Very noticeable that the quality of ingredients has gone down hill over years, been coming here for a long time and find that it’s not the same. By this I mean simple pizza fundamentals like dough, cheese and sauce, this place does so well in the United States and I think since it’s been expanded it’s turned into a cookie cutter cheap fast food pizza experience.

Pizzaiolo offers a delightful dining experience with their delicious pizzas and calzones. The crust is perfectly crispy, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. The friendly staff add to the overall positive impression. Highly recommended for pizza enthusiasts. Lots of options.

Just popped into grab a quick slice. I had the hot and honey it was spicy and slightly sweet in all the right ways. Service was courteous and efficient. Would recommend.

Wow! Can I just say great customer service! My pizza was perfect, perfect cheese to crust ratio and such fresh toppings. Probably my favourite pizza place. The owners are so friendly too which really makes the whole experience the absolute best!

All in all, they have a pizza for everyone’s enjoyment! And I truly appreciate how they put the customer first.

Guys be aware before joining work at this store because they guys refuse to give you work after 4 days of unpaid trainning, I am posting this review because this is happen to me and I don't want that the same thing happen to my other friend because everyone's time is precious.

The pizza is delicious and the store is hygenic. I love how they are cautious about people who eat vegan and gluten-free pizza. Owners and the workers are super hospitable as well.

Best service, best pizza and best staff. PIZZAIOLO’s pizza is always fresh and tastes great. This is the best pizza store in Hamilton and the owner is a gem of a person. She hires friendly, hard working people here. Must try their walk-in specials. (Capri is always a hit)

One of the best pizzas I've ever had!
The staff and the owners are really friendly and their pizzas are amazing.
The staff made sure they make my personalized pizzas without onion and garlic and pure vegetarian.

The comments about the job is not relevant to the pizza itself. If you have any issues regarding the job then speak to the owners personally instead of being immature and writing a bad review and asking your friends to sheep along.

This is definitely my favourite pizza shop in Westdale! The customer service is amazing, and the staff is very friendly. They have a lot of good options for slices, and the ingredients are always very fresh. Will definitely be going back, I highly recommend!

Always crispy and fresh. Just ordered a casino and pepperoni pizza and by far best pizza in the area. Always consistent and always delicious.

I got a slice today for lunch and it was amazing! Very tasty and well portioned with the toppings and very generous serving. I will definitely go back in the future and recommend to customers here in Westdale! Good Luck with your business

The excellent pizza quality with the best taste. They took care of yours if you are vegan or vegetarian by using different utensils for it. The owner is very gentle and can make your day the best by the pizza only.

Very tasty pizza, but very greasy. I'd personally order again but well done. Good flavour and good vegetarian options which I appreciate!
