Nice and friendly staff. One dude rocks. Delicious Pizza. I rate it higher than Pizza Hut and Papa Johns slightly. Crust A+.

update: recently received a burnt pizza but their staff replaced it no questions and gave some additional stuff. I order every weekend and this was first time in a year pizza wasn't perfect and delicious but gave me more for the trouble.awesome staff A+. PS the replacement pizza was the best I've ever had! So yummy.

Came here to grab a quick slice and when I requested the hot honey pepperoni I was told they didn't have any. When I wanted to have it added on another slice the guy said it would be an extra charge even on a pepperoni slice because of company policy? Why would I want to pay more than usual for the same slice?

You have to know when you want to order pizza better call pizza iolo call centre! Cost you cheaper than Uber eat.

Got a honey heat pizza slice here. Super good. Wish the pizza was a tad bit hotter in temp but it was delicious. The slice was super big cut into 2 slices. For 6 bucks, it hit the spot.

The pizzas are decent and I like that they have gluten free options. The customer service is also great.

My favorite spot in the neighborhood to get a slice. I also occasionally order a whole pizza from them. Normally I like to customize my pizza but these guys have really great specialty creations that I love as is. Great tasting pizza and the service is usually pretty good.

Place is okay, food is always good. Went there for pick up and they keep food warm. Easy order.

While the quality at this location has been good in the past and still is, they have of late gotten really poor at order completeness, forgetting and getting things like drinks and dips wrong. This has been consistent over the last several orders placed.

Easily my fave chain pizzeria. Tasty crust, good sauce, and usually, fine and fresh toppings. Today, for instance, I ordered two pies and although I often get the same pizzas each time, I was craving a Hawaiian pizza. It arrived and although everything tasted great on the one, the Hawaiian’s bacon (has ham and bacon on it - didn’t realize it had bacon but all the better, no?) tasted very off…like, old. Stale. Ruined my craving for this, and any future Hawaiian wheels for a good while.

If you can access it through Eglinton's construction blockade this is nice place to have quick bite and they even have few but decent seats and you can tell the local loves too. Have nice pizza.

This has been my favourite pizza shop to order from for years. The last few times I’ve ordered it just hasn’t hit the same at all.
Don’t know if it’s based on staff or quality of ingredients but something isn’t the same.

Just moved to this neighbourhood 3 weeks ago, honestly one of the best things I found so far. If you are passing by here, give it a try. It is cheap and good pizza. It also has vegan options which is nice.

BADDD! My pizzas took over an hour and a half to come! In this economy? It was tasty although one of the pizzas was slightly burnt!

I ordered a gluten free pizza last night and I am now on my way to the hospital due to a severe gluten allergy reaction. If you have real allergies I would not trust this place, as they must not be sanitary. IF YOU HAVE CELIAC DISEASE OR GLUTEN ALLERGY DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I always like their pizzas! They have a really yummy smell which pills us from the walkway! Especially this location!

This store does not use any cheese on their pizza. The pizza was cold and the crust was so thick and soft, it was undercooked. I just read the other reviews and OMG they are so true. My pizza had virtually no cheese on it. Isn't that one of the main things on a pizza? My pizza was so bad my family did not eat it and we ended up getting another take out.

This Pizzaiolo is the best pizza i ever had, in Toronto. There dough is very good and they use fresh toppings. It tastes very good, and they provide excellent service.

One of the best pizza places i have ever been to and that is saying something because i have been to many places. Their crust is well cooked, toppings are well marinated and tastes fresh. The people there are also very nice and humble.

I really loved this place. I always customize my pizza and I was given good suggestions by the pizza maker Mr. Abhijith he is a great guy. I want pizzas to be well done and he makes sure to prepare exactly how i want it. Great place and neatly arranged. Will come back again

Ordered a pizza online, estimated delivery time was 45 minutes, however it took them 2 hours to complete the order and deliver it. The pizza itself isn't worth that amount of wait

I love the pizza. I specially love the spinach and cheese one and their tomatoes are marinated very well. Love them.

Terrible service, was rude, gave me wrong order so when i went back to find out they didn’t even make my order properly and told me to wait 20mins, no apologies what so ever.

Will never order from here again! Pizza barely had any sauce or cheese and lacked toppings. Extremely stingy with toppings, sauce, the absolute basics of pizza! Don’t order from here if you genuinely enjoy eating good pizza.

Ordered from them for delivery only a 5 minute walk away, but it arrived after 1.5 hours and was burnt to a crisp and inedible. We had to throw it out. Super unimpressed.

I have ordered from this location nearly every week for years and it has been excellent. BUT the last several times have been VERY disappointing! Their normally wonderful thin crust pizza was burnt and hard and dry. I called on each occasion, but what’s the point? It’s not like I’m going to wait for another order to show up. I gave them several chances. Guess I’m looking for a new regular shop!

There's a very rude borderline racist teenager and or young adult working here. I feel like not even supporting other chains. This person disregard my presence and then accuse me of not paying when I was leaving. His other colleague had to inform him I paid. Why get paid to work if you're not going to do your job and disrespect customers.

This place is terrible. I normally will give a place a break for bad food but every time I order from this place they screw up. The current pizza I’m eating is burnt to a crisp. It feels like I’m eating tree bark. Other times I have ordered from here they have forgotten ingredients. They have no quality control. I’m never ordering from here again

My go-to when vegan pizza needs to be ordered. Daiya "mozzarella" and gluten-free base are also available. Tomato sauce is yum and end result not too salty. Thumbs up all around.

I liked Pizzaiolo when they first got started but after a few bad experiences with the franchisees at other locations, I stopped going to Pizzaiolo. That is until I recently learned that they made a commitment, in writing on their website, that all of their locations are 100% nut-free.

And so, I gave them another chance and have very much enjoyed my visits to this particular location. The staff are fast and courteous, and the pizzas are consistently solid for a pizza chain.

Prices are reasonable and inline, and you get expected value for your money.

This location is a high-traffic location so they need to make a little extra effort with wiping tables, counters and chairs. But all in all it is a solid pizza franchise.

Love this place because they give us discount if you pay cash.very affordable too if you don’t bring any packed food when your at office.this is one of the places where you can save a bit of your budget and fill your pizza cravings

Their pizza slice with a drink is pretty good deal for the price. The size of the slice is also good. Liked their Casino.

Quarter slice of a large pizza. Whole wheat with a decent amount of toppings. Fast service. Not too greasy. Quick bite.

Very decent pizzas. Excellent value and taste. The bread is not soggy! Water doesn't pool on the pizzas because they are made at the right temperature too. Overall good pizzas for sure at this particular location.

The pizza is good and the staff is friendly, but they desperately need to clean the small customer seating area more often. It tends to range from slightly dirty to dirty.

This place serves one of the best pizza's in town. I have been going to this location for 3 years now and no other place customizes your order like they do. Even if you walk-in for a slice they are always so fresh AND delicious. The staff is very friendly and polite and they always makes my day.

Just delicious oven bake pizza for the prize and size. Unique ingredient, feels like custom made, gourmet pizza. Not just regular pepperoni. Love the vegetarian selection. Best pizza for quick and go.

Awesome pizzeria. Oven baked pizzas the traditional way. Asked a Honolulu by delivery leaving a comment on how I liked it. They followed my suggestions throughly.

Undercooked pizza. Entire middle of the pie was soft, undercooked and falling apart. One of the worst pizzas I've had.

Ordered a large deep dish for an extra few bucks it ended up just being a thick crust pizza, made the mistake of not buying a sauce with it, the dough to tomato sauce ratio was definitely thrown off by the makeshift deep dish. Pizzas pizza though still enjoyed it overall, service was ok cashier seemed a lil irritated as I was ordering, service was quick though
