The pizza at this restaurant exceeded expectations! Each slice was a perfect balance of crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and generous toppings. The quality ingredients really shone through. Highly recommend!

They called a pepperoni gourmet and charge 5.60!
Only one slice on each pan displayed. And cheese and meat shouldnt be left out in the open due to bacteria growth without a warmer.
Vegetables. Dont look cooked either.

This place tried to gaslight me into thinking one of the ingredients was what I ordered. Tried to blame it on Pizzaiolo headquarters for shipping new product, essentially deflecting blame when all I wanted was to return the pizza and get a new one.
They insisted the ingredient was what we ordered, we ate it and had a bad reaction the next day.
I won't lie, they made great pizzas before but I'll gladly order from the location further south on Yonge to avoid any further issues. I like Pizzaiolo!

Probably my favourite Pizzaiolo location in Toronto; they're the only ones that don't skimp out on the toppings, the dough is always cooked to perfection and the staff is extremely kind and hard working! If you're not buying your pizza exclusively from them you're doing it wrong

The pizza was tasty, the crust was nice and had a good amount of cheese and the sauce wasn’t spicy. Pizzaiolo had a washroom and had good service.

First, pizza came late. Dinner time service, so somewhat understandable.

When I opened the box, I noticed the pizza was not cut properly and all the slices were still sticking to each other. Also, so many empty spots on pizza which shows that they did not put enough cheese. Is cheese no longer basic topping in this economy? ! Ridiculous.

Cold undercooked pizza, bad service, when called about the cold pizza, staff is like, "so what? "

Have had same pizza from another location and they made it much better.

Very dissatisfied with my order that clearly did not include much cheese or any tomato sauce, I would never recommend, they tell me it is impossible so clear in the photo

I got a potato pizza called Fredo yesterday for pick up. The potatoes were completely raw and the pizza tasted really bad. I am disappointed because the potato was like the only topping on the pizza and it was not cooked: (Waste of my money

Probably one of the better chain Pizza companies in Toronto I was fairly impressed. Just went with a plain Pepperoni on our first try and it was pretty amazing to say the least. Can’t wait to order again one day and try some of their other specialty pizzas because it seems they have some really nice options to choose from

Ordered a veg pizza, but got non veg instead.
When called and confirmed they denied right away.
Bad customer service.
I just lost 18 bucks but they lost a customer for lifetime.

Ordered Extra Cheese Pizza that came out almost without cheese took it back to complain and they simply insisted that what I have is extra cheese when you hardly see the cheese with your naked eye - will never go back again

Service was good - fast, convenient, pizzas ready within 20 minutes. They were hot and overallz tasted good. I do think they lacked sauce. Extra sauce comes with an additional cost. I wish their "normal" amount of sauce actually meant that there was sauce there to begin with.

This was an odd experience. Always been happy with Pizzaiolo quality of pizza, but it's been a few years since we came to this location. Things are not the same.

Saturday evening we had ordered and paid in advance online, and I came to pick up the pizzas at the indicated time. Behind the counter things were a bit chaotic to say the least. There were six people loudly arguing with each other, running in and out of the kitchen, where the argument got even louder. Masks were on and off while pizza boxes were opened, closed and rearranged. It seemed like there was serious confusion about who was doing what, and about what pizza should be matched up to what order

Me and several others were patiently waiting while the scene unfolded. What looked like a lady doing deliveries went behind the counter - again without a mask - while the arguing continued.

About 20 minutes after the indicated pick up time I eventually walked out of there with my pizzas. The taste was not what we remembered. Quality of ingredients is on par with Pizza Pizza and Pizza Nova. Always remembered Pizzaiolo as a cut above, but that's clearly no longer the case - at least not at this location. Will not be back.

Very bad customer service I had to wait more than 45 mins to pickup my order, at the time of order he said 15 to 20 mins it would be ready and I wasn't alone all the customers were frustrated too, 3 people were working Friday night but there out put was very poor and slow.will never go there again.

Horrible customer service! I ordered delivery here many times during the pandemic mainly on a weekday. I tried to order pizza for delivery a few nights ahoy but they said we can’t come to you address because we are too busy. I felt like they only want my business when they are not busy.

I don’t know why this cheese is watery, I’m not even sure whether this is fully cooked……
now I’m worried about myself coz I don’t wanna get sick: (

First and last time I will ever order from here, waited almost 2 hrs for my pizza and it came cold, not to mention when I called over an hour later I was told my pizza will be leaving in 4 minutes over 20 minutes later still no pizza, when I call back they tell me I'm out of area so look up one by me and they are delivering. Basically doesn't make no sense then I finally get a pizza delivery and it's cold. Very unorganized and horrible service

Awesome customer service, went in to grab garlic dip and felt so very welcomed and had walked out with a smile on my face highly recommend this place.

Did pick up. Got two pizzas (the same) but only one was finished. Waited another 10 minutes for the other. Came home and opened them. One was hot and fresh but salty, the other was cold but okay. Not a good impression.

UPDATE: Sent back an email explaining the situation, and got no reply. I am lowering to a 1 star because I wasted my time providing feedback, and did not even get an acknowledgement.

I love Pizzaola but this location has given me issues a number of times. The latest delivery will be my last. The pizza took a long time to be delivered and I received it cold. The driver told me I should warm it up. Not my idea of a easy dinner when I have to wait long and then warm it up. The manager I spoke to didn’t seem to care when I spoke to her.

Looooooveeee their pizza! Its so hard finding vegan and vegetarian pizzas but they have so many options!
I tried the cauliflower dough recently and it’s heavenly.
I would suggest the biana or vittoria for first timers and gianna ola for meat lovers. They also have a potato pizza called fredo thats amazing.

The service was friendly and efficient as always. Love this location. Also they have a new patio thats perfect for patio season.

Recently tried this place for the first time after seeing some ads and saw they had Vegetarian pizzas. Gave it a try and was quite impressed with the Bianca Pizza I bought. Marinated Artichoke, Marinated Zucchini, Feta Cheese, Parmigiano Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Amazing flavor and taste! Give this place a try.

Placed order. Never received order. Asked for a refund. Did not refund. Had to dispute with Credit Card company. Spend a few hundred a month with them. Will never order from them again. Tried to rip me off.

Nana helped resolve an issue with my order very quickly and was super friendly!

First time ordering this place and I have never seen a pizza like this. The dough was too thick overall, and about half of the pizza slice was a crust, not toppings. It was like if you have two bites of the slice, there was no sauce, toppings, cheese, except for the crust. But, the dough was very soft and chewy.
It was dissapointed.

The staff are great, almost as good as the pizza

I call I was informed that they put light cheese on it

I’m 100% positive they read it back correctly

I even got the Bill

So I of course call

Previous owners would have corrected this or gave me a credit

I was told by the person who answered the phone they could make me a new on

I pondered but the game was on I’ll suffer a first world dilemma lol

After he goes to the manger I’m now not allowed the pizza or the credit lol

Only a merger 10$ off my next order

Good way too keep a established customer base

ITS just not the same!

Ordered a pizza tonight and they gave me a pizza covered in a bottle of grease. Not sure if the lid fell off the olive oil bottle but the pizza was literally dripping oil through the box. Do not recommend

The Pizza itself tasted great. However, I almost ingested a small piece of sharp metal on one of my slices. It scratched the inside of my mouth and at first thought it was a piece of plastic but realized it was metal. I do have the name of the person who made the pizza.

I've notified the establishment of this scary incident so hopefully they'll be more careful moving forward. I was never offered a refund or compensation.

I was better thinking about this place until today. I ordered a pizza and specified that the way I'm going to pay is cash. The delivery guy was quite rude and I got refused to pay cash because he had no change for me. I had no choice but to pay with my debit card so I did. I decided not leave any tips because i was quite confused the way I was approached. When the delivery guy saw the reciept he made it very clear with his face expression that he is not happy with the fact that he didn't get a tip and on his way back he was insulting me saying something bad to my way. Thank you Pizzaiolo for this "quite shocking experience". I had late delivery in the past with this place but i was never thinking that it might be that bad.

The spinotta is the best pizza ever. Also, the staff here is great, always competent and professional.
