Don’t go to any other Pizzaoiolo - this one has it all! The food is always divine, but the service is like no other. We were standing waiting for our food when the owner (I think) grabbed the empty chairs and tables from across the room and brought them over for us.

This is why I’m coming back here again.

We have been loyal customers and order from this store almost weekly. However over the past few months the service level has declined significantly. I believe that ownership has changed and you can tell. Tonight after waiting over 1.5 hours for our delivery it finally arrived, ICE COLD! My wife called to bring this to the attention of the restaurant and was polite letting them know the pizza's were cold. To my shock instead of trying to rectify the situation, whoever answered the phone, I assume the owner, they hung up.

Time to move on from what was once a great place to order. We will no longer be ordering from this place again.

Pizzaiolo you should monitor this store as your brand is going to suffer!

I’m basically a regular at this place because it has the most delicious pizza in my area and the service is impeccable. Excellent management too.

So went in here after like 5 month's. I can tell you quality of pizza has completely dropped off. Got a slice of pepperoni and it definitely was not fully cooked I was so disappointed. There is one guy that I used to see in there who is still there that is always friendly.

This is honestly my favourite pizza! The toppings are top notch quality, and the crust is so wonderful! I've ordered from here many times and the quality has always been amazing! No complaints. Great food and quantity for a fantastic price.

This place is going downhill, they make a different pizza every time and i order the same pizza always…

Absolutely ruined my Friday and never coming back, pizza was raw on top and burnt on the bottom.also, the gas line is leaking outside and we can smell rotten eggs, fix it asap.

Delivery was 30 mins late on-top of waiting 40 mins to be delivered. Pizza arrived cold, manager never called me back. Apparently this is an issue with this location. I do not recommend to order delivery.

First time I have eaten pizza from this place and although it was a walk in special with only two toppings it was delicious and I will definitely buy from here again. It had a nice thin crust and unlike some of the pizza chains it tasted like pizza.would definitely recommend.

They were very un accommodating
They said they couldn’t deliver because it was 1km aka 2 minutes more than their limit

The owner refused to refund or acknowledge extra pizzas on my order due to a website glitch. I showed him a video I took of the bug, he acknowledged the glitch but still refused to do the right thing, even after inviting me to the store to prove myself.

When you order a customized pizza, the glitch adds a pizza to your cart - no warning- and is easy to miss on checkout

Really disappointing outcome from a local Streetsville business. The owner should do better.

Used to be my favorite place to stop during bike rides but I guess they changed staff or owners. The guy at the back greeted me with a judgmental "really? " when he saw my bike. If no bikes inside is a store policy, explaining it politely in words would be reasonable, no? I've brought my bike inside many times in the past and never had an issue until tonight. Obviously didn't get any pizza this time but from the other reviews, it looks like their quality has slipped.

UPDATE 10.13.22 - I returned to Pizzaiolo after a couple of months and am pleased to report the experience was great. I've tried most of the pizza places in town, but keep coming back here because:
a. It's a family run business and Neran and his wife are good people - they will make it right if you aren't happy.b. It really is a great pizza!
c. It's in Streetsville!

The online ordering system run by corporate isn't the greatest and I've had issues with it in the past - make sure you double check your order and every topping to make sure its on the order.

Told us 20 minutes when we came back 30 minutes after he said it still needs another 20 minutes in a rude arrogant tone. If you value your time avoid this branch at all costs!

I ordered a pizza online which did not come correctly (not the first time). I called the store and the manager was unprofessional or helping in the manner. I work in a small retail business and would never speak to someone like that on a bad day.

Ordered a vegan Godmother 'za. Bursting with flavour and toppings. The staff is extremely humble and very welcoming and it reflects in their passion for delivering great food and a wonderful experience. Keep up the solid service, I'll be back!

Used to be great before, what happened? Yesterday around evening time we had some of the worst pizzas ever delivered to us.

- Very very greedy with cheese and toppings
- Soggy dough, pizzas not properly cooked

What happened? Change in ownership?

I loved the pizzas i ordered they were sizzlin hot, the crust was cooked properly even cheese was melted perfectly i loved it too much the staff was amazing my family and I enjoyed a lot.

All honestly I’ve had alot of good pizzas but this is my new favourite place now I would highly recommend this place. Flavour of the pizza is amazing and I would definitely order here again.

Good service i ordered two medium pizzas all veggies were very fresh and even dough was freshly baked loved the taste must try once

Ordered delivery online on a Friday during a busy time, so expected a bit of a wait. Paid delivery fee and 10% tip at time of order.

An hour and twenty minutes later I tried to phone and see what’s up - no answer. I went to the store, waited in line and asked for my order. It was ready, sitting there. I was told it had only just been taken out of the oven and that it was still hot. I was given the order and took it home myself, only to find that half of the pizzas were burnt, all of the pizzas were cold and dry, and there were several wrong ingredients (even on one of their “standard” pizzas).

I called the store afterwards to at least get a refund of my delivery fee and tip if nothing else (never tip up front I guess?). The manager told me they were really busy but that he would take my name and number and call me the next day to make things right. Never received any call.

Very disappointed. I normally like Pizzaiolo but this location needs to get their things in order. I understand being busy and possibly understaffed, but at least try to make things right with your customers after an obvious f-up.

Delicious, crispy and amazing staff. We went in to the Queen street location close to closing time. Despite being late the staff was all friendly, helpful and served us an amazing pizza! This is the second time I've ordered with them - the first time was delivery and that did take a long time. But all in all, I definitely recommend them!

Always prefer Pizzaiolo over the other brands and found this location in the heart of Streetsville. New owners Naren & Renu are very polite and provide exceptional service. Have returned twice this month and will continue to support this location.

We had a variety of these delicious pizzas at our charity event this week. The quality was impeccable - Bianca pizza was a crowd pleaser! Renu (owner) was a pleasure and helped us ensure we got our order ready well in advance.

I tried the vegan cheese and wow! It is so good! Pizza was piping hot and delicious. I had the Maggie. I am converted!

The pizza taste good but the customer service is a bit poor. I stood there for a few minutes without being acknowledged.when my daughter went back for my pick up order.they could not find the pizza
