Was superbowl day and what other to eat then pizza and chicken wings plus a pansarrtti my fiance ordered was first time every this place delivery was earlier then expected and the gentleman was very nice

Good pizza. Crust was very nice. Pretty quick. 20 minutes for a xl 3 topping. Total was 24$.

The panzerotti was small hardly filled and the crust was so thin that it couldn't be picked up without it falling apart.
I feel like a got ripped off.
You would rather be cheap and lose a repeat customer than serve a great product.

This location was once my FAVORITE pizza place. Now, the last 2 orders have made me sick. The quality and speed of service have tanked, and I'm sad to say I can't trust them.

It made me sick!: (I don’t recommend anyone to go here, if I could give it -1 stars I would. The pizza was stale, not cheesy at all. The staff are nice but horrible experience. Will never buy from them again. Sorry.

This is the best pizza place in the area! Aria who was working at the store is such a great guy. He is professional, courteous and make makes incredibly good pizzas. In fact all the staff here are really friendly. The store is very clean, TV's at each table and the atmosphere of the restaurant is just not your typical franchise pizza place. My son loves the pepperoni pizza here we love the food. Go and give them a try!

Best pizza in the area. Better than Pizza Pizza, Domino's, Pizzaiolo etc.
Perfect every time. Yummy crust and lots of toppings.

Well that was bad, I love pizza but this place is one of the worst pizzas ever had, the dough is tasteless, the cheese and the topings are really bad.
They really need to improve the quality of the pizzas, asap.

I ordered one large 3-topping pizza (pepperoni, mushrooms and pineapple) along with a box of 8 chicken wings through Uber Eats. It took about 40 minutes for the food to arrive to my house but they were still hot by the time I got them, which was nice. The pizza tasted good, similar to many other pizza shops in Toronto. The wings weren't so great though; they were small, soggy and a bit too salty. In the future, I wouldn't mind buying another pizza from here (but no wings).

One would assume that the poster on the wall is accurate; a ponzo AND A drink is $6.99. However after my final bill I notice it was $10+. I was told by the employee that I was charge both separately. He couldn't do anything about it and recommended I call head office. I called them and they said that they couldn't do anything and call the store. I got the run around. I gave it a 2 star rating not because of the money, I did because of the principle. They should be honoring the ad/ promotion. It basically false advertisement.

Usually order from the Lawrence location which is usually fantastic, but this time I got a pizza order from here which turned out to be the worse pizza I have ever had. It was burnt, arrived cold and lackluster. Just horrible, expect so much better from pizzaville. Shame. 1/5

Update: ordered again and this time the pizza was on point along with the garlic bits. Now this was the pizzaville I remember. 4/5

I think they are too busy with online orders, so they don't care about walk-in customers. I waited for 5 minutes in front of the cash, not a single Hello. A couple walked in after I did not want to wait any longer, and they left without buying; I did the same thing.

This place makes the best vegan pizza. Thank you Kialas for always being kind and always doing a great job.

A very belated but good review. We have gone to this location every Family Day weekend for years. In Feb 2019 we went with a group of 13 year old girls for my daughter's annual birthday Jump at Skyzone followed by Pizzaville Pizza! The owner was fairly new on our last visit and he went out of his way to make it fun. My daughter was invited to make her own special pizza! Everything was delicious as usual. Thank you! (hope to see you Feb 2020!)

Pizza is good but poor customer service. South Asian employee during night time does not know how to behave with the customer. Pizza 5/5. Customer service (-1).

I loved this place and their pizza is awesome but today I ordered beside the pizza chicken drumsticks and when I got home it was chicken nuggets they gave me. My children and I don't like nuggets; disappointed about it. Other than that all good

The pizza was delicious but what was special about this place is the staff. Karan helped us, was really helpful and kind, and always had a smile on his face. My mom also forgot her phone at the store and Karan was super nice and called home and made sure to save us the phone so we could pick it up. Gestures like these are rare nowadays and trustworthy employees are hard to find.

Love this spot! Owner is super friendly, service is always fast, and I’ve never had a bad pizza. Certainly the best chain in the city

I love Pizzaville pizza but the owner here is so nice. This location is stylish and comfortable (looks new) and has lots of TVs and up date newspapers. Their walk-in specials are reasonably priced and were ready in about 10 minutes. The owners daughter also works there.
They also have by-the-slice options that work when you're in a hurry because there's no wait.
Seats about 50 people and $14.68 for their large, 3 topping pizza as a walk-in in special is so cheap! They have a highchair and there is plenty of free parking too.
We orders 10+ pizzas and they were ready only 40 minutes later.

An Excellent Pizza place! Super friendly staff. The place is clean, massive TV, and you can request for sports channel. The owner, his name is Aria is super nice and very approachable! Positive experience overall. I'll definitely coming back with my family and friends. Oh and also Pizza is very delicious

I was pleasantly surprised today when I had a pizza here. It was very good. I had the large 5 topping special. I will definetly be back!

I love Pizzaville. To be honest though I feel like grabbing a slice is better than and ordering a whole pizza.

Similar to pizza pizza and other fast food pizza. They do give a good amount of toppings, and cheese.

I've went here for the very first time and I LOVE IT. First of all, the interior of the building is currently under redecoration but its still absolutely incredible compared to other pizza shops such as pizza pizza or pizza nova. There's t.v's everywhere, a massive one displaying the news and best of all, free WiFi. In terms of customer service, this pizzaville passed with flying colors. The staff was extremely kind and very helpful. The actual pizza is a bit more pricey than places like pizza pizza but it's definitely worth it. The pizzas are at a generous size (most of them are larger than the average pizza. For example an average xl pizza is 16' but at pizzaville it's 18') and the pizza is delicious. You can really taste the ingredients and for the first time, I actually felt like I ate pizza instead of something artificial. Overall, I give pizzaville a 10/10 and I really don't know why it isn't as large of a business compared to pizza pizza, despite it being better in everyway.
