ve been ordering here for over a year. The pizza quality has definitely improved, as before the pizzas were undercooked and not as fresh. I ordered all sorts of varieties and the toppings are very generous. The delivery always comes on time and the pizza is piping hot. Friends and family always comment this is one of the best pizzas they’ve had for takeout.

The pizza was amazing but what stood out to me was the lovely lady who took my order. She was incredibly friendly and even called me to let me know my pizza was ready! Amazing customer service:)

GREAT pizzas. LOL I go too late of the day for the crazy assortment of pizzas slices! Honey Heat and Toni Pepperoni ones I've tried so far.

I have ordered from this location many times. They offer alternatives for gluten and lactose, which is why I kept ordering.
I will never order here again. ~50% of the time we order, we encounter a problem. Either the pizza is significantly late (30+ mins), they run out of LF cheese and tell us well after we order, give us the wrong order or completely lose the order (not sure how that is possible with online orders). A complete service disaster. Onto Dominos!

Don't bother with pizzaiolo in Oakville. Pizzas were not made as ordered and undercooked. Will never buy pizza here again. They offered no regret for their error. Over priced garage!

Used to be good quality, would rather spend the money and get double the amount from pizza pizza now.

Pizza tastes better than any pizza chain we have had. Garlic bread was the best quality I have ever had. Staff is nice and friendly. Just access is little complicated for the first timers. Its our new goto pizza place.
Dining is just not better option but we did takeout.

Parking lot has plenty parking spaces.
Benches placed outside to enjoy pizza.

I tried Pizzaiolo couple of years ago and now it's one of my favorite pizza takeout place. Super fresh and tasty pizzas. Food is definitely worth the price. See you guys soon.

Clyde S. You should read the menu more clearly. If there's something that comes on the pizza you should ask for it with out. Sorry couldn't let that one go, great pizza and great staff, cheers
