Pizzaville

Very bad customer service, we were not allowed to use the washroom even though we were customers. Their neighbours allowed us into the washroom without being their customers. We will never be back.

I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this great restaurant. Well we enjoyed a fabulous evening and the place was undoubtedly one of the reasons for the happy celebration. The team participated in a splendid manner, the food was great and my buddies were so cheerful. We shall surely come back again for more events. Thank you very much.

Best pizza in oak ridges! I know that this pizza was made with love, and courage! Keep up the hard work oak ridges!

I want to say I am a loyal patron of “all” Pizzaville and I was conflicted writing this review.
I came to this location and ordered a pizza and notice that the person making the pizza was not wearing her mask properly (on her chin and not covering her mouth) and did not notice her washing her hands prior to touching the dough.

Another employee walked in from outside and started to flatten pizza dough. No face mask or washing of hands.
As COVID 19 remains a global pandemic, I am very disappointed with the poor hygiene practices displayed on that day.
Normally hygiene is not an issue with all Pizzaville locations.

Pizza also tasted off “almost” metallic and had to throw it out.

I hope they can use this review to make improvements.

2 star because it was clean and homestly the guy had good personality but because he was all alone in busy time he was keep goofing up including my orders. I ordered the 2special medium with 6 topping combines, 1st pepperoni and bacon, 2nd italian sausage, chicken, sundry tomatto and salami. Shortly after me a lady customer walked in and ordered a large and a medium. 10 minutes later a customer came in for a vegie pizza pick up, guess what his pizza had pepperoni on it. He said sorry and i make a new one. Then the lady's pizza was ready before mine, consider she came 3 min after me. Finally my pizza was ready and he says 33$ which i replied 21.49 +tax never will come up to 33, so he punches the #'d again and said 24$. Come home and find out 1 pizza has just shaved (not sliced) pepperoni (i hope it was) and the other pizza even did not have bacon on it, so in total i even got 5 toppings not 6 and it was very doughee. If you walk in and see only 1 person working JUST LEAVE.i may give 1 more chance but hard to say. There are other pizza places.

The first time I went there I ordered XL pizza with 3 toppings but they only put 1 topping so basicaly it was not same as what I had ordered. I went there again today and I mentioned what happened so they would pay attention but When I got the order and got home I noticed the order was compeletly different again. They are really careless, cheap, dishonest, and rude. I will NEVER go back there again.

Wow 10/10 service! Been bringing the family here for months and they refuse to eat anything else! Also front cashier is really pretty!

Larger servings (i.e. Pizza sizes) combined with ample toppings for a competitive price point. Not to mention the friendly helpful staff.

Ordered a pizza with sauce, tomato and broccoli (no cheese). Staff put STRICTLY ONE tomato slice and sample of broccoli per piece. Tomatoes also included the vine. I guess the owner wants to save on the ingredients. So well done! You saved a dollar but you will lose MUCH more as I WILL NOT be ordering from Pizzaville again. Oh, and I will not be emailing or calling Pizzaville to discuss my concerns. The photos are self-explanatory. Goodbye.

Order a pizza for pickup and was told to come back in half an hour only to come back and to see the staff on a break and not even bother to make the pizza yet. The new owners don't have the same customer service used to have under previous management. Very disappointed with the service.

Great service, very friendly and accommodating staff. I went in for a slice but they were out so they gave me a small pizza at half price. Basically if you're not a jerk they won't be either.

Is this location under new management? The previous crew recognized myself and my family and had great customer service. That was early 2018. Now at the end of 2018, I don't recognize anyone and they are constantly "late" when I'm picking up my pizza.

Great pizza and great owner. The owner is very welcoming and always greets every customer with a smile. It's a shame that one of her employees (a young middle Eastern man) has 0 customer service and communication skills.he makes very inappropriate jokes and comments and makes customers feel uncomfortable.
