Pizzaville in Heartland, Mississauga, exceeded my expectations. The pizza was absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors and generous toppings. The smooth online ordering experience made it convenient to customize and place my order effortlessly. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Overall, Pizzaville in Heartland, Mississauga, is a must-try for pizza lovers.

Ordered an XL pizza, ground beef, mushrooms and green peppers. It has been awjike since I've ordered from here. First experience was really good. This time though the food was hit with "shrinkflation" the tiny brown pellets was ground beef. I hope see through green peppers as they were so thin and mushrooms could almost see through how thinly sliced everything was. Sadly i will not be going there again. Only reason i gave a two star was wings were somewhat ok a d wedges weren't bad.

I had a great experience at Pizzaville Mississauga. The pizza was delicious, especially with their secret hot sauce mix. The staff was friendly and professional. The store was clean and Spacious. I ordered a large pizza half and half with 3 toppings each side. I would definitely recommend Pizzaville to anyone who loves pizza and wants to try something different. It’s the best pizzaville location in Mississauga.

This is my new favourite place to grab pizza from now on. My order (sausage, bacon and pepperoni) is always perfect. Not to mention, the staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly. Keep it up.

This location has been getting worse. I've always ordered from here because I live close to it and I like Pizzaville's pizza.
Last night (saturday, september 17) I placed an order online. Confirmation email said pizza would be ready at 7: 47pm. I arrived at 7: 55. The hadn't even started making my pizzas. There were 3 other people also waiting for their orders. There were only two ladies working on a Saturday night. They were arguing with each other in front of customers. I asked how long it would take for my order to be ready. They said there were many orders before mine so I need to wait. I told them to cancel my order. They told me I had to call in to cancel it. I was supposed to pay at the store so I told them not to make my pizzas so they wouldn't get further behind. They were clueless. I got Panda Express instead. In and out in 10 minutes without even pre ordering. Very disappointed in Pizzaville. They have a useless reward plan as well but unlike everyone else's rewards, Pizzaville's expire in 6 months. Looking for a different local pizza place now.

Horrible service at Mississauga heartland location. Was Told waiting time 20 minutes. We checked at 20 min, pizza was not made. After another 10 mins, we checked again, pizza still not placed in the oven. Kid was crying hungry and pizza. We cannot cancel the order, it has to go through their call centre which is ridiculous. Never go again to this awful place.

Ordered 1 xl extra double cheese and 1 xl veggie. The extra double cheese didnt have any extra cheese at all. Not only that part of the slices didnt have any cheese. The veggie was missing even more cheese. You can see in the picture some slices were pure sauce, dough with veggies on top.also they didnt provide traditional crust both pizzas had thin crust. Very disappointed.

I wish i read the reviews before I place an order, I thought the quality of every location should be the same but i guess not. Just ordered 2 thin crust gourmet pizza and what a disappointment. The pizza is very very thin and because it so thin it becomes soggy with all the toppings on top. Taste not as good as other Pizzaville i have try. I used to live in Milton and always ordered there and their pizza always consistent and good. Also i have a small baby who’s not old enough to have Covid vaccinations so i specifically ask for contactless and when the driver knock on my door, i ask him to please leave the pizzas on the porch and he gives me attitude for that. I don’t think i will try this location again.

Went in for a walk in special to take home. Was told 10-12 mins and ended up waiting 30 mins until I asked how much longer. Was given my pizzas and it was cold and undercooked.
Definitely do not recommend this location at all.

I order from this location weekly and my pizza is always hot and ready on time. Jess is the best! Highly recommend.

Just ordered from here. Got a large pizza with pepperoni, red peppers and mushrooms. The pizza was BARELY even cooked. All the pepperonis and vegetables were raw. It was, without a doubt, one of the worst pizzas I have ever ordered in my life. I don't actually understand how this place has such a high rating.
EDIT: My wife and I were severely sick this morning from just having a couple slices each. We are now talking with our lawyer on what to do next. You'll be hearing from us.

Over the weekend we put in an order for our son's birthday party and we had our order delivered along with an additional empty box filled with garbage and eaten pizza (See pictures below). Our party sized pizza was tossed around so badly it would have had to have been transported vertically or dropped upside down for it to have lost its shape. Not to mention the seal was broken/tampered with. After getting an empty box of garbage delivered you can imagine our skepticism to feed that to our children.

We tried to chase down the delivery driver but they sped off. We had a replacement pizza delivered with the promise that the garbage would be picked up but not only was the second pizza delivered without a seal. It was delivered by the same delivery driver who once again sped off without picking up the garbage that was promised to be picked up by them. When head office called the store and asked the store to pick up the garbage they refused to saying that they never delivered it in the first place.

Sadly this whole ordeal took hours away from our son's birthday party and we ended up having to feed them the second unsealed pizza because all the kids were starving by then. This was either a horrible mistake or a very bad prank, either way no one took responsibility for this horrible situation and rather, left us to deal with hungry children and garbage that didn't belong to us.

We demanded a refund, which we were given.

Truly horrible experience. We will no longer be ordering from Pizzaville

Pizza was too good and the right ratio of toppings and cheese. Pizza base was perfect.

Had to wait for service, pizza slice came from a side counter that Slices were covered in plastic and looked like day old pizza slices When eating slice cheese was was unappetizing and lost firmness just like old pizza at home. One time prior went into store and walked out without ordering anything because service was that slow and no slices were ready

Chicken Pesto is my very favorite! A friend introduced me to this pizza 1995 and I still love it. The crust is perfect, and the flavour is unbeatable. My guest are always surprised how good it taste. I can never go back to basic pizza. This company should patten it and save the recipes

Does not care for customer who wants to place an order. Waited for 10 mins and guy was not interested in taking order.

Can't expect from this franchise when you have careless employee or owner who runs it.

Oder food at 9: 31pm and it's now 11: 30 pm and still no food. I did receive someone eles order at 10: 22pm. The driver gave me one box, I asked "is this the wings and garlic bread? " He replied "yes" so I closes the doors and open up our food. It was two panzerottis. I called the store. I was informed that the drive did mess up the oders, and will replace the food. As I was on the phone the the customer service the driver show up with my food with the seal open. Told me its OK, its not open. But clearly it was. The man on the phone told me not to take the food and for the driver to take it back and make a new one. We'll it's an hour later, no food and the stores are close. So disappointing with service. I called at 10: 55pm. The costumers service told to call back in 5 mins if we still haven't received our food. We'll I did and guess what, the store is closed. So disappointing with the driver and the customer service.
Update, called today when the restaurant was open. I was told there is nothing they can do.

This pizzaville was great. The cook (Ms. Jas) was so nice and friendly. The pizza was so rich and soooooooo delicious and so hot! My kid, my wife and me love this place and all pizza from here!

Absolutely DISGUSTING. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING. THE PIZZA WAS RAW. The wings were fatty and not even browned in most spots and burnt in others and the sauce was dumped on top. Cheese wasn't even melted. First and last experience. Never again!

No one knows anything and nobody want to help. Employees are so rude and didn’t even talk too me serve burn pizza and customs service never helped properly did not like it at all if I can I can give negative stars bad of all time….

Ordered a party size pizza on Dec 4th 2021. The center was burnt on the bottom and the edges were raw, undercooked. Also the dough on the edges weren't evened out, some areas had thin dough and others had thick dough. Would not order from here again!

I ordered at 7: 47pm today on Oct 24th 2021 online to pick up at the pizzaville Heartland location. I have arrived home and started eating when my family noticed the pizzas I ordered was way undercooked. My family member had to air fry the pizza slices to make it better. I am disgusted I was served two under cooked pizzas. My order 1 large thick crust with extra cheese, spinach, mushroom, sun dried tomatoes, black olives and second pizza was a large thick crust with mushroom. They did not put enough cheese on the mushroom pizza and not enough veggies on the other pizza. You can see in the photos the difference between the pizza they gave and the pizza my family members had to air fry.
