We often order from Pizzaville but we learned very quickly NOT to walk-in to the Kipling and Rexdale location to place an order. I don’t even know where to start. On numerous occasions they messed up our order; either from being two hours late for our daughter’s birthday party and not even compensating us for that fact that we had close to 50 guests waiting, or when we placed an order then went back to pick it up, only to notice that they didn’t even make half the order correctly; especially when I personally saw them write down the details in front of me. Then the lady that works there jumps in with an attitude to justify THEIR mistake. It was also hard for me to believe that a store can pick and choose when to follow their franchise deals. Usually when we order a particular pizza meal we get two free pops with the order, but the last time I ordered the exact same thing, the person behind the counter refused to add the drinks because he claimed that in order for us to get that deal we have to place the order at the call centre. It made absolutely no sense to me, we literally placed the same order and paid the exact same price. The individuals that work at this location have poor customer service skills and very boldly make the customer feel like they are doing them a favour, even though they are at fault for the wrong order. We will no longer be going back to give this location our business and if we do order from the call center, we will ensure that it does not come from this specific store.

They’ve been going downhill for years. Constantly get orders with missing items, burnt pizza, and no means to resolve the issue as Pizzaville customer support is beyond useless.
Will not be ordering here again.

Everyone was Disappointed. It was a farewell for our intern guys and we ordered just now 2 pizzas vegie & chicken. The veg one was too watery and the chicken one tomatoes were burned.

Ordered multiple times from this location. Pizza is always ready on time for pick up. Quick check out. The pizza is well made and has a generous amount of toppings. They offer vegan dairy cheese. Not bad at all. Will come back again.

Love the pizza too bad they don't deliver at Weston and Sheppard I used to order all the time when I was living at Kipling now I have to get a ride to go their and it's hard because I don't drive

The staff here always endusure a good pizza. I never bother going to any other pizzaville near this one.

This location has fast friendly service. I have never had an issue with anything they have made here. My favourite special is the panzarotti and pop.

The nice thing about pizzaville in general is that they have a nice sauce base, and good cheese. This location is good, friendly staff.

Probably one of the friendliest pizza spots in the area. I know it's a franchise and the owners are super friendly. I would have to rank Pizzaville as one of my top 3 spots to pick up a pie from. The ingredients are always fresh and they've never done me wrong.

Incredibly rude staff. I was going to order a pizza, but was so turned off by their terrible customer service I left.

The pizza was way too dry. They barely used any sauce. The wings tasted like frozen wings, the breading was falling off. Not "crunchy" at all.

Ordered from here today and have before 2 other times and i've had problems 2/3 times when i didn't tip over 15% which is suspicious already.both times i had the issue that my order was placed "wrong" (as the delivery driver said both times). It's weird because both times i got kicked out of the website, so you'd think everything would be out of my online cart but no, the pizza came with the correct toppings and everything but only one dipping sauce (ordered 3) and no drinks when i apparently got 2 free.the first time this happened i thought it was a mistake so i just dismissed it, second time was fine, and now it happens again (the first time i didn't get 2 things of breadsticks but i didn't want to make a deal because of this covid stuff but now this is a scam). No longer ordering from here and i wouldn't recommend you either, plain out a scam and the drivers don't even do contactless delivery no matter if you ask for it or not (all three times they knocked on the door and gave it to me without gloves and within 6ft contact) and are extremely rude, they tried to make me think i messed up both orders and told me "they had no where to put it" and was extremely rude when they had to "wait" for me to come out as the first one said.not sure if they know any covid guidelines besides wearing a mask.on top of everything, my pizza today came with a torn open seal of approval, which basically is a sticker that keeps your pizza box closed and if it's torn you know something has been tampered with.sad because i used to go to this exact location every day in high school and the woman that owned/worked at the time was lovely and the pizza was great.

Have been going to this Pizzaville for years and they have yet to let me down! Ordering online and picking up in store has been fast, easy and safe throughout the pandemic. Will be back again soon!

Impressive. Had Pizzaville for the first time ever this weekend and what a pleasant surprise. Light crust that has a crispy first bite but soft chewy core and great tasting sauce. The panzos are also amazing. The stone baking makes a difference I guess. Pizza Nova was my go-to prior to trying Pizzaville but I will definitely be ordering Pizzaville moving forward. So happy to find out you are a Canadian grown franchise too.

Pizzaville is by far my favourite 'chain' pizza option. And this location has been my favourite for a while. I just don't come by anymore since our office is now WFH.

I've always loved this pizza shop, it's definitely my go to place, they employees are friendly, place is always clean, and the food is yummy!

My absolute fave pizza! Staff are friendly and pizza is always made to perfection

I love this pizzaville location. It's close to where I live and work. They always cook my pizza exactly the way I want.

Will not ever choose again to purchase from this store. Our order was incorrect so we called them to let them know of the mistake. We ordered a pizza with toppings and olive oil instead of tomato sauce. We received toppings that fell off because there was no cheese on it They gave us an option of a credit for $8.00 or a new pizza. We chose to have them deliver a new pizza. They came and gave it to us but we as a customer had to prove that there was a mistake. How degrading was that. They even went as far as taking back the uneaten pizza to satisfy corporate. I will never go to this place again and will make sure to tell my friends not to go there either. We are thoroughly disappointed. What is the world coming to for you to have to prove that someone didn't follow instructions and made you look like a fool. Well, never again. I can spend my $40 plus elsewhere and have an enjoyable meal.

The toppings were all scattered everywhere. Was a complete mess. I ordered a veg pizza and it seemed as if all the toppings were just thrown at it. I tried other locations for pizzaville and they did a fine job.

The fact that Toronto locations force you to buy cheese regardless if you don't want it on the pizza for personal health problems is one thing. Especially when I have never heard if any business charging you for nothing.

The fact that they still put cheese in the panzerotti so you wouldn't know until u took a bite into it and find yourself having to throw up uncontrollably is where I am at this point. On top of that, won't do anything to satisfy the customer on their mistake is by far the worst of all time service that all pizza stores in etobicoke area seem to share.

Customer service was okay-okay and pizza below average. This was the first time for me trying their pizza.

Needs new tables and chairs and the clean the place it's very dirty and one staff is very rude.

I meet friends in this lovely spot many times a year! This is my favorite restaurant to have a bite. I visit this spot frequently. The food is fantastic, the staff members are welcoming and the rates are affordable. I like being in this place for a nice dinner.

The staff here was incredibly disrespectful I was standing in line for 30 minutes i got my food they don't have a place where you can actually stand to wait in line and they gave up my food to other people so I had to wait longer than I needed to. The staff was having arguments in front of the customers causing most of us to leave.

Pizza was good. Nothing out of the ordinary but what one would expect out of a pizza chain. Price for a large 3 topping for pickup was $14 and change with tax. On par with other pizza chains.

We used to go to pizza nova but after a few bad experiences we decided to try pizzaville and we have been coming back ever since. The crust is always perfectly cooked, the cheese is delicious and their sauce is high quality. The guys here are polite and friendly too. The best pizza in Rexdale.

I recently started going here. I order online for pick up. Great price. Great pizza. Great toppings. Staff seems nice. Keep up the good work.

They burnt the pizza. How can expect customers to pay for pricey pizza and deliver it burnt. Never ordering from. This place again

I love Pizzaville. Gill at the airport and bovaird location does it right. Syed at the Dixie and bovaird location makes a great
Pie. This location on kipling. RUN!
The place was straight up dirty. I watched employees there go from eating food with their hands to making pizza without washing. You couldn't pay me to visit this location again. One word sums this location up.
