Amzing place to get pizza fro.the staff is very friendley. The pizza is always how i wanted and on time. I highly recomend this place. Obe of the best pizza intown for sure.

I wish I could give zero stars considering they didn't actually serve me any pizza. This is the 3rd time that I have been turned away from this location because they were too busy with online orders to serve in store customers. I have never seen that in any fast food restaurant. Not to mention they are extremely rude and dismissive. "We're too busy, come back". Unbelievable.

I would like to share a very troubling and unfortunate incident that occurred at the Maple Pizzaville restaurant last evening at approximately 6: 45PM (03/18/23).

My brother and I had picked up an order that I had placed at approximately 6: 04PM for pickup at 6: 50PM. The order was placed on the Pizzaville app.

My brother opened the box to check the pizza and immediately noticed that it was missing one of the additional toppings that I included in the order (cheddar cheese).

I walked up to the clerk who served my brother the pizza and pointed out the error. The clerk appeared agitated and upset while telling me several times that I was wrong and that I couldn't see the cheddar because it was underneath the mozzarella.

I immediately knew that there was some kind of mistake as I always order my Pizzaville pizza this way and every single time, the cheddar (yellow) is always clearly visible alongside the mozzarella (white).

I politely asked the clerk to make me a new pizza to which he angrily refused as he was certain that cheddar was added. I took a picture of my pizza so that I could report this incident and he rudely muttered in an agitated and angry tone "go ahead and take pictures. "

I then asked the clerk for his name and he muttered what I believed to be "Benjamin" and also informed me that he was the store manager. When I asked him to confirm that his name was Benjamin he said "yes, don't ever come to my store again, " essentially banning me from his restaurant.

My brother and I brought the pizza home and consumed it. We immediately noticed three things:

1. We did not taste nor see any cheddar underneath the mozzarella

2. The pizza was not extra cheesy as it usually is when I order cheddar as an additional topping to the mozzarella that is already included

3. The pizza was cold, leaving me to suspect that the pizza was made closer to the time the order was placed rather then closer to the pickup time selected on the app; the pizza was already sitting on the ledge when we entered the restaurant at approximately 6: 45. I mentioned as a side note on the app to please have the pizza hot and fresh for the 6: 50 pickup time.

After noticing the initial error, all I expected was for a new pizza to be made, I even said I didn't mind waiting. Instead, the store manager refused and spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional way.

Needless to say this was a horrible experience that I could've never imagined happening after having several pleasant visits at this restaurant in the past. As a customer, I'm hurt, offended, and shocked that I was treated this way. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I can confidently say that this behavior was atrocious and should not be tolerated by any company. I can personally say that I would never get away with treating a customer like that at my place of work.

I have posted photos of my pizza on social media in the past and have some of them saved in my photo library. I have attached evidence that there was indeed an error made on my order, proving that the store manager refused to accept responsibility for his error. The first photo is from an order I made in the past; you will notice blotches of yellow cheddar cheese which I always order as an additional topping. The second photo is my order from last night (03/18/23) ; you will notice the white mozzarella cheese without the blotches of yellow cheddar cheese.

I have emailed their team directly to report this incident and hope that they will take this matter seriously. In the meantime, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

One the best Pizzaville I ever tried, I just passing by and went to this store the pizza was so good and the owner was so nice to me.

I normally order from this location all the time… I usually love how the pizza is made and how fresh it is.unfortunately tonight that wasn’t the case. I ordered my pizza, called back 15 minutes later to change it to thin crust, well done. The CSR rep on the phone made a huge deal about it saying it was “too late” to remake the pizza and that the workers would be upset if they had to make it again. The person on the phone was also extremely rude, arrogant and barely let me speak. It’s customer service/ restaurant. It’s bound to happen… I received my new pizza and it was disgusting, cold, and not thin crust or well done. Garbage. Not impressed at all considering I order from this specific location regularly.

With the changes in management and staff, the pizzas started tasting different. They are more chewy and melty and with some more tomato paste plus they don't shy away from the cheese. No other pizza around the area is even close as good and I have gotten around.

I love the food there…the store is super clean, friendly staff…i have tried many pizzas but the pizzas here are yummy…always my first option of food.: : :)

Soggy pizza dough super thin like paper and tomato sauce leaking absolutely unacceptable. No standards here anymore. This isn’t what pizzaville is supposed to be like. My family orders often and this is a pathetic excuse for pizza. Seems like they’re rushing orders to make money. Never ordering again

Definitely it was the best pizza I’ve ever tasted. Love its cheese and delicious garlic sauce. A super clean place with friendly staff.

The food quality, Pizzaville's wonderful people, and warm interaction made it one of the best experiences ever.

I had the best pizza of my life in GTA. Since then I have visited this place numerous times and my opinion about their pizzas has still not changed. Last but not least, Staff members are always friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean.

Hands down the worst pizzaville location ever. Today I went to this location for two fried panzo's. I opened the Box at the location. And I was absolutely disgusted. I didn't have time to wait to for two new panzo's. Barely any cheese, super hard outter shell, the folding was opening. Completely not edible. They shouldn't have even boxed the panzo's to provide to customers.

That is called a pizza. Super delicious.
Extremely great customer service. Super clean/well maintained store to have a dine-in.
Owner was very friendly. I will definitely visit again.

Everything is very tasty. Although I do not live there, the only reason I go there is to enjoy the menu dishes of this restaurant.

Great pizza place but the only problem is I can't order for delivery anymore unfortunately. To far for them to deliver.

Never had issues with the pizza orders.and always got good service. Wings or sauces for them are not for me so few less not healthy things to worry about.

So if I order delivery it comes from another Location. I actually order for pick up and go out of my way to come here because i find that they make a superior Pizza to other Locations. They do forget to give you cutlery and plates when you order them, also they are regularly out of diet 7up but other than this this place is great.

Nothing to complaint about the quality of food but speed of service and the customer service need to improve

Poor service and very dirty place found a bug on my pizza and when I went to exchange they accused me of putting the bug on it DONT EAT THERE ITS VERY DIRTY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT TJE PAYING CUSROMERS

My go-to pizza chain.food is relatively consistent. I always order via app or website.that way u can see all available specials n customize your pizza wit no pressure (do half n half). Place can get swamped so at times patience is needed.non pizza items like wings n rice balls r generally good.my kids like them so that's all that matters.

Good pizza.but it's getting old.better start changing.with the times.a dying franchise.like the rest of them.

Great customer service here, always welcoming with a smile! Not at all stingy on toppings, and very accommodating if you ask for separate toppings on half the pizza.

Pizzaville pizza pizza Pizza Hut and pizza nova you use brick with there cheese it’s not 100% mozzarella!

They use produced fat instead of mozzarella. Same... As Pizza Pizza. After having two slice I had a very bad night. Greedy businesses.

The location is neat, clean and nice decorated. The food is delicious and prices better/ cheaper then other pizza places.

The place is clean, staff friendly and food is good. Seem to be short on slices anytime I have gone, there has only been 1 or 2 slices available for their pepperoni or Hawaiian and none of any other meat toppings. I usually go at 5 p.m. And I would have thought there would have been more choices for slices. But maybe I just go at the wrong time of day.

Only gave it one star because 0 wasn’t an option. Never actually got a pizza, I paid for my order they said it was busy so it would be 25 minutes. 30 minutes later no pizza they found my slip under the counter in the garbage. Surprisingly all of the sudden my pizza could be ready in 7 minutes. When your charging $4 more than pizza pizza and pizza nova you maybe should have better service.

When u ask for thin crust and well done, u think ur getting thin crust and well done. Well they clearly dont know what well done is, cause our party size was white. Not satisfied!

This pizzaville had really good pizza when it first opened. The dough was great along with a generous amount of toppings used. More recently I have seen the quality decline drastically. The most recent time I purchased 2 pizzas, the pizza was extremely thin, the bread was somehow burt but the cheese was not cooked.when attempting to eat a slice, the cheese was so uncooked along with the dough being extremely thin which caused all of the cheese and toppings to fall off thee pizza! Also the sauce is really poor quality. I personally feel as if Pizzavile's head office should inspect the quality of pizza being sold at this location.
