The service was good, timing was great and people working were nice. I got a panzorotti, it was tasty but didn't have enough of the ingredients, almost no cheese and there was very little of anything else, it was all in a little ball in one end of the panzo. I'll still go, I'm guessing that was a one off thing

The pizza is always fresh and tastes good. Friendly staff. Not a big sitting area. Located with shell gas station with coin washes and automated washes.

Took almost 2 hrs, after calling the call center they said they'll give me $20 off. When the pizza finally came the driver had no knowledge of the $20 off. After contacting the owner he was extremely rude and angry he would not honor the agreed price. I refused the pizza and ordered Quick Pizza instead.
It's quite evident that the only positive reviews are from his family or friends.

Waited two hours for delivery. Customer service promised $20 off since it was late but driver wasn’t aware. Called his boss who said no. Sent pizza back and ordered quick pizza. Stay Local!

Don't know what they did, if it's new Peperoni or it was old, but it tasted awful and off! Will not be ordering again from there.

They are always making sure on time delivery and very friendly staff. I never go any other store except this one in this city.

This is one of the best pizza place I have ever tried. Tons of toppings and cheese. The wings are delicious. Lots of variety and flavours. Only Pizzaville has lots of variety for wings compared to the other pizza chain. Thank you guys for the amazing service. Keep up the good work. Will definitely recommend this place! This place is great. Good food make’s good day. This is one of my favourite place to go in town.

New to the town, being a foodie and a pizza lover, so far i would this is the best place with the best pizzas and panzos in town. They’re doing far too well on the toppings part. Friendly staffs, great delivery drivers. This store is some next level one’s, most of all these guys makes the craziest panzos. Coming from toronto, i’ve never got a panzo with the toppings these guys do on it. Lived it. Be back for more. I’m loving this place.

The last two times I have ate pizza here I have gotten an upset stomach but was completely fine before. I don’t know what it is but I’ll be passing on this location next time.

It took almost 2 hours for us to get an order for 2 party pizzas at 9pm on a Sunday evening. CUSTOMER SHOULD KNOW -Pizzaville has NO delivery time guarantee or customer satisfaction promise. The delivery driver was rude. They offered zero in compensation and head office didn't do a thing. I recommended this place until the last few times. I think they have newer owners or management. Place is falling apart. They just don't care anymore.

Our pizzas took over an hour and a half for delivery. We called the customer service line and they had told use we get $20 off our order. We told the delivery person and he refused to give use the discount. He spent and extra 15 minutes sorting it out with the store while our pizzas sat in his car. We finally paid full price for the pizza, our pizzas were cold by the time we finally ate them. The Keswick location is not worth ordering from. I've never had a problem ordering from Sutton which I'll do for now on. The quality is night and day between the two locations.

Pretty great place to be, great on toppings and food quality. In love with pizzas and panzos from this place, I mostly come here everyday to get my food, the staffs are pretty cool and chill, always have a big smile on their faces. It's a great place to try in this small town if you're a fan of good food. Will be back here more often. Keep doing the great work guys, good to see you guys out here.

Its really nice pizza store in town to get pizzas, the new management too is pretty great, they’re generous on toppings and worth every cent spent there. Will be coming back more often to get more pizzas in here. One of my favourite place to be in this town to get pizzas. The staffs too are really nice. They’re so pleasant and always welcoming the customers with a big smile.

Disappointed. We order here a few times a month typically and I pre paid and got delivery. Pizza was great but the bread knots were terrible, and they’re my favourite! They literally had ZERO topping, and no Nutella side. So it’s legitimate fried dough in a knot that tastes like nothing. I would have appreciated a call from the store or something. Competitive area for pizza and this turned me off a bit. If you don’t have something, call your customer rather than show up with this.

Friendly staff that knows how to make a mean pie. They offer a Pizzaville Passport when you order online which gets you a FREE large 5 topping pizza when you get 6 stamps. So every 7th pizza is FREE! I used to order from Pizza Nova and Pizza Hut but I think I'll stick with the Ville.
